Paws fell against the snow in a rhythmic beat with his heart as he raced across the country side, harsh breaths came out as puffs of white mist in the frozen air. Zehel had been racing toward the southern alps since he had received his mission not three days ago. This was it. This was his test run - his first real mission. After years of training, this was his moment. They had high expectations from him, and Zehel was determined not to let them down. He knew not of the looks of his target, nor his strength or age, all he knew was that it was an Akita, posing to be a descendant of Gin, attempting to gain power. This was fairly fresh news, and he silently hoped that no dog was foolish enough to believe him. He wasn't in the mood to kill more than his target. Zehel felt a deep growl escape his throat. This, happening in the southern alps... more tyranny. How typical.
Arching his back, he dug his paws deep into the snow, sliding to a stop. Snow had begun to fall, large flakes dotted the darkening sky. The sun was setting quickly, giving him plenty of reason to assume he would reach the mountains by nightfall if he kept going at this pace. With a huff, he slid down the hill before him, leaping halfway down and took off at a run once he landed.
The closer he got to the mountain range, the stronger the scent of Not one, but multiple dogs nearby became. He snorted, a small pack? Just.... lovely. Had this fraud managed to gather a group together already? Laying his ears back, he slowed down before he crouched and leaped into a tree moments before a small group came into view. His blue eyes ran over four rather rugged looking canines before they landed on a grey akita at the front. Found you...
The akita spoke in a rather deep voice, "We will rest here for awhile, then head onto the next territory to gather more men. Stay here," He turned around and began to pad away into the trees, "I'm going to go find something to eat." Well, this couldn't be easier. Zehel snorted in utter disgust. Here he was, hoping for a challenge, and the idiot leaves alone. Regardless, he had a job to do. Leaping from his tree to the next, and the next after that, Zehel easily stayed above the other, waiting. When the akita stopped at the river, lowering his head to drink, Zehel felt the time was right.
He leaped from the tree, landing with a soft thud on the ground and rushed toward the male, fangs bared in a silent snarl. The akita threw his head up and swirled around, eyes wide with surprise "Wha, what are you doi-nngh." Zehel cut him off as he slammed into the dog, pinning him to the ground, silencing him with a pressured paw to the throat.
"Silence, and I'll make this painless." His voice was a whisper, dripping like poison. The akita gasped and released a loud yelp, hoping his comrades would hear him. "very well..." Zehel leaned down and grasped him by the throat, picking him up before throwing him. The akita slid across the snow, tainting it red with blood. Slowly, he stood up, panting and gasping, blood falling from his maw.
"Who ar-" Once again, Zehel cut his last words off, but this time, with the final blow. A thin line of crimnson formed on the akita's neck before blood burst from the precious vein and he fell lifeless to the ground. Zehel looked at the corpse, his mind reeling. He did it, completed his first mission and..... and it felt... good. He ran his tongue over his maw, licking away the others blood and a shiver ran down his back. He actually enjoyed it... was.... was that wrong? No. It couldn't be, this is what he was trained to do. This.... this was good. "OI! WHAT DID YOU DO TO HIM?"
Zehel turned at the voice to see the other four, looking rather.... miffed for lack of a better word. They took almost cautious steps forward with the obvious intent of attacking. He huffed in annoyance at the thought of having to soil the land with more blood. Well... Great.

Tzila watched as three of her newly found "packmates" charged forward at Zehel. She'd recently been chased out of Tokyo for the umpteenth time, and decided to wander out a bit farther then usual. It didn't take long for Tzila to find the "Gin Impostor," and join up... for freeloading; if there was one thing Tzila had learned on the streets it was that life was not easy... and using others subtly made things much more tolerable. Her attention, however, shifted as a bloodcurtling scream of agony rang out in her ears.
Zehel had taken down her first comrade in a matter of moments, silencing him with a quick bite to the neck. Tzila just tilted her head at the scene, wondering what kind of experience Zehel had had that would make him so... so brutal. His style was almost like hers in a way, but much more... precise.
Careful.
Perfect.
Tzila silently observed that Zehel was avoiding the use of his paws, keeping them clean of any falling blood. The most he had to prove that he had even touched the dogs he was fighting was a small dot of crimson adorning his snout, which was quickly wiped away by his tongue.
Tzila continued to watch curiously as Zehel performed with unique accuracy. She sat back on her haunches, her long tail wrapping around the front of her paws like a cat.
He'd make a killer street dog, Tzila thought. But I can already tell he's too serious to really have any chance out there.
Her thoughts, however, were cut off when Zehel turned his intense glare to her. Tzila squinted for a moment, trying to take in more details of the massive male's face, but quickly reopened them, knowing that that could have easily be mistaken as a glare.

