Neon and the other pack members snarled at Lyianna not trusting her. Neon snarled at everyone, his tail raised his dominance. All had their tails go between their legs knowing to well his temper when it came to the siblings of Lyca's. He had fought against Lyca himself when she brought her five brothers to join in the rebllion against Zetsu. Oh how he felt sorry afterward. He wasn't sure if Lyca would ever forgive him for it, but she did.
Lyca snorted at the male as he dipped his head and started to leave. Lyianna rolled over on her stomach and slowly began to get to her paws. "You haven't told us your name! I won't let you leave until you do... After all, its only thanks to you and this young pup here, that Lyianna and me have finally been able to forgive each other. You are both welcome to come to my pack's territory on the island of Shikoku on Mount Tsurugi." She barked at the male.
Lyianna stared at Lyca, she still didn't understand how her sister could be so kind hearted and understanding... The fact was that Lyianna still hated Lyca but at the same time loved her. She had never met anyone like Lyca... Lyca was willing to let Lyianna join the pack! If Lyianna had been kin to another, that other would never let her live. Tears began to swell in Lyianna's eyes. She owed Lyca and her pack so much and now these two canines who didn't have to help her but did. Unable to keep her composure, she fell to the ground crying.
Lyca looked down at her sister, a gental smile graced her muzzle. "Its ok Lyianna... From this moment on you'll never be hurt again. I know I've hurt you and theres no way I can take it back, but I'll protect you like I would our brothers, my pups, my mate and my family" The word had become so familiar to her, that she considered all the dogs that joined her as family. There were times when she even considered the canines she be-friended as close relatives of the family.
Neon looked at Lyca, "Lyca your always kind and understanding... I still wonder if you've ever really forgiven me for that. Its been almost a year since that day and you haven't said a word about it. But even though you say nothing at times, your eyes and gestures tell me everything I need to know." Looking at the other pack members, he smiled. "When we get back home, we'll have a howling fest for our new member Lyianna. But if anyone so much as even thinks about hurting her... Well I'm sure I don't have to tell you that Lyca will destroy you for that." Everyone began to laugh for they knew it was true. After all Lyca had nearly killed Neon for trying to kill her "Brother", Tenma.

Stopping as she-dog spoke to him, he turned around half way as he kept his head low as he watched them all start to get along once again. He missed all of the attention he used to get from his pups when they started to get big. But at the same time, he still remembered vividly how quickly he was betrayed for the sake of living within the safety compounds of a pack system. She was afraid he would never come back when he hunted for her, it was why she did what she did. Smirking a little as he lifted his head, his crimson eyes locked with Lyca's own. "I'm just a passing loner. If you do wish for a name though.." He paused for a second as he shifted weight on his paws that only made the singeing pain in his bloody feet more irritated. "It's Musou."
He listened to the rest of her words and everyone else's afer he spoke, not entirely sure if they even heard him. As the fae fell to the ground and started to cry, his facial expression did not change. He had learned to hide his feelings well and in doing so probably made him look heartless after the great facade he pulled off. He was just fairly violent at times and it was just a natural instinct to protect. Old habits died hard when certain things always triggered old memories. Finally, his ears twitched as he continued to watch Lyianna cry, ignoring his absolutely drenched fur cling to his gaunt frame. He probably looked like a wet long haired rat, but he had not cared what he looked like for quite some time now.

Mikiyok's ear flickered down as a male and followers growled deeply, but almost as he had started the vicious purr, they had stopped, and Miki's ears flicked back up into their normal position on top of her fuzzy orange head.
She listened quietly as the fae spoke to the large male to her left. It was a bit strange that the female would keep him for ransom of his name, but she dodn't speak, and ust continued listening. His name was Musou, she had heard him say it in response to the fae. Musou? That was in the language spoken here, Mikiyok though, unable to translate properly.
"You are both welcome to come to my pack's territory on the island of Shikoku on Mount Tsurugi." The fae was inviting them into their land? An odd gesture, she thought, of a wolf who was just short of killing her sister. But she seemed kind, as a mother tended to be.
Looking down at Lyianna, she gave her a soft expression as the wolf let tears fall down to her previously damp muzzle. The fae had promised not to hurt her sister again, and it seemed an honest promise. Mikiyok waited as a male spoke to the leader, something about the past, and nearing the end, began planning a gathering. Before she could speak, the packmates had started to laugh, she smiled slightly, half missing the sound of actual laughter. "My name is Mikiyok." She said, to anyone that could hear over the chuckling hounds.

