(This post is only for those who showed interest in joining my Yakuza. Police force characters are not allowed in this thread.) The sun was barely rising over the skyline, bright orange rays outlining each of the buildings that towered over the unlikely pair that traveled below. Two males, from completely different backgrounds, of completely different breeds and completely different outlooks on life, yet they stuck together, inseparable. And, nobody who met them could figure out why. But the truth was...
They needed each other.
They completed each other, as it were. But, completion wasn't the only thing that kept these two together, nor their tight friendship. No, they held something that was just as important.
Ambition.
Merely hours ago, they had cornered a canine that owed them and told him to spread the word to select parts of the city that there was to be a meeting at the time the sun reached the middle of the sky - noon. The meeting was to be staged in a fairly open area, though, it was also a rather hard area to find. Only canines who were worthy were allowed to attend this meeting. But, how to decide who was worthy, and who wasn't? Why, a puzzle of course, a series of riddles, if you will. Each answer led to another puzzle, and another, and each answer was a clue, leading each canine closer to this spot.
Now, you may be wondering why all this work, just for a meeting, right? Well, the answer is simple. Secrecy, confidentiality... strength. Only the best of canines would be able to solve their puzzles, and that's what these two males needed - the best. Not only that, but they didn't want, nor need the wrong types of canines wandering into their midst. Trouble wasn't desired, not now at least."Fox, we're here."The cool words that slipped from the maw of Mookyul Eun drew the Kai's attention up from the cement below their paws. A metal fence stood before them, bent and falling apart. Blue eyes wandered down from the large, dirty "Keep Out" sign to the retreating form of Mookyul through the opening in the gate. Laying his ears back, the younger male followed his friend, squeezing out on the other side with a groan. In truth, he expected to see a junkyard, or at least, a large pile of trash. But no, what he saw... surprised him. A large, grassy area, trees all around, ponds with jumping Koi fish and flowers. A soft breeze swept through the area and Ewon sniffed the air. Despite being in the middle of a city, this place smelled so fresh. "What is this?"A smirk touched the corner of Mookyul's maw as he looked back at the smaller dog, "This, is a private area. There's a mansion on this land, a very wealthy human lives there, but... they never trek out here. It's the perfect meeting place. Well hidden, and avoided by the average canine due to the fear of being caught."Ewon blinked several times, soaking in this information before nodding and trotting up to Mookyul's side. "So, where's the meeting spot? You seem to have this planned out, and once again... you didn't let me on much..."Mookyul laughed softly as he led Ewon along a narrow, winding path through the trees. "Just ahead." It was true, that Mookyul hadn't told his dear Ewon much about the meeting spot. It wasn't that he didn't trust the Kai, it was the fact that he didn't trust the possibly eavesdropping ears that may be wandering around. Even when one thought they were in complete secrecy, chances were, they weren't. Which, was why he had chosen the place to meet where he did. This place was guaranteed to be secret.
Stopping before a wide mouth of a cave, Mookyul licked his maw "It is in here, that we will meet."Nodding, Ewon moved ahead of Mookyul and into the cave. Burning torches lined the walls, a fire in the middle of the large, round room. The fire cast a rather eerie glow across the room, and it made Ewon feel rather... at home. "You like?" Not having heard the larger canine approach behind him, Fox Jung turned to look at Mook with a smile. It wasn't until he had turned, that he had noticed how the cover of the dense trees outside made the cave rather secluded and tricky to find on its own, not to mention how it blocked out the sun, casting the feeling of the twilight hour upon the cave. Blue eyes wandered from the opening, to Mookyul before Ewon finally gave him a nod."Yes."The answer was short, sweet and simple, but it gave Mook all the information he needed. This area... yes... this area would be headquarters for their precious Yakuza. Licking his maw again, Mookyul padded toward the back of the cave before crouching and leaping onto the largest of the rocks, laying down on its flat top, allowing the tips of his paws to hang over the edge. Looking at Ewon, he gave the kai a simple movement of his head, beckoning him to come. Grinning slyly, Ewon complied and crept around the flames, taking a spot on the rock just below his and looked up at the elder male with a smirk."They should be arriving soon then?""Yes.

The immense figure of a dog had carefully concealed his thick frame behind a towering patch of red cana flowers and smooth tarro leaves. Lightly colored fish nipped and tickled at his fur, playfully curious of who this newcomer was and if he was made of food. The cool waters were a welcome relief to him, a short breather before having to continue to where this riddle ended. The dull murmur of dogs past him and quickly faded into the darkness of the well-kept forest, his failing hearing could not make out what was being said. Perhaps they came to solve the puzzle too?
