With his nose low to the ground, Monty sniffed the ground before getting a strong whiff off the air. He slowly crouched behind some bushes, carefully watching the farm. When he felt the coast was clear, he slowly padded out into the open, looking around slowly. "Well...this is all to familiar..." Something out of the corner caught his eye, forcing a growl from his core. He saw what looked like his old owner standing at the back door of the farmhouse. As usual he was drinking and seem to be yelling at Montgomery. He couldn't hear words from his dead owner, but could imagine what he had to say. Snarling loudly, he rushed at his owner and leaped into the air, going for his throat. Just when he thought he would clamp his teeth around that villain's neck, he vanished in thin air. For a few seconds, Monty stood bewildered, glancing around wildly, thinking he was about to be struck. "You dumb hound...you know he's dead and he really wasn't there..." With that being said, he trotted towards the barn, hoping to find scraps of food.

A young black and red wolf hybrid trotted in the dark of the woods. She had been walking since the sun had rose that day,she was tired, trying to find a place to sleep though all she really wanted to do was howl at the moon like her father had done with her many times before. The memories of her father who was a german shepherd rushed over her like waves crashing onto the sharp edges of rocks. She hated looking back on the past of her now dead father but at times couldn't help but think about him.
Aku soon found herself standing at the edge of the woods,as she slowly glanced to the right and then to left, the site of another canine came from the corner of her eye.The canine was some type of hurting dog,she only knew by his physical appearance and because she had met another with her father.Though she took on the wolf looks of her mother, who she had never met and though she didn't want to meet her,she was looking for her,not knowing how her mother would react to the site of her forgotten daughter and who was half wolf and half dog.
The black and red female canine raced towards the male, hoping to talk to someone before the morning when she would have to set out again.

His ears perked up at the sound of a quickly approaching figure. Quickly, he snapped his head to see what was approaching and quickly stiffened and lowered himself, raising his hackles naturally. He didn't want to fight, but he would if the situation came to it. His alert hazel eyes, scanning the young female, trying to determine whether or not she was a threat. "H-Howdy...Who might you be, ma'am...?"

Aku stared at the hunting dog,his hackles had raised as they naturally would.A smile spread across the female's maw. "You don't need to be so aggressive or so formal.I only wish to talk and my name is Aku."
The hybrid was not about to let this male get the better of her just because he took her appaerance as a threat. She had no need to fight, instead she truely did just want to talk.As she stared into the hazel eyes of his canine, the memories of her father came to her.His black pelt that gleamed in the moonlight and his strong sence of loyality to humans who had abandoned him.
Aku herself had never met a human who was not kind but it was only thanks to her father that she knew how to tell which humans were kind and those who were cruel.Though she did not trust them, the female's pelt bristled at the thought of humans now.

His muscles relaxed as he dropped his low stance, staring at the mixed breed. "Right-O...Well...My name is Montgomery...and I'm not from around here." If this breed which was rare to Japan didn't stand out, surely his southern accent did. "If you wanna talk...we can talk, lil missy. I was just about to bust into that..." His mind wandered off as it was flooded with painful memories of the abuse that was delivered in his farm back at home. "Farm house to see if there's any food left...I'm mighty hungry..."

Kyouran was tired, tired of having to live in a place such as this. The abandoned farm he had found some time ago seemed like a good spot to rest, but he never imagined himself staying there for a whole week. The weather was too cold for his short fur, and the lack of fighting and hunting skills significantly lessened his chances for surviving much longer on his own in the wild. So he decided he'd stay here till he was a bit stronger and the air warmer, but still the stench of the old place bothered him more than he liked. Having spent his life in a house, chained, the feeling of freedom was something strange and new to him, but yet something he enjoyed. And this place suffocated him. It reminded Kyu of his old "home", making his nightmares even worse than they usually were. The silverish dog was interrupted in his thoughts as an unfamiliar sound reached his ears. Someone was outside. The mutt was instantly suspicious, but he knew well enough that whoever this was, they probably didn't even know he was here, for the smell of the barn covered his own well. Nevertheless, he decided to at least see what was going on, since suddenly another's smell caught Kyu's attention. So, there wasn't only one canine. Getting up from a pile of old blankets slowly, the male shook his fur as to get rid of the dust, approaching the broken door carefully, as quiet as possible. He couldn't see much at first, but than a reddish hound looking canine appeared in his line of sight, and before he could react, another approached him and the two seemed to be having a conversation which Kyu was too far to hear. Now, Kyouran had absolutely no idea if those two canines saw him or not, but he wasn't about to take any chances and make them think he was ambushing them. So, stepping forward, he was out of the farmhouse, his body fully visible. Determined not to give them any reason to start a fight, he dragged out the part of him that was best fit for communication, fighting off his usual reserved and quiet nature. It was comical how hard he tried to smile nicely, and still he could feel he'd only scare the newcomers. Sighing in defeat, he took another step, his body as relaxed as he could manage without being reckless, his green eyes watching every move of the two canines. "I just hope this won't lead to a conflict...."
((OOC: Now, Lyca, since Kyu and Aku should be mates, but haven't officially met, should I RP him as if he had never seen her before? Or should this be a rather happy reunion?))