Narrowing his eyes slightly, Zehel watched as only three of the four dogs rushed toward him. Not that one would make a difference in this fight, but it was strange. The third seemed so.... so intent on just observing, almost as if they didn't care about their false leader. He shifted his right forepaw and lowered his head as one of the dogs leaped at him at him, fangs bared. With a quick movement, he caught the dog by the neck, his fangs sinking deep into its flesh. The dog let out a shrill death cry as he snapped its neck, tossing it aside only to move onto the next, who seemed to be even more outraged than before.
“HOW DARE YOU...YOU... YOU BASTARD!” He latched onto Zehel's neck with a snarl. Zehel shifted his hardened gaze to the dog and broke his emotionless mask, revealing a slight smirk. The dogs eyes widened suddenly as he realized there wasn't a thing he could to do budge or harm Zehel and he released his neck, turned tail and bolted. Zehel shifted and leaped, soaring high over the dog before landing in front of him. With a yelp, the dog dug his paws deep into the snow, his butt falling down as he slid to a stop. “N-no! Plea-” His final plea was cut off, just as his false leaders was as Zehel's fangs made a precise cut across his throat, the dog falling to the ground, dead.
One left... He thought, licking the few droplets of blood from his nose and maw as he turned, the third male lowering his head, fangs bared as a low snarl ripped through him. His blue eyes shifted to the black one, whom still sat, observing before moving back to his next opponent. Make that two.
“First, you kill our leader, the heir to Ou, Now... you murder us like... like we're nothing but mere game! Ou will take it's reveng-”
“Spare me the speech.” Zehel stated, his voice cold and almost monotonic. “If anything, this Ou will be indebted to be for relieving them of an imposter.”
The dog howled with rage and darted toward him, “BLASPHEMY! LIES!” This dog, out of the three, would take the least for Zehel to take down, for he attacked with blind rage, at the same time, it could make him more dangerous. From the looks of this dog, his breed was German Shepherd. He had heard stories of their ferocity, mainly those of John and Jerome, old Ou legends long gone. Regardless, he wouldn't let his guard down. Zehel sidestepped, the shepherds attack missing him, but not finished. He whirled around and darted back toward Zehel, picking up speed. Three. Zehel observed the dog and his movements. Two... In an attempt to shake any attack that Zehel may throw at him, the shepherd began to zig zag as he ran, maw parting in preparation as he neared his target. In his mind, Zehel congratulated the dog for thinking ahead, but pitied him for not knowing it wouldn't make a difference. He crouched low to the ground, flexing his paws in the snow as the shepherd leaped into the air. One.
At that exact moment, Zehel pushed against the ground, disappearing into the fir tree above him. The shepherd crashed into the ground, face first. Groaning, he pulled his head out of the snow and shook it before looking around, frantically. “Wh-where did he go?” He asked the female who sat off to the side, “Why do you just sit here when this do-”
“They should have taught you to pay more attention when you fight.”Zehel stated as he leaped down behind him, grabbing the shepherd by the back of his neck, twisted his head and took the dog down to the ground. “Maybe then, you might have stood a chance.” He drug the dog across the ground before raising his head. Sensing what Zehel was going to do, the dog began to struggle frantically, fear entering his eyes as he tried to speak. Nothing but chokes and gasps came out. With a simple movement, Zehel snapped the shepherd's neck before setting him gently onto the ground, like he was respecting the fallen warrior.
One left... He raised his head to look at the female across from where he stood, his blue eyes examining her. He couldn't distinguish one single breed for the canine, which could mean danger. It's often the mutts that pose a greater threat due to gathering the strong genes of several breeds. After all, he was half wolf and Shikoku ken. Why isn't this one attacking? Is... Is this some sort of trick? He too sat, his forepaws moving close together, his entire being focused on the last. “You didn't attack...” His voice was different this time. It wasn't as cold, and it held some indescribable emotion. “Why?”

