KAIJU
[This thread is for me and Soot. If anyone else wants to join in please ask one of us first. Also, as a side note, since Mercy and I haven't really made it clear about the litter's ages as of right now I'm going to play Kaiju between pup and adult. He's around one year right now so about the time he had the accident with the barbed wire fence.]
Midday reached its peak as a gray and red flash flew by a few fishers, heading out to do their jobs before it got to late. They snarled a few curses at the doberman who'd nearly knocked them over, but Kaiju paid them no heed. They were in his way, it was their fault. Somehow he'd strayed far from his home in the Sanguine Hollows and to the worst possible place on earth... the beach. He hated water, despised it, avoided it with all his effort. He could stand the occasional puddle in the Hollows and the only large source of water was a river moving in such a torrent that no reflections in the liquid could be seen. If he couldn't see that sight lurking over his shoulder, then he didn't mind, but on a calm day with very few waves capping there was all to much a chance to see the beast.
Still running full tilt he turned his gaze slightly over his shoulder. Speak of the devil and he shall appear. The monster ran closely behind him and like him it seemed to run this fast with no effort. It made sense since he was a doberman, but the monster was most definantly not. Its motions were lurching, as if it had to throw its weight to move as its matted, black coat swayed around its form. Two souless eyes that seemed to switch between a rich amber and a startling red watched his own crimson eyes meticulously. No one else saw this beast that always loomed over the young and still-growing dobe male. Kaiju sighed and turned his attention back to where he was running only to get a flash of pale fur.
Top doberman running speed + running that fast into a miniture brick wall = very epic fail and very painful face-meets-hot-sand.
Both of Kaiju's front legs were knocked clear under him and his back legs tangled with the front. He balled over the dog he'd run into and rolled a few feet painfully. The monster laughed hideously in his ears as it continued to lurk over his shoulder while he picked himself off the sand. With a hiss he glared down at his chest to see his recently aquired wounds open up again. The barbed wire fence had left quite an array of beautiful scars across his well-musculed chest, but they were still new and tended to bleed after being aggravated. Juju lifted his muzzle, snarling in a deadly rage at the dog who'd ruined not only his escape from the water's reflections, but also re-opened the only testimony to his only failure. "Watch the hell where you're going!" Great, he sounded like his mother.

.:Ibitsu:. Ibitsu had been simply strolling, begging for scraps from the local fishermen that would heed her. She was slightly emaciated and muddy due to the first few rough days of freedom. This was a new land and she was terrified of it, but at the same time excited by it's newness and exotic nature. She had been absently sniffing at the remains of a crab shell before something large toppled against her, flopping over her in one quick motion. Ibitsu had been confused at first, her knees shaking as her weak frame was shaken by the sudden impact, but collapse she did not. She was a thick muscled female, who had been tumbled over by bovines much bigger then whatever had busted against her. The pale female regarded the dark figure of the other canine cooly as it stood up, then nagged at her in the strange japanese barking that these dogs had in this new land. She knew what he was saying, but it took her a moment to comprehend his tone. Ibitsu grunted a bit as she shook her head off, her rounded ears flicking back as she squared her shoulders and gazed at the male. He looked hurt, but his tone made the stout female lack any real compassion for this stranger. "You know...You ran into me Zir"Her accent was thick and deep, she sounded very much like a male, she even had the look other then her bright feminine eyes. But for all purposes she looked like a strange little male squaring off with the bigger canine.

KAIJU
Kaiju shook himself roughly to rid his pelt of the sand that had plastered itself to his sides. He straighted up and noticed he stood well over the stocky female. He was pureblooded doberman, which made sense, but compared to the dogs in his pack she was still WAY down there. He would have laughed... had he not been Kaiju. "I don't care. You were in the way." He scowled at her. It was definite in her voice that she was foreign, but atleast he understood her well enough. He was tempted to ask where she was from, but honestly it didn't matter that much to him at this moment, not would it at any other moment. Despite his lack of interest, the monster at his shoulder was nearly drooling from lack of food... not that it ate. It had been a while since he hunted, but not long enough yet where he'd consider eating another dog. Maybe if he was really hungry and she was already dead, but either way the hideous hallucination behind him was going to be disappointed. Instead he tried to keep his blank face and hide the slight cringes of sand in a raw, and rather large, scar. By now the bleeding had stopped from everywhere but one of the star-shaped scars from the barbs on the fence. Finally the doberman neck had a vice. He couldn't reach his chest to lick it and soothe it, so he had to deal with standing there bleeding from week-old scars with some foreigner infront of him. Kaiju's maroon eyes faltered slightly before he turned around and started walking towards the beach. About a foot away from the water it was plain-as-day, in-your-face obvious he didn't want to be near the stuff. Kaiju's face was set, but his body trembled. The wounds needed to be cleaned and without his parents and siblings around they wouldn't get tended to by any other means. Closing his eyes tightly he waded in till the water was to his hocks and lowered his body until the water was around his shoulders. The moment the stinging from salt water in open wounds faded he nearly flew out of the water. His entire body stiffened as he steeled his mind into the same-old controlled state. "Damn water..." He barely managed to choke out. [D8 Dobie in shock! *cuddles Juju and ends up getting mauled*] [/blockquote][/blockquote]

Ibitsu simply stared at the strange dog, frowning at his rude behavior but amused at his apparent fear of such a simple life giving thing. The muscular female cleared her throat, maintaining her best male impression as she walked over to the shaking doberman and inspected him. Remaining at a respectable distance, it was her impression that German bred dogs were always WAY too volatile. She'd be careful around this new dog.
The pale canine tilted her head and gazed upon his now dripping wounds, the water must hurt, after all the sodium in the water would eat away at the bacteria. " Vat are you doing? Does zee rude dog need help?" She chuckled softly as she sat her taut little rump on the sand, wagging her docked tail as her rounded ears swiveled atop her head.
She was strong, defined and unafraid of the dog before her, not out of ignorance but out of confidence. She was an open minded foreigner willing to indulge any dog born in this new land, only because she loved its legends so. She hadn't done anything to warrant an attack anyway, and this Doberman certainly seemed to be distress.