With a sigh, he heaved his massive body out of the shallows of the pond and like a tank, plowed slowly after them. His cumbersome paws uprooting few expensive plants in the process and sending the brightly colored koi scattering towards the safety of deeper water. The strong scent of boar had been washed off in the process, in its wake came the mildly copper-smell of fish water.
He hauled himself out, lazily shook once and cast his amber gaze towards the thin, serpentine trail. "I'm getting too old for this..." the mastiff groaned as he started after the other dogs. Within moments, his breathing became heavy an malicious-sounding. Similar to that of a movie serial killer, it came in short, shallow gasps. Though a monster he was anything but; the elderly male was a creature who was simply horribly overweight and wasn't truly a threat to anything that could outrun him.
Laelaps stood as a menacing silhouette at the mouth of the cave. The scent of other dogs, fire... his adrenaline pumped and he suddenly wasn't so short of breath. A threat of an ambush weighed heavily on his mind, after all, he'd pissed off a lot of dogs in his life. It wouldn't be out of the question if he had a price on his head.
"Are you the ones who called?" He grumbled, his voice reverberating in the cavern as he took another step foreword. Laelaps held a commanding voice. Even at it's current level tone, it was powerful enough to call ears to attention.
The Butcher had arrived. [/size]

Battousai It was noon, and the Sun was at its peak. Bah. Bright sunny days was Battousai's bane. He had spent most of his morning figuring out these God awful riddles and puzzles. It wasn't that they were hard for the trained killer, no. They were just tedious and repetitive. The trail of puzzles had lead him to a Keep Out sign on a fence that lead to some kind of park or forested area. Without giving it much thought, he pushed off the ground and jumped over the fence, landing quietly in the soft green grass. His cold red eyes quickly scanned the area for hostile targets. After a few moments passed he moved on. The smell of a whole mass of dogs filled the air. Habitually he licked his sharp-steel like fangs as he made his way through the trees and bushes. It wasn't long before he came upon the Koi pond. The bright colored fishes were swimming around and jumping mindlessly. With a scoff, he walked through the pond, ignoring the feeling of the fish nibbling at him. The feeling of those fish testing to see if he was food annoyed him. He had a strong idea to just start killing the fish, but that could come later. There was a meeting to attend to. At last, his keen eyes had picked up the sight of other dogs, and they were heading into a secluded cave. As the French Spaniel neared the entrance of the cave, he could hear the booming and command voice of an older Tosa. With a cold merciless air about him, he padded down into the cave, towards the fire. With each step the sound of metal clicking against stone echoed off the cave walls. When he reached the center of the cave, he looked around making note of the Tosa and the two other dogs upon the rocks, gazing at him. "I take it you two called for this meeting..." He stood beside the Tosa, staring at the other two, assessing them meticulously. These dogs seemed to have the same mind set as his own. The Slayer might actually get along with these dogs.

Stallion The black and brown spotted dalmation had returned to tokyo with his master but soon left the human he had spent so many days with. Stallion had learned to love the forest and now the city. He heard of the riddle though at the time didn't think much of it, soon found himself on the trail of the answer.
Stallion soon came to an old fence with a "KEEP OUT" sign. The male dalmation went through the gate of the old fence and soon looked around. After a few days in the forest, he had learned to look around before entering an area. The dalmation didn't see anything dangerous but soon heard the moffled sound of voices. He followed the voices ignoring the koi fish who nipped at his paws, seeing if he was food. The ember glow of fire and the shadowy figures of canines stood there.
Stallion took a deep a breath and entered the mouth of the cave. The dalmation stood beside the French Spaniel and looked at the two males who had been there before him. "Did you call?" Stallion asked with a snarl.
Aku
Aku the female wolf hybrid who had been in the forest had heard of the riddle and decided why not cheeck it out and see what everyone was so up tight about. She had also never been the city and as she walked trough the shadowly streets her ear fur filled with noise that she had never heard before and she didn't really like it.
The she-wolf walked until she found an old fence with a sign on it. She heard the sound of a canine asking something though it was to moffled to hear correctly. She walked through the pond, the koi fish swimming away from her paws, the cold cement that she had walked on, made her paws ache. She came to the mouth of a cave and smiled at the shadowy figures of canines.
Aku entered with her head held high, and she didn't care if the males were surprised to see her or not, she wasn't going to let a group of males push her around. She had a lot more bite then she did bark after all. She came to a small group of males, she walked and stood on the other side of a large mastiff. She looked at two who looked as though they had been there for some time. An evil smile spread across Aku's maw. "Your the ones who called right?" Aku might get along with these if they could believe that she could fight just as well as any male.