"Why?" Tzila repeated, getting to her four. "Did you really want another fight, bub? Believe me, I could have bested those three defuses as easily as you could have. 'Sides that, you didn't look as though you particularly wanted the extra baggage to bring down. Anyway, they were no comrades of mine."
Tzila walked towards the carcass of the last dog, who's neck bulged out and twisted in the most awkward position. The poor male's eyes were rolled back into its head as blood seeped from his body and turned the snow crimson.
"Not bad, for a wild dog. You one of those famous ones we here about back in the city? Nah, ya ain't one of those fancy-striped-whats-it-face-canines. You're too stoic to be one of them. Kinda familiar looking actually," Tzila said as she circled around Zehel once, only to stop in front of him. Her eyes squinted at him carefully. His breed reminded Tzila of her father in some way.
"Hardly matters to me," Tzila sighed at last, her eyes unfocusing and returning to their near-blind state. She stared blankly over to the other dead dogs. "Except my source of free food just got killed. Oh, fuck it. I should go back to Tokyo anyway...."
Tzila turned around and walked up to a tree, staring up at its branches, "You jump on these trees huh? Never thought to use them like I do buildings, but...." Tzila trailed off, crouching down. "It shouldn't be too... DIFFICULT!" she exclaimed as she leapt to the air rather effortlessly. She landed on the lowest branch, and then quickly climbed up farther until splinters prevented her from wanting to continue on. She snorted, picking the pestering pieces of wood off her paws with her front teeth, and spitting them onto the snow.
"Too much bark," she said distastefully. "I prefer the rough feel of plaster. Too bad you ain't got any of that out here. How do you dogs survive? I'd be so... bored. Well, scratch that, I am bored," Tzila sighed to herself. She took a breath, and then curled her upper lip in anger. How she wished she was back at home, but returning there would not be so simple.
Even though she was better at fighting then many Tokyo dogs, their sheer numbers would eventually out-due her. That's why she'd come to these mountains. She'd have to stay here until the patrols back at home got lazy so she could slip through and regain her status as The Shadow Of Shibuya.
"Damn filthy street dogs don't know what kind of enemy they just made," she grumbled to herself. "I'm going to kill them."

He carefully watched as she approached, listening to her words carefully. They seemed to have no hint of the intention of attack in them, so he allowed his jaw to relax. A female, traveling with that lot. How.... unusual. He restrained a smirk, yet... interesting. “No comrades of yours?” He repeated, his stoic mask returning to his face. What did she mean exactly, was she just using them? Zehel watched as she moved closer and examined the last male he had killed, silently wondering what she was thinking when she began to talk again.
Fancy-striped-whats-it-face-canines... Could she mean the Kai dogs? Or is she talking about the Tora – ge's that are descended from Shiro? He looked down at the canine himself in thought, hardly noticing her moving to walk around him until she hit the corner of his eye. His eyes moved quickly to focus on her, not leaving her as she slowly circled him. City? That would explain a lot... she's not from around here, she lives around the humans. “My breed is not pure, half, in fact... but it makes me better for what I do.” He stated, not wanting to reveal too much information to her yet. “If you're a city dog, what are you doing out in the wild?”
He stood up and turned around as she moved over to the tree, watching as she leaped up into its branches. He wasn't all too surprised that she could to this, especially if she was a city dog. Zehel had been through small towns and around the large cities on his training missions, and had seen what they were like. He had heard talk of life in the city, not much, but it gave him the idea. “Your paws are too soft for the wood, you'll have to build them up...” He thought aloud, rather absentmindedly, “This is life for me, I havent known any different. I think the same about your city life, I couldn't stand the filthy humans. Though, we do have some abandoned buildings around here, especially back home at the Koga Village.” He wrinkled his nose as his ear twitched. What was wrong with him? He never talked to anyone like this, especially not one he had just met.
Zehel sat down at the base of the tree, still looking up at her, “I'm assuming that you don't know how to hunt then?” He looked around, starting to feel a little hungry himself. Suddenly, he smirked, a tiny smidge of a plan starting to build in his mind, “I could... teach you. You couldn't survive out here in the wild like that. It shouldn't be too terribly hard.”
Oh yes, this.... this would be fun.

