Ras smirked slightly. "What, you think we're so self righteous that we'd demand to see the entire pack one by one?" He dropped to his haunches and scraped the snow absentmindedly with his left paw. "We don't care about the others. Well, I'm speaking for myself of course but I assume Tiger shares similar feelings. All we'd like is to see Gajou. Nothing more nothing less." The smirk faded soon however as he squinted his eyes. Dislike bubbled up in his stomach as he stared down the platoon leader. Really, who was this guy? Acting like the hot shot, looking down on others...it made his blood boil with fury. (Of course Ras once again neglected the fact that he did the same thing 24/7, but that was beside the point.) Still, he managed to suppress a groan and gave a swift nod towards the warrior. If he wanted to get even 10 pawsteps towards the place, Ras would have to suck it up and hold his temper for once....much to his own annoyance.
"Look, we're not some horrible dogs ready to storm Ohu so you can stop acting like we're the next big tyrant. Do I look like an ugly demonic Great Dane to you?" 'Don't say small, don't say small, don't say small..' The thought buzzed at the back of his mind sharply. "Cross my heart and hope to die, I'll even keep my thoughts to myself..somewhat. But--" Ras broke off. The dog had stopped paying attention to him and instead was suggesting a proposition to the little husky mix. "If you want to join my platoon, you have to prove you can fight! And those fellas seem raring for me to prove I can fight. So we'll make your test to join Ohu's J Platoon my proof too. You can handle that, right miss?"
Immediately, Ras turned his focus on the Akita Husky mix..the one he had assumed was small from the start. Looking over her again, and to his increasing dismay, the dog turned out to be much, much larger than himself..by almost 10 inches. So. Almost a foot larger than him. Wonderful. Just wonderful. He picked himself up again and turned his gaze back to the platoon leader again. "So you need to have kids fight your battles?" Sassafras said dryly. "That's rather pathetic for a platoon leader, isn't it? I always figured the great dogs of Ohu were the strongest, bravest of the lot. Apparently I was wrong. They have to rely on strangers. What d'you say to that, Tiger?" Ras shifted his head slightly so Tiger was in his sight range. He frowned.