((OOC: Sorry it took me so long and for the sucky reply xD))Hasaki & Hikigane
Has growled, looking up with narrowed eyes as she tried to avoid the sun blinding her as she did so. The old, rusty sign warned the curious minds to keep out, and that just made the threatening look on her features darken. She was in no mood for any more bullshit, for the day of following trails and hints, while trying to solve some goddamn puzzle was not her idea of fun. On the contrary, it brought out her annoyance, and the usual bloodlust was stronger than ever. As to prove the point, her maw was drenched in half dried red liquid that carried metallic scent in the air. It was far more pleasant of a smell to her than the one coming from the nature before her. Beyond the old fence that was about to fall off laid a beautiful piece of land that differed from the city they had passed through to reach it. The trees and ponds with what appeared to be koi fish could be seen clearly in the bright sun, and the air lacked the dust and gasses that surrounded the small area. It was… like a small paradise for animals who were seeking refuge from the brutality and filth of the city. But than again, Has wasn’t your typical street dog who was sick of the noises and passing humans who’d do their best at kicking the smaller canines that managed to get in their way. The corruption of that place felt good in her mind, and the fact it was crowded just meant there were more possible victims on every step. Licking her maw to get one more taste of the blood smearing it, her pale eyes travelled from the sign board above her to meet the much darker ones of Gun who was standing calmly next to her. Feeling her observe him, he glanced in her direction giving her a small smile, just enough to tell her it was fine. They were done with puzzles for the day, and hopefully, forever. Even though his temper was generally better controlled and his thirst for blood less, making him seem much more… normal, he was just as annoyed as his mate. Instead of enjoying her presence and the time they had alone for themselves, they ran across some little bastard mutt who insisted on telling them about some “meeting”. The second he had laid his eyes on the smaller dog his instincts screamed at him to kill the other immediately, for the aura surrounding the brown body was… sneaky… filthy… unworthy of his time or trust. But the words that left his mouth caught the attention of both former assassins, and he got to live. Just a bit longer, that is. As soon as the last information concerning the first puzzle that would lead them to the desired place was laid out for them, the sharp fangs of the ruthless beauty Gun saw as his love clasped around the dog’s neck, digging into the soft flesh and cutting the veins that kept his life fluids where they were supposed to be. Hikigane let his mind wonder for just a while longer, admiring the memories of her, standing proud and with that wild yet mesmerising look in her eyes as the blood dripped of her, creating a small puddle at her paws.
The moment was broken by a sudden movement on his right, and Gun came back to reality just in time to see his mate high in the air, her body twisting to avoid being scratched by the sharp edges of the old fence. As he had noticed before, there was still a small opening a bit further away, a hole in the metal, but Has obviously appreciated the old-fashioned way more. He smiled lightly before shifting and flexing his paws, muscles getting tense as he pushed himself off the ground, gaining height by each second. The feeling of air rushing by him, the pull of gravity making his fall faster… It all was so wonderful, and it made a shiver go down his spine in excitement. Landing softly on the other side, he was greeted but Hasaki’s wide grin. He could practically sense her impatience rolling off of her in waves. Now that all the puzzles were solved, her annoyance dissipated leaving only the desire to meet the ones they have been told of. The two bosses who would pay for the bloody jobs to be done was something like a dream coming true for the young assassin, and her sadistic nature had only gone wilder with killing the messenger. Gun flashed her a promising smirk, reassuring her they would meet them soon.
The scenery never changed as they followed the smells of other canines, convinced they would lead them to the meeting place they were searching for. The smells were steadily getting stronger, making Has lick the blood off her maw once again, enjoying its taste in her mouth. If everything worked out, she would soon be rewarded for such actions. The sinister look in her eyes intensified, and she quickened her pace, glancing at Gun as to tell him to hurry up as well. He obliged with no complaints, for he was just as edger to meet the two.
The cave came into the line of their sight just minutes later, and Hasaki somewhat sighed in relief as they approached it. The sun couldn’t reach them there, and although she could see perfectly in bright daylight, the strength of it hurt her pale eyes and slowly caused a headache to form. But this… it was much better. They walked side by side, getting alert and keeping their guard up. That many dogs at one place could mean serious trouble if things got out of hand. Nevertheless, not one of them ever even considered the possibility of turning back, and determination filled both mates. The voices from ahead reached them, and Has perked her ears trying to get what they were saying, but unfortunately, the content missed her and she growled softly before calming down. It wasn’t like her to let things pass her. The aura surrounding the two was rather cold, and filled with authority. But they were far from underestimating their company. From what they had been told, the ones they have been looking for were intent on gathering strong canines who would carry out their dirty work. Such dogs were not to be easily taken, and neither wanted to make that mistake. They stopped at the entrance, careful not to miss anything nor to cause any reason to be attacked.