"Your paws are too soft for the wood, you'll have to build them up...” Zehel said absentmindedly. Tzila snorted, and narrowed her eyes on the strange dog before her, feeling rather miffed.
"Yeah, well listen up bub, I bet your paws would be aching and bleeding if you ran around on tar and cement for a couple of hours. You can keep your damn trees. That aside, the city is not as forgiving as out here in the wild. The hierarchy is so complex and dangerous out there that even I barely understand it," she retorted evenly. Zehel ignored her though, much to Tzila's dismay, and continued to answer her long line of questions and statements:
“This is life for me, I haven't known any different. I think the same about your city life, I couldn't stand the filthy humans. Though, we do have some abandoned buildings around here, especially back home at the Koga Village.”
Zehel sat down at the base of the tree, still looking up at her, and Tzila shrugged her shoulders. "It's not as if I like humans. Though, they can be... useful... if you know how to deal with them. Its just a matter of finding the more unintelligent -- wait, did you say Koga Village?" Tzila asked suddenly, changing the topic completely. She shook her head, jumped down from her spot on the tree, and landed square front of Zehel. She then whipped her head around, her eyes completely focused on the large male.
"I thought you looked like him a little..." Tzila muttered off after staring at him for a long while. "Well, it doesn't matter."
The topic quickly changed again as Zehel brought up hunting. Tzila immediately brightened up, sensing a challenge. “I could... teach you. You couldn't survive out here in the wild like that. It shouldn't be too terribly hard.”
"I know how to hunt. Tokyo has plenty of suburbs with wild prey. If I didn't know how, I wouldn't be getting a meal every day. Besides, the wild ain't nothing compared to the city. You guys don't have cars, dog catchers, rat poison... oh, I could go on. But okay... teach me your ways Ninja Dog," Tzila finished, smirking. Her eyes lit up with the thrill of a challenge. She'd show Zehel right away that she was not some fresh pet out of a doghouse.

“Bleeding, perhaps, I won't rule that out... though aching, no way.” He continued to look at their surroundings, “Your tar cant be any rougher than the rocks on those cliffs over there.” He lifted a paw and pointed at the distant mountains. “I was born over there, it's where what's left of the Koga village resides.” His voice grew soft and quiet, almost somber. He turned his head back up to look at her, blue eyes narrowed slightly, “I wouldn't be so quick to dismiss the wild like that. Have you yet to face a bear? A wild boar? An ape?” His tail flicked slightly before he listed his last, his mother entering his mind for a brief moment, “A wolf? The wild can be just as dangerous as your street life. Especially if you've no idea what you're doing.”
“wait, did you say Koga Village?”
Zehel looked back down, this time, to his paws, looking as if he was studying them, “Aye, I did.” He laid his ears back, showing his first “true emotion” of the day as she landed in front of him. Zehel looked back up at her, square into her red eyes, “Our numbers are dwindling, killing that akita was only half of my mission...” His voice trailed off, turning his head slightly to look off to the side, he finished with a mutter, “Not that it matters at the moment.” The aura around the female seemed to change, as she spoke, causing him to look at her again from the corners of his eyes, his head not moving.
“But okay... teach me your ways Ninja Dog."
He smirked, simple as that. Perhaps... perhaps this female wasn't so bad after all. “Indeed....” He stood up and padded past her, turning his head to look at her as he went, “Well, come on... I've the perfect meal in mind.” He turned his head back as he easily leaped the small river, landing on the other side, his nose falling straight to the ground. Zehel thought he smelled them earlier, and he was right. There were boar tracks all over the snow here. His head shot up at movement in the bushes ahead and he smiled. “Well, City dog, here's your chance.” A young boar stepped from the bushes, despite its obvious young age, it was still larger than either of them.
It looked up from shoveling its nose in the snow, hunting for its own food and released a strange screeching noise before bucking around. “Oh yea, this could prove to be fun...” He muttered rather sarcastically before looking at Tzila, “Well, what are you waiting for?”