As the female before him began to speak, his ears perked up a the sound of someone approaching in the snow. He quickly cocked his head to see the newcomer. Upon seeing the clearly larger down, he leaped back so he could see both canines at once. "Hold on! I knew comin' to this farm was a BAD idea!" He glanced at the female. "I shoulda figured! You were gonna keep me distracted while this geller blind sided me!" He snarled loudly and lowered his head, his hackles wildly raised. "Well if I can survive years of beating and live, you two won't take me down!" He backed up towards the farm a bit, clearly this poor hound's PTSD was acting up again. He wasn't having these episodes as of late. It must have been that being near a farm was causing it to bring back painful memories. "I won't go down without a fight, just lettin' ya'll know!"
(Don't mind him. ^^ Its on his profile about how jacked up this hound is)

(OOC: This is when they first met ok Kyu?)
Aku looked shocked at how the reddish hound reacted, for she did not know who the new canine was and at this moment did not care. The wolf blood that now boiled in her veins told her to attack but the she-dog's body was as still as stone.Aku inhaled slowly, her red eyes closed, she listened for a moment to what the hound said.
"Hold on! I knew comin' to this farm was a BAD idea!" He glanced at Aku. "I shoulda figured! You were gonna keep me distracted while this geller blind sided me!" He snarled loudly and lowered his head, his hackles wildly raised. "Well if I can survive years of beating and live, you two won't take me down!" The female did not know what to do to make his male understand that she did not know this young silverish male who had approached them from the barn. "I won't go down without a fight, just lettin' ya'll know!"
After listening intently to the hounds words, the hybrid opened her eyes and snarled back to Monty "I don't know him and if you want to fight then by all means fight,I only wanted to talk, though I will not attack first, you weak minded male!!!" The female knew that this would probably hurt the male's pride a little but she did not care. She had seen to many males come on to her and treat her sweetly but her wolf blood would not permet her to be kind, for deep down her heart knew that all their words were lies. The hybrid female took another deep in hopes to calm herself down though it did not work. Aku stared wide eyed at the red hound, her fangs bared and ready to fight, though hoping that she wouldn't have to.

((OOC: OK, that's just fiiiine with me ! ^^))
Kyouran was surprised to the reaction of the hound when he saw him, to say at least. To immediately think this was an ambush? Well, even Kyu wasn't that paranoid, and just to let ya know, he wasn't one of the world's calmest dogs. Hi listened carefully to what each of the two canines had to say, never taking his eyes off of either of them. The female seemed reluctant but ready to fight if the need be, but Kyu, on the other hand, wanted to go and beat the crap out of that dog. Even though he was in absolutely no shape to start a fight of any kind, the words of the hound made him angry. And he wasn't easy to anger, not at all. "I honestly don't know either of you, but" he turned his head to look at the male with fire burning in his usually cold green eyes, " I know all too well what beatings feel like, so if you're gonna complain, go to someone else! I do not wish to fight any of you." Once he got angered, it became hard for him to control his temper, and loosing his mind again like it happened once before, was something he wouldn't allow. So he did his best to cool the burning rage in his soul that appeared at the thought of his owner and humans who were the only ones able to cause that much pain and suffering. Sighing, slightly exhausted from such an outburst, he lowered his head and looked at the both canines, now all traces of energy gone. "I apologize to you both, it was not right for me to act so. I guess the memories of past can get to me as well. " Stepping closer a bit, he suddenly remembered: "How rude, I haven't even introduced myself. My name is Kyouran, but feel free to call me Kyu." The mutt just hoped that his temporary loss of control wouldn't make the hound even more alert, or even cause him to attack. For if it came to that, he knew for sure he'd lose. The light taste of blood in his mouth left no places for argument on that matter, and he wondered for a second if the keen senses of smell both canines possessed would catch the smell of the red supstance...