A young female kai ken mix walked slomely through the cold allys of the city. Her head low, and an angry expression on her muzzle. Faia's brown and dark brown pelt shined as the street light glowed in the darkness. The female she dog was only a yearling now, bandages wrapped around her mid torso and her tail.
Faia had heard of the riddle that was being past around and she had not been in the city long, the she-dog had figured out the spot of the meeting place. She kept her head low and her aggressive expression on her muzzle, warning all that she wasn't one to fight with. She drew close to the old broken fence with the "KEEP OUT" sign hanging on it.
Faia stared at the sign and snarled, she didn't care who owned the land or who lived here, the rich humans didn't care about stray canines like her, she was a feral canine and didn't much for humans though one human did bandage her when she was wounded. Faia didn't mind that human but she was a wild canine and didn't want a home.
The brown she-dog jumped over the fence and landed on the other side, she walked towards the undergrowth where the entrance of the cave was. Her paws became numb at the touch of the water where the koi fish who began to nip at her paws. Because they were numb she didn't feel anything and walked past the pond, she found the entrance of the cave, the smell of burning wood filled her scent glands as she entered the mouth of the cave.
Faia soon saw several other canines who had entered, though two were laying on a large rock with their paws hanging over. Soon Faia was can't over a an eger to fight, an evil grin spread across her maw as her head lifted up.

(My apologies for taking so long to reply to you all, school got the better of me.) Blue eyes traveled down from Mookyul to the flames below as Ewon settled himself comfortably on the rock. Allowing his paws to fall over the edge and dangle, he laid his head on his forelegs, seemingly mesmerized by the flames that licked at the cool air. Tearing his eyes away from the glowing mass, he closed them, allowing his mind's eye to take over. The familiar silver lining weaved its way through the darkness, outlining each detail outside in a misty haze. The elder canine above looked down at him once again, noting the change in Ewon's aura."What do you see, my Fox?"A small smile crept onto the Kai's maw as he opened it to describe what he saw, "Canines, heading this way. I see at least Six." Yellow ears rose suddenly as he opened his eyes, staring at the entrance of the cave, "Make that seven..." As the last word left his maw, a rather large shadow made its way into the cave - distorted by the flickering light cast by the flames - its owner not far behind."Are you the ones who called?""Hai." The word was stated simply in the language of his native tongue, his voice monotonic and deep as he studied the large canine before them. He looked to be older in his years, but that meant nothing. More than likely, this dog was a force to be reckoned with. Before he could continue on and greet the new male, another stood beside him, making himself known."I take it you two called for this meeting..."Like Mookyul above, Ewon looked the newcomers over carefully, almost as if he were trying to look into their soul. He would have many questions for these canines, most of which would be left for a much later date - especially since the entire lot hadn't arrived yet. Part of him wondered if these two had seen any of the others he had foreseen coming, the other part told him it was highly unlikely with all the riddles Mookyul and himself had staged. As he fell deeper into his thoughts, his blue eyes returned to the flames, becoming completely oblivious as the others stepped into the cave behind the first two.
Running his tongue over his maw, Mookyul couldn't help but to smile darkly at the canines that had gathered before them. Five, Six... Seven. Ewon was right. Clearing his throat, the giant malamute stood himself up, his gaze hardening as Ewon's mind was returned to him. "You are all correct. We are the ones who summoned you. You have all solved the puzzles we left for you, I'm impressed."Lowering his head, Ewon looked over the canines who had entered as he was lost within himself, his eyes stopping on a particular assassin in the back. The main color of her fur grey, marred by black and red markings. He didn't know her name, nor anything about her, except for the fact that her maw was covered in blood - a familiar smelling blood at that. Narrowing his eyes, the Kai found himself smirking. So, you killed one of the messengers, hm? In truth, he wasn't disappointed at all, thrilled, rather. It was one last mess they would have to worry about cleaning up. One out of three, that was. The other two knew too much, they would have to be eradicated."My name is Mookyul Eun, you may call me Mookyul, Boss and Sir. This is my Fox, Ewon." He put an emphasis on 'my fox' as he motioned to the yellow canine below him, Ewon standing up as he was introduced. "State your names, if you will."Waiting till each canine spoke their name, Ewon nodded a confirmation to them all. "Welcome to the Yakuza."

((OOC: The reply sucks, sorry. And I'm bringing in Anrui here.))