“Well, City dog, here's your chance,” Zehel said as a young boar stepped from the bushes. Tzila didn't want to admit it but the sheer size of the prey was intimidating. The suburbs of Tokyo rarely had big animals stop through, so the biggest she was used to hunting was the occasional rabbit. Still, the same tactics... should still apply, or, at least that was what she thought.
The boar looked up from shoveling its nose in the snow, hunting for its own food and released a strange screeching noise before bucking around. Tzila watched it for a few moments, frozen to her spot. She wanted to make sure she could learn as much about this creature before she attacked it. It'd make her seem less like a fool for accepting a challenge she should have figured was not going to be easy.
“Oh yea, this could prove to be fun...” Zehel muttered rather sarcastically breaking Tzila's focus, “Well, what are you waiting for?”
A gust of wind blew at that moment, which was exactly what Tzila was waiting for. She silenced Zehel with a flick of her tail, and dashed to the camouflage of the trees, making sure she was downwind so the boar would not be able to scent her.
So, a giant pig huh? Tzila thought. I'm going to want to avoid its hooves and tusks. I think... I think attacking its neck should be effective enough. Yeah, let's go with that. What's the worst that could happen?
Tzila waited until the boar was perfectly distracted with its own business before creeping along the trees and plants slowly, careful to not make a sound. The boar inched closer to where she was hiding slowly, as it was finding more food in Tzila's general direction.
"Too easy!" Tzila yowled when the boar was close enough. She leapt out of the bushes, baring her teeth in what was going to become a vicious bite. She latched onto the boar's neck, crunching down as hard as she could, but was surprised to find that its hide was extremely thick, and she could not break through all the way to its bones.
The boar's blood spilled onto her tongue, the sweet taste of flesh giving her some newfound energy. The boar wailed in agony, bucking and flailing, trying to get Tzila off, but she held fast.
Unfortunately, Tzila had not stopped to consider that maybe, this pig was smart... and maybe, it knew how to roll over. The boar suddenly dropped its weight, falling to the floor and twisting so that Tzlia fell under its massive body. She let out a yelp of surprise, but it was cut off as she gained a mouthful of dusty fur. She felt her bones being crushed slowly into the snow as the boar pressed her farther into the ground.
"Stupid... PIG!" Tzila yelled, biting into its skin again as a last ditch effort to free herself. The boar yowled again, flinging itself off the ground, leaving Tzila gasping for air.

[hope you guys don't mind me joining in with Musou]
It had been a long time since he had left the new residence back in the new pack he found himself in. He was now ranked a Gamma, the general of the hunting and possible war groups should anything of the kind should happen. But he was not in the least bit happy about being part of another pack. No, this hybrid would have chosen to slowly build up his own pack instead of joining another pack of savagery within it. In many ways more than one, the borzoi mix hated wolves, hated his own bloodline for several things. Most of his reasons were for possible selfish and personal reasons of the past in which he still remembered those well. Thus is why he kept his distance from them most of the time. He rarely ate with them even if he helped take out a kill. More than once he had been confronted about not eating with the pack, but he would not answer and just stay away from them. Having already been away from the pack for more than a week, he knew the consequences were going to be somewhat bad when he returned, but if he never did, they could not say he had a death penalty out for himself. He would rather remain a loner, risking his life for something stupid and selfish, knowing this other dog he searched for had since forgotten about him from their scourage through his forsaken area.
Treading across the snowy ground, he stopped briefly and took in a deep bout of air with his head held high. He felt the cold penentrate his lungs as if it were trying to act like needles piercing his skin many times over. But he was used to it. This was how Russia was, this is what he was used to. Exhaling slowly, his warm breath sent a fog from within his mouth, making it seem like he was a smoker dog. It has been a while since we've been here.. The carcass's are all gone at least... or just covered by the snow... He still remembered that distasteful day that ended up turning into a fairly interesting week after that, having remembered she had actually started to make him a little more comprehensible to company and more tolerable of things that went on. He had actually enjoyed her company and since missed it after they parted. But why he had come back here he did not know. He mostly guessed it was for the return of his memories to be more vivid and make sure they were real, but part of him hoped she would still be in the area to meet him again. Ears fell back and eyes became smaller, knowing he was just wishing it was that simple. Nothing in this lifetime was simple and nothing would make it so unless you were to endear death as a last wish. As he continued to tread silently through the snow, he heard a boar squeal and a canine yelp as if in pain. His walk quickly came to a run as he perked his ears, hoping it was not her in trouble. However, slowly down as Musou came close to the sound of a river, he hid himself behind a bush and slowly peered around it. No, it was not who he was looking for. Coming from behind the bush, he sat there and watched. There was another dog, male, watching this female. Perhaps.. a challenge? The voice in his head asked as he looked between the male who looked amused and the female who did not seem to be doing so good in the fight by herself.