His hackles slowly lowered as he sat on his rear, still watching them both. "Sorry ya'll...I get that way sometimes...its the lack of food and sleep...I get all these delirious ideas and visions and I just...freak out, y'know?" He bowed his head, remembering all the T.V. shows his owner used to watch about Japan. He figured that was their greeting here. "My name is Montgomery...but you can call me Monty...I'd rather not fight...I just came here to get me some food from.." He glanced back at the farmhouse and shuddered hard, whining a bit. "The farm house...But I suppose this area might belong to one of you...?" He looked from them both, bowing to the female mix. "I'm awfully sorry, Miss for doin' like I did..."

Within an instant the anger that Aku had disappeared and a smiled spead across her maw."Don't worry about. This area doesn't belong to me,but your hungry I don't mind going out and hunting for the three of us.Besides I have to keep up my strength. To nice to meet you Kyu-kun and Monty-kun."
The hybrid female looked at the silverish dog and stared at him as the moonlight shined upon his coat. His green eyes were somewhat different than that of others who she had seen. The she-dog soon looked away.
"Sorry if you two know what its like to beaten by humans, my father taught how to choose bewteen humans. But he died about three months ago. Now I'm off to find my mother though I doubt she'll want to see me and if she doesn't then thats just fine with me." Aku deep inside wanted her mother to see her and accept her for who she was and what she was, instead of an outcase of both dog and wolf society.
Tears formed in her eyes, though none fell, for she would not let them. Not in front of these males. She smiled at Monty and then Kyu,as she turned to leave to go hunt.

He watched the female retreat before glancing at the large silver male. "If you were sleeping in the barn, I reckon I'll break in the farmhouse to stay. Maybe there are some food scraps left in there...And it might actually be warmer that curling up in that there barn..." He nodded with a small smile. "And you seem pretty bulky...maybe you can help me knock down the door if I can't get in through the window."

Kyouran was extremely glad that the situation was calming down, for a fight was something he hadn't wanted. He listened to the hound speak, titling his head at the dog's name-Montgomery. He had never heard of a name like that before, spending his life chained inside, and he liked it. The male seemed to truly regret reacting the way he had, and Kyu smiled silently. Well, it seemed as though his new company could be something he'd rather enjoy. At that thought, his eyes fell upon the female before him, and it was the first time he actually payed attention to what she looked like. Admiration filled him, as she was obviously strong, stronger than him in every way. Her red marks were indeed strange, but it was nothing that Kyu didn't like. The silverish mutt could see that it hurt her to talk about her family, and his ears laid back. He had no memories of his parents, he had lived alone on the street before his owner took him in, making his life a living hell. But now wasn't the time to let his past take over again, and he pushed the images away. "I am truly sorry for that Aku-san, but I hope your search will be successful." His voice was now a bit unclear, for that injury that was supposed to heal long ago was troubling him again, filling his mouth with blood he dared not let spill, for he knew what impression that gave to those who had never met him before. Weak, weak and helpless. And, to some extent, he really was, but that didn't mean he wanted to show it. Watching Aku leave to hunt, Kyu couldn't help but think hoe beautiful and graceful she looked. His attention, however, turned to Montgomery again as the hound told him of his plan. Break into the farmhouse, well, Kyu could have told him right away that he had already checked for food and found nothing, he could have also informed him than it was actually much colder there than in the barn, but he didn't feel the need to explain any of these things as his mind was still somewhere else. It had something to do with the she-wolf whose fur shone so brightly in the moonlight. Kyu just shrugged his shoulders, surprised a bit that the male thought he was bulky, for God's sake, he didn't have a muscle on him.

(( So sorry!!! >_< I had just woke up...I didn't even think...I'm oh so sorry!!! >_<!!!! After this post we should be back on order again)
He watched the male only for a moment before turning to the farmhouse and padding up to the door. "Should be easy enou-..." He put his pat next to the door and felt the coldness. "Sheesh...its like a dern freezer in there...Maybe that ain't a good idea..." He glanced back at Kyu. "Hey uhm...is there some spot in the barn for me?"

Aku listened to what Kyu had to say and yet did not reply to his comment. The memories of her father and the thought of her mother washed over her.The female soon forced the thoughts and memories out of her mind and concentrated on hunting.
Aku trotted into the woods and slowly sniffed around in certain areas that she thought mind have the scent of prey.As she did this, the smell of deer filled her nostrails.A smile spread across her maw.
The she-dog chased after the scent and some came across a large wooded area where the deers could barebly move.Aku slowly and quietly moved closer, and with every step, stopping for just a moment, waiting to see what they deer would do.
Soon she came close to a buck with large antlers and without a second thought, pushed off the ground and towards the buck. The other deer swiftly moved through the narrow area.Aku brought down the large male deer and covered its nose with her mouth, killing it slowly.
Once the deer stopped moving,Aku gribbed it between her jaws and began to drag the large animal towards the barn where her new friends waited to eat.