Has settled in the back, near the cave’s entrance, and she sat down, letting her muscles relax at last. It appeared to her now that there was no particular reason to expect anyone of the present canines to attack, so she stopped scanning them for any sign of possible aggression. Closing her pale eyes with a relieved sigh, she slumped lightly against her mate who she could sense sitting next to her. Gun just glanced at her, an unnoticeable smile gracing his maw as he took in her appearance. She was so beautiful when she let that strained and crazed expression leave her features, but then again, it was also one thing that he loved about her. She was so much different than anyone else he knew, so like him. But no, she went even further than him, she let her bloodlust show and the fact was, he admired that look in her eyes she got every time blood would come in contact with her tongue. Catching himself before he got too lost in thought, Gun shifted in his spot, nudging Has lightly as to remind her they were not completely safe just yet. Even tho they were both strong and capable assassins, the situation they were in was not one to be taken lightly. All of the dogs there were a force not to be messed with, and while he would not second guess challenging them one on one, he was not stupid enough to think they could beat them all at once. And it was way too early to say they were going to be treated as friends here. Until then, they both needed to stay at least somewhat alert and ready to defend themselves.
Hasaki opened her eyes, sparing a glance at the one next to her before her ears flattened to her head, as she could feel another pair of eyes on her. It made her uncomfortable, and it also drove out that side of her that wanted to forget about all the caution and just attack the first dog she could see. With one deep breath she calmed herself, aware that thinking like that was only to get them both killed if she acted on it. It would not do. Besides, all she could sense from the yellowish dog who observed her was curiosity, maybe slight surprise, but no hostility. And while she wouldn’t question it normally, this time Has just tried to think of it as a good thing. She was making an impression, good. How, and why, she didn’t know, but she had to admit the attention felt good, maybe… Sighing once again, this time more with frustration, she shook her head and payed more attention to the words the big one spoke, instead to her own confusing and utterly unnecessary thoughts.
While neither of the two assassins liked the authority now named Mookyul spoke with, they restrained themselves from showing it. Lifetime in military thought the couple that showing disrespect to your superiors got you nothing but pure trouble, and the thought of a whip was the first one to cross their minds. Gun shuddered at the memory, his scar almost burning with hatred around his neck as he could still see clearly the face of the guard that was so much enjoying almost choking him. He pushed the memory away, and instead focused on the fire to calm his breathing. Getting upset would do him no good, and it would only worsen the growing dizziness. It had started bothering him a few minutes ago, but it was no surprise to him. He knew it would come sooner or later as a result of eating extremely little that past few weeks. But he couldn’t help it; his throat hurt too much and just pretending he did not desperately need food was easier. He shrugged to himself, it would pass soon enough.
And while Gun’s thoughts wandered, Has focused more on the “fox” who stood up as his name was called. “Ewon, huh?” She scanned the smaller dog, wondering once again what he had found so interesting on her moments ago before her mind went back to the blood that was still on her maw. So, he had figured it out, that she had killed one of the messengers they had obviously sent. A wicked smile spread across her maw, and she looked at him almost expectantly. Has couldn’t wait to see what would happen once they were done with the formalities, she wanted to see if her little “fun” earlier that day would cause more blood to be spilled. But as she remembered the almost approving look he gave her back then, she started to doubt that would be the case. Anyway, she just hoped she’d get to inflict more pain on someone, and soon.
After all the other canines spoke their names, both realized they were too lost in thought and were now the only ones yet to introduce themselves. While Gun just indifferently shrugged once again and spoke in an almost bored tone that hid his alertness, simply stating his name as Hikigane, Has was bent on making more of a show. Flashing a grin at her mate, she ran her tongue across her teeth, enjoying as the remains of dried blood melted in her mouth. Her body moved with no effort as she stood up, apparently ignoring the other occupants of the cave, and moved forward. Her steps were slow and rather relaxed, even tho she was wondering how the yellow canine would react to what she had planned out.
As Has slowly made her way over to the two leaders, Gun stayed back, puzzled. “What in the world is she thinking?” He couldn’t understand what Has was doing, and his instinct told him he should just stop her now and not wait to find out. If she was bored, she was going to make some fun for herself, and while he enjoyed the shows she made, now was not the time for those. He hoped she still remembered a reckless move could get them both killed.
As she got closer to Ewon, she started grinning like crazy again, and a mischievous look made her almost white eyes glow. She wanted to do something to make a real impression, something that would really be worth the trouble of finding this damn place, and she couldn’t wait to see the look on fox’s face. She just hoped he would not try to stop her before she got to do her thing. “Just one more s-…” And she blinked in confusion. “What in the world now?” With an extremely annoyed snarl, she whipped her head around to look for the source of the noise that prevented her from carrying her plan out. The sight that greeted her however, was not the one she had expected. Instead of seeing a fallen tree or something like that that could have caused the loud crash she had heard, her eyes fell on a form of a small canine that lay near the cave’s entrance, a bit farther away from where Gun still sat.