[No no, not at all <3 Glad you joined rather.]
Zehel sat down, curling his tail around his paws as he looked on with interest. It seems as if she knows what she’s doing… but… I’m not handing anything to her yet. His keen eyes followed what he could see of her as she moved through the bushes, the boar still unsuspecting. Tensing as she crouched, waiting to attack, part of him actually worried for her a bit. He shook his head at these thoughts, trying to rid himself of them. This was not him, this was not ok. He shouldn’t worry about anyone but himself, no excuses.
She leaped out and onto the boor, latching onto its neck. She’s got the right idea… Zehel flicked his tail contently, as his blue eyes focused back on the boar and the female. Should he give her tips? No, this was her challenge; she was to do this on her own… maybe. Besides, he was starting to have fun, for once. If possible, his ears moved forward and his body tensed even more as he sensed the battle going wrong, and even more as he saw it starting to go bad. He resisted going in and finishing it now, the boars wails and the scent of blood driving him. But, he couldn’t, he wouldn’t. wait…. What? His nose rose to the air as he relaxed a bit, a new scent reaching his nose. Who’s this? He thought as he turned his head to look behind them, blue eyes scanning the area. Nothing. Perhaps the wind drug the scent from farther away… He laid his ears back. Hopefully this commotion won’t bring more enemies here.
A rather sharp yelp brought his attention back to the fight as the boar rolled over on top of the female, and Zehel burst out laughing. His laughter - such a strange sound that rose to meet his ears, one that he hadn’t heard in at least a year. His laughter was shorted though as he saw the boar angrily charge around before rearing over her from behind, the intent to kill the one who assaulted him. Well… damn. He leapt to his feet and dashed forward, crouching as he reached her gasping form. He pushed against the ground and soared over her, slamming into the pig, latching onto its neck as they fell backward to the ground, sliding down the small hill. He tightened his grip and pulled his maw off, fangs opening precious veins in the neck. A vicious snarl tore through him as blood seeped into his mouth.
The pig was indeed still alive, though horribly hindered now. “Not so easy now, is it street dog?” He yelled as he leaped off of the boar, dashing away. The creature screaming bloody murder now as it flipped over, blood falling freely from its new wound, and tore through the snow after Zehel. He easily leaped up into a tree and sat on one of the lower branches as the pig slammed into the tree, releasing a frustrated wail. Again and again he slammed the tree, hoping to shake Zehel. “Come on!” He challenged, "Come and finish it off if ya can!”

"Come and finish it off if ya can!” Zehel taunted from the safety of a tree. Tzila got up and shook the snow off her fur. It didn't look as if he was rushing straight into the battle, and Tzila had never, ever took down a boar before... or even seen a wild one. The most she'd seen of these kinds of creatures were the few, fat, lazy pigs on some farms outside of the Tokyo suburbs.
But she was not about to let that stop her now; she was not going to be embarrassed twice.
"I'll show you a fucking finish," Tzila growled so lowly that she sounded almost demonic. Tzila wasted no time in rushing forward with a battlecry. The boar whipped around to confront Tzlia, its nostrils flaring.
But Tzlia was in her zone.
And nothing, no one, was going to best her while she was in this mode. Everything suddenly seemed to slow down as the boar wailed and charged for Tzila. Her senses went on full alert as the boar drew closer and closer, threatening to flatten her against a tree. But Tzila was ready. Her mind pictured the boar as something else. Something she was more used to.
A car.
And just before the boar could hit her, Tzila jumped to the air, landing on its back. The pig flailed, but Tzila quickly bore her teeth right into the already open gash on its neck, tearing through flesh and veins like paper.
"You damn pig!" she roared, lifting her head and spitting out a chunk of tissue, only to bring her head down again. She grabbed the thick skin on the boar, ripping the already sizable gash into something more grotesque. The swine roared in agony, trying to buck Tzila off.
"Three," Tzila counted down as the boar started to lose steam.
"Two."
It stopped flailing finally, panting as its blood slowly seeped out of its body and onto the snow.
"One."
And then it dropped to the ground, its breathing heavy and shallow. It would not take long now for it to die. Tzila jumped off her perch atop her prey, and stared up defiantly at Zehel, "There's your stupid finish."
Blood dripped off the end of Tzila's muzzle, and it was only then she noticed how much of a mess she'd made. The entire "battlefield" looked like a pile of gore and meat. She then looked down at her own chest, noticing that her sleek black fur was now a rusty red color and madded together.
I must look like a psychopath, Tzila thought to herself.
It was then that a gust of wind brought the scent of newcomers. Tzila whipped around, growling. She'd made this kill, and she was going to keep it.
"Moochers," she thought aloud.

