"Hit it again! Hit it again!" Their cries echoed along the slope, a whole pack of dogs before a hulking beast of stone. "Get it! Kill the monster! It'll eat your pups! Get it! It doesn't belong here!" The poor soul, set upon by such a number. "My nose! It's bleeding!" Yelped some hound, staring at the blood dripping down its muzzle. "But it didn't even move! How did it attack?" So much crying and carrying on. The great beast sneezed, bowling over two youngsters who got to close.
For all intents and purposes, it appeared as if the dogs were tackling the mountain itself. Such was the size of the beast, its fur hard as the rocks it made its home within. A rumble shook the cliff side as the beat rolled over, heavy paws smiting the earth. And then it yawned. Standing, she shook her fur as if dust clung to it rather than dogs.
They scattered.
Left alone at last, the hellhound sat down with a thump. Her fur bristled before it flattened down. Raising a hind paw the great beast paused to scratch an ear. Awakening from her nap, the monster stepped towards the cliff’s edge. And leapt down to the forest below.
It was time to go hunting.

Fury and Haze walked in silence through the forest. There was hardly anything to eat... Haze and Fury had entered a near by town and stole some human made dog food. Fury grunted as she glanced at her comrade who simply smiled with pleasure at hopefully getting something to eat.
Haze winked at Fury, knowing all to well that she was always so grumpy and bitter infront of others but when it was just him and her, she was nicer and seemed to be happy. Fury returned the wink but didn't smile, she liked Haze... It was just to hard to let others in but deep inside she trusted him with her life but he wouldn't know anything about that.