Annie growled, both in pain and frustration, as she opened her eyes and looked around, trying to get a sense of what was up and what down. Damn, she must have hit her head when she fell of the tree, because the world wouldn’t stop spinning and the colors were all blurred together creating a confusing mess of practically shapeless masses. She let herself lay on the ground for a few more seconds before she even considered trying to get up. When it was finally safe enough to move, the fox hybrid shifted and got her paws below her once again. She could feel the branch that fell with her crack under her weight, and now she knew why she made that much noise when she hit the ground. The fucking branch broke! “Damn…” As it appeared, getting up wasn’t one of her best ideas as she just ended up falling over her own paws the second she tried to lift herself up. This time, she just continued to lay dawn relaxing her muscles and trying to ease the pain. Having her metal leg broken and pretty much in shambles while the flesh part still bled freely, she could now see why her plan of traveling through the trees didn’t work this time.
Hasaki returned her attention to the fox a few seconds later, still having a rather sadistic grin of her face, for she remembered still not telling him her name tho that’s what she was going to do. But the damn clumsy fox mix interrupted her plans, and now she was going to have to settle for just plain introducing herself. So boring, and she had had such an amazing plan worked out. But oh well, at least the metallic scent that now filled the air brought her some comfort as she spoke. “Hasaki. You can call me Has simply. Fox.” She was purposefully ignoring Mookyul who stood next to Ewon, and the fact he seemed to be the real boss here didn’t faze her the least. She was interested in the yellow one’s words, not his.

Battousai's cold red eyes focused on the boss, then to the "fox." He remained silent and just as he was about to speak, he saw Has get up and start moving towards the leaders. His maw didn't stay open long as he shut it to watch the clearly mad female grin like a pole cat. He couldn't help but grin when whatever she was about to do to that fox was interrupted by the newcomer. His attention shifted only for a second to study the new fox before turning back to Has
After she introduced herself, he began to snicker and sneer at her. "Disrespectful little bitch, aren't you? Didn't your mommy and daddy teach you manners and to show respect to your leader? Oh and his Fox?" He sneered at her wickedly before turning to his leader and slowly approaching the fire. He stopped a few feet away from the Fox and the leader and slowly bowed. He held his position for a few seconds before raising his head.
"My name is Battousai, The Slayer. I am a professional killer. I was once a leader of a trained platoon sent to kill humans, dogs, cats, anything. I am at your service." He bowed his head once more before getting up and padding back to his spot, slowly sitting down and watching the leader intently.
[Pardon the bad post. i have no real muse for battousai today]

"You may call me Faia." The kai ken mixed spat, she ignored everyone else who spoke. She snarled at the canines though it was a friendly smile, she knew it would send the message that she was a fighter and was ready to fight. "Glad I decided to come and find out what you all wanted. So the Yakuza, I like it." A wicked smile spread across her maw with a gental laugh escaped through her fangs.
Her eyes looked around at the others, she finally decided to notice the others. Faia sighed at the site of each one, they looked strong, but she didn't think they were all that strong. "You'll have to forgive my boldness and my agrression, its a force of habit for me." Faia added as she shifted her weight.

The mastiff stood slack-jawed as a simpleton as the large malamute spoke, his old eyes traced over the forms of his companions with mild boredom. 'It's a bunch of kids..' the elder thought as he waddled closer towards the inviting fire. He shifted his massive bulk to settle into an awkward sitting position, taking up place in one of the more brightly lit areas. His haggard face and grizzled scars were easily illuminated by the flickering flame, showing them off as if they were badges of honor. In a way, to him they were. They lay across his flanks and muzzle as if they were a storybook, willing to tell a tale to anyone who'd look close enough.
He quickly snapped back to attention at the mention of the 'yakuza.' Laelaps' maw snapped shut as if he'd forgotten it was hanging open. Slamming shut with an audible smack, it quickly spread into a devious smile as the others stepped foreword to present themselves to Mookyul. After the "accidental" death of his first boss, Laelaps figured his past crimes would haunt him forever. Now... Now he had a chance. He had protection. That is, if he played his cards right.
A tense silence fell over the cave after the second female spoke, broken only by the sound of a hungry fire devouring it's offering of branches. He cleared his throat, taking full advantage of this to introduce himself.
"The Butcher... just Butcher. Laelaps growled, nodding respectfully towards the two leaders. These two were young, forcing the old mastiff to believe they were stupid as well.
"Do you know what you're getting yourself into?" He warned, his thick brow rose curiously, creating pronounced wrinkles across his large forehead. He stood back up, his bones snapping furiously at the sudden movement. Ignoring the pain, he limped towards Mookyul.
"A mafia isn't a toy. It's something that'll follow you for life. You will have a ransom out for you, are you prepared for this?"