The five wolf hybrid males came out and looked at the young female who had just killed the wild boar. They all looked mean and hateful, they were but at this moment their thoughts weren't on food but on getting home to see their family.Zin walked ahead of his brothers."Moochers are we?Well you should know that we're not interrested in your kill. We're just passing through this land searching for the family that we left some months ago.Maybe you can help us?Do you know anything about a young she-wolf named Lyca?"Zin asked with a stern look on his mussel.

[Lyca not to be rude, but stick to the posting order pretty please ^^; ]
Having watched the other run in and help take atoll on the pig, the female jumped in on it once more. Of course after being taunted, she took it down fairly easy and it was kind of interesting to watch how a not so talented hunter ended its kills life, even tough it still had breath within. Musou almost wanted to jump down from where he was sitting and rip out its throat. But as she turned on the five hybrids that had come into clear view, the wolf hybrid remained still. He would wait until she, or the male, turned their attention to them. It mattered not if he had not eaten recently or a week ago. He would still manage another way without stealing from her kill. Besides, he had other things on his mind rather than hang around for too long. Besides, he needed to do other things and getting attached to ones company was not what he wanted to do again. Here in this life, there would always be some kind of hierarchy, even when you were by yourself. Either kill to eat and live or become anothers dinner for becoming a.. well as the female had put it, a moocher off their food. Well, seems we may have to move on, she is obviously not the female you were looking for.. "I know.. but it does not hurt to stop and talk for a little bit.." Musou responded to the voice in his head quietly. Very well.. just don't get attached like you did the last time. That is the reason why you are back in this area again anyway is it not?
The hybrid sighed and mentally shrugged the voices words off as he returned to the scene of happening in front of him. As the wind gently blew by, his red mohawk of a mane ruffled slightly as it settled back down once the wind stopped. He gave a long, but quiet, yawn as he listened. It was tiring to just sit down and watch. Mew, himself entirely, would rather move on, but he was starting to get used to having others either talking to him or bothering him about something or another. So it was beginning to become an almost habit, to sit and talk for a little bit. Muscled rippled under his grey fur as he stretched his shoulders and back slightly.

Zehel snorted as he watched her kill the boar, his eyes scanning over the now bloodied field. Must she have gone out like that? Talk about overkill... geez. He laid his ears back as she yelled out to him, staring defiantly at him. He looked back at her emotionlessly, wondering if he should be impressed, or rather disgusted with the way she killed the poor creature. If he was going to eat, he usually tried to kill his meals with a clean shot or two, as he had some level of respect for his food. Oh well, not that it made any difference now, it was dead, pain or no pain - it no longer mattered.
Instead of anything else he could have done, he went with his most uncharacteristic and smirked, “So, is this the thanks I get for saving your ass? After all, you know good and well you couldn’t have killed it without me.” His smirk grew wider with each word he spoke. This female was starting to grow on him, despite everything he was ever told… and everything that he ever believed.
“Don’t worry though, This wont be your first kill out here, once I’m done with you, you’ll be able to take down one of those on your own.” Unconsciously, he smiled at her. An actual, genuine smile – again, something he hadn’t done in at least a year.
His ears shot up as his eyes wandered from her to the newcomers. With a taught growl, he counted them, examining each one as he went. five… brothers? he thought as the one in front began to speak out. searching for family eh? Sensing tension, and not being up for yet another fight, Zehel leaped out of the tree, landing softly in the snow in front of Tzila and their kill.
"Do you know anything about a young she-wolf named Lyca?"
With an unwavering, cold voice, Zehel responded, “We have not seen anything of the sort, nor have we heard of her. We too are just travelers, on our way through these icy parts.”
Once again, Zehel scanned the brothers, his entire being tensing at the thought of having to fight them, and possibly having to hold Tzila back from protecting their kill.