Aku sat silently until now, the young she-wolf walked forward towards the fire, thought she knew that the mastiff was still speaking. "My name is Aku." The female didn't even look at the mastiff as she stepped back and sat down again.
Stallion looked at the mastiff and then the young female who had spoken. "My name is Stallion!" The dalmation told the two males who had asked the group to state their names. The male may have not stepped toward the fire, but he did not feel the need to and so he did not.

(It’s ok Roxie :3 I don’t see a real need for a posting order here. I’ve never been much for them anyway >_>) Ewon watched Has carefully as she made her way closer to him and Mookyul. There was something in her eyes, he could see it clearly. She had a plan, but of what she was going to try, he didn’t know. Thinning his lips as he raised his head slightly, Ewon layed his ears back as an almost insane grin wound its way onto her face, growing with each step she took. He had a feeling she wasn’t out to kill him or Mookyul, he knew she knew that she would be sorely outnumbered here, and more than likely, the other members of the Yakuza would be on her like flies on food.
So then, what was she after? "Disrespectful little bitch, aren't you? Didn't your mommy and daddy teach you manners and to show respect to your leader? Oh and his Fox?"Both Ewon’s and Mookyul’s eyes moved to land on Battousai as he spoke to Has. A smirk flashed on Mook’s maw before disappearing as quickly as it came. The canines that gathered here had attitude, guts and strength, not to mention smarts. He liked that, it would greatly aid his cause for creating the Yakuza. Each canine in the room announced their names simply and quickly, and both leaders made sure to remember each and every name of the honored canines before them. “You all have my gratitude and blessings for coming here today. As for your behavior, there is nothing to excuse.”Ewon on the other hand felt the tension between the two dogs below, Batt and Has, growing quickly, broken only momentarily by the crashing sound of a branch outside. Head snapping up at the sound, Ewon glanced at Mookyul as the older dog nodded. Flexing his paws, Ewon leaped down swiftly and padded between Battousai and Has. He spared both a glance while stating their names simply before moving forward, his tail trailing right under the nose of Has. Moving outside, he stopped as he saw another dog, a rather unique and strange one.
If she was here, she must have solved the puzzles as well, and must be here for the Yakuza, right? Clearing his throat, Ewon stood tall, ears raised as he looked down at Anrui. "A mafia isn't a toy. It's something that'll follow you for life. You will have a ransom out for you, are you prepared for this?"A wicked grin grew on Mookyul’s maw as the elder canine spoke. He knew well by now that this dog, Butcher, was older than he was, and most likely spoke with experience. But what Butcher didn’t know, was that Mookyul also had experience, and what events led him here to this spot high above the others right now. “You’re right, it’s not a toy, it’s a way of life, and it’s the only way of life that I’ve ever known.” He ran his tongue over his maw as if licking away the invisible blood of the canines he had once slain. He had done many many things to get here, he knew the dogs below him were worthy of being here, but he had a feeling that some were probably wondering – Why should we follow you?
He would give them their answer. “I used to follow a different leader, one of another gang located not far from here. My leader was hungry. Not for food, but riches, power and land. We soon moved to expand his territory. The search led us here, where another group was hiding out – we killed them all, all the ones who refused to convert, at least. Soon enough, we found out that the leader was corrupted, and that he had to be killed.” The further Mookyul got into the story, the more emotion of hatred and anger swirled in his eyes, yet, soon enough, it was replaced with amusement. “I took it upon myself to kill him. You see, the canines that you ran into were the previous members of the gang. Most of them wanted out, the only one willing to stay by my side was my Fox. So, I gave them a chance, an offer if you will - Pass on my message of the Yakuza and live, or be killed on spot.” It was here that the smirk on Mookyul’s face grew into a dark grin, “Little do they know, that your first task will be to go out and slay each of them. I can’t have them spitting precious, vital information to the wrong dogs.”With that, he looked back down at Butcher, taking a deep breath. “If I wasn’t prepared for this, and everything that entails, I wouldn’t have started it.”

Faia smiled at what the male said. "Sounds like fun. So when do we start?" the kai ken mix asked. She was eger to find those canines and have some fun. The she-dog's muscles began to tense and flex at the thought of killing the old gang's members slowly and hearing their screams for mercy. She didn't give mercy to anyone and she wouldn't start now. Faia knew though that there would be a chance that her kinder side would appear without warning but she taught herself not to show it and to force her kinder side down. Faia was now itching to get outside and kill, that was one of the things that she enjoyed the most of her life. "I can't wait to get started." Faia laughed evily.

[Sorry for the late reply, and I hope I haven't overlooked anything in my post. And... sorry, I know it sucks ><.]
‘What in the bloody world?’ Has stood, dumbfounded, her mind not able to process the words that still lingered in the air. It hit her like a lightening, and it took her more than a few moments to realize what had happened. In one split second, her mind was flooded with rage and hatred, it swirled inside of her, keeping the young canine from noticing anything but the bastard that had caused such a reaction in her. He was a fool! An utter fool and an idiot who would pay for his mistake. Oh and would he pay dearly, with his pathetic life and blood that kept his miserable existence in this world. The images of his dead and mauled body were clear to Has, she could practically taste his blood in her mouth. Did he even know what he was getting himself into? Did he? No! He had absolutely no idea, or he would have never uttered a singe word directed at her, nothing but pure respect and fear! He should be crawling at her feet begging for forgiveness right that moment, if he wanted to die a less painful death than one that she had already planned out for the son of a bitch.
Her body tensed, she was ready to attack and punish the ignorant brat for his rudeness that exact moment. Pale eyes never leaving his form, only the thought of making him beg for mercy when the pain became too much occupied her mind. Nothing else mattered, and this was one of the rare occasions when she even forgot about Gun and his safety, which, needless to say, almost never happened. But being so plainly insulted, being shown such disrespect to, it brought out the worst possible side in the usually sadistic assassin, it completely consumed her. She would not stop. Not even if all the canines now gathered in the cave jumped on her. Has could feel her heart beating faster with each second that passed, and she didn’t want to wait any longer, she just wanted to wipe that asshole off the face of the earth. Just to hear him scream.
Gun was slowly starting to panic inside, this wasn’t looking good. It was never good to speak like that to Has, and this time, it would be disastrous if she acted, which was highly likely. His mate wasn’t the one to stay quiet and silently take it, no, she didn’t have the patience, not more than a few moments that is. He was worried that if she attacked, the rest would all follow and that maybe even the two leaders would get involved. He knew he would have to stop her, and do it before she actually tried anything, or they were both dead for sure. He didn’t even bother fooling himself they would get out alive if a fight started. Seeing her get ready, Gun narrowed his eyes, his breathing quickening. If he was going to go to her and try to call her to her senses, he didn’t have much time to waste, she seemed ready to go into action any second now.
Before either Gun or Has had a chance to do anything, one of the two leaders, the Fox, Ewon, stood up to inspect what had caused the noise that interrupted the ex-assassins plans in the first place. They have both missed the dark one speak, too consumed in their own business to pay him any attention, but as the Fox moved, stating both Hasaki’s and Battousai’s names, she momentarily forgot about her rage and focused on the yellow dog that had first captured her attention. She had failed to do what she wanted before that clumsy fox fell, but now, as he exited the cave, now was her chance to make it better, at least somewhat.
Glancing once in Gun’s direction, assuring him she had everything under perfect control, she turned to leave after Ewon, purposefully hitting her new enemy across the face with her tail. She would deal with that problem later, she first had to fix her failed introduction, if she got the chance once they were both out. As she passed by her mate, Has gave him one wicked grin, just to show him she had still not given up on her intention to make an impression, even tho it was kinda late for that. But she never gave up. Ever.
Annie was still a bit dizzy from hitting the ground the way she did, and the blood that just refused to stop flowing didn’t help the matters, so it took her more time than expected for her to notice the mafia leader approaching her. And even more to spot the crazy grinning female that followed after him. It made her worry a bit, that insane smile on the other’s maw, but she quickly forgot about it as she heard the yellow one clear his throat. Realizing that she was probably the only one that had still not stated her name, she hurried to correct her mistake. She couldn’t afford to be rejected by this pack, no, she really wanted in. Making sure her voice wouldn’t fail her, Annie straightened as much as she could before replying to the previously asked questing: “My name is Anrui, sir.” She closed her eyes as she finished, the remains of her missing leg sending jolts of pain through her as the metal imbedded itself in the soft flesh. She would have to get the fake limb fixed, and soon. This was not going to work if she had any intentions of joining a powerful pack such as this one. There was no need for anyone to tell her they would not approve of a canine that couldn’t defend itself, or even walk properly. But for now, she had to try and get in. She would worry about her leg later, when everything was settled.
Hasaki approached Ewon, the smile once again not leaving her as she stood beside him. It did not concern her much what Mookyul was talking about, and for the second time in less then five minutes the female ignored the Yakuza boss. It amused her immensely for some reason, to pay absolutely no attention to the one who probably should be getting most of it. It made her wonder if he would do anything, or if it would get him pissed to see his subordinates, or rather, his subordinate, had no respect whatsoever for his words and presence. But oh well, she would find out. Careful not to allow the small blade attached to the bracelet she wore be seen, Has lowered her head, grinning still, and spoke in a low voice while looking at both Ewon and the now named fox mutt: “What do we do with this one… boss?”