Lyca had listened intently as the others laughed. Lyianna still cried a little but did her best to smile for her sister and the packmates. Lyca looked at the male and then the orange female. "I'm glad to know the names of you two brave canines. Please forgive my rudiness and harsh temper. An old habit of mine from the past when I fought against an old enemy of mine. I'm still working on controling my anger and well it looks as though I'll have to try harder. Thank you both and when ever your in the area of my pack, drop by sometime." Lyca told the two canines. She licked Lyianna's muzzle as Neon spoke to her. True she had not said anything about the day Neon met Lyca and Lyianna's brothers. Neon had attacked her and they fought. Lyca hadn't needed to say anything because she had forgiven him and in way knew that she deserved it.
Lyianna looked up at her sister and then at Musou... He had protected her when he didn't have to. Lyca had forgiven her and was allowing her to join the pack. This was so new to her... hardly anyone was this kind to her and yet the feeling she now had was oddly familiar. "Thank you... Musou, Mikiyok and you as well sister. I know I have a lot to be accounted for, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to prove that I'm just as kind as you all." Feeling Lyca's warm, rough tonge against her muzzle only made her cry even more.
Neon looked down at Lyianna, "The first step has already been taken. Now the real work begins. The rest of the pack will not accept you because of the things you've done and have tried to do... But your willing to take that I suppose. Lyca and I will keep from harm of the other pack members. Pride, Noble, Brave, Zeal and Oni will do the same. We're here and we've seen this for our own eyes. But in order to keep you from harm, you'll have to be with one of us at all times. That is until the pack forgives you, and I want you to work hard to gain their trust and if that means giving your life for them, then so be it." Lyca looked at Neon with anger at the last part. She didn't want her sister to die but he was right. Lyianna had to do whatever it took to be trusted by the pack.
Lyianna shock her head in agreement to what Neon said. Pride smiled, "Lyianna... I'll be frank with this, I don't trust you, but you are Lyca's sister so I'll give you a chance. Don't blow it and don't do anything that would hurt the pack, the heirs and the alphas. If you do, my fangs will be the last thing you see if Lyca or Neon doesn't get you first. Oh and expect this kind of talk and hatefulness from the rest of the pack as well." He smirked at her. Noble glared her but grinned a little. Brave sighed from his brother's words. Zeal and Oni laughed. "Lyca your going to be dealing with a lot of hate because of this... Which in a way I don't blame the pack. Then again... She is your sister and blood is thicker than water." Zeal chuckled at the alpha female.

Wolves... sometimes he hated them for being so predictable, bipolar and sucking up to the higher powers. Shaking his pelt from the water forcing it to sag, he began to look like a porcupine with as long as his fur was. True he was brave, but that bravery should have killed him the day his mate betrayed him. That was the day his mind did a flip and decided to become a little crazed with everything going on. "Nice to see you'll be willing to work with her, I can only wish the best of luck with that." He said, flicking his ears about as he listened to the surrounding buildings and other things that were moving the slightest around here. He was always nervous and edgey around buildings like this, he knew humans lived in them and where humans were... well, trouble usually followed shortly after. "Excuse my asking this, but why have gone through chasing her this far instead of holding the guards up steadfast?" He could not help but wonder why she had been chased for so long. Swimming across water would have been easy to catch up and drown her, even if she was strong. In his eyes most females, unless they beat him in a match, were lesser than a male and yet he still held a high respect for them. Turning his gaze to Mikiyok, he gave a small smile and nod of the head, sitting on his haunches to ease some of the ache in his warisome paws. "It is nice to meet you, Mikiyok. Work for humans or on your own?" He asked, crimson eyes glazing slightly as his mind wandered from the scene before him.

Mikiyok listened with her ears perked, but while listening she leaned over, grooming her forelegs in a feline-like manner. already wet, small bits of grass and leaves came off her fur, building on her tongue until she spit them out. "Thank you... Musou, Mikiyok and you as well sister. I know I have a lot to be accounted for, I'm willing to do whatever it takes to prove that I'm just as kind as you all." She looked up, and nodded slightly, brown eyes gazing at Lyianna, then traveling over everyone else. She thought to herself, of something to say to help, but the best she came up with was 'With a hazy mind, eyes cannot open.' But she dared not say it aloud.
She switched her train of thought, to something Musou was asking. Why had they chased Lyianna all the way to town? There were meddling men here, and people that caught dogs, sending them to a kennel, or worse. She looked over at him as he sat down, "It is nice to meet you, Mikiyok. Work for humans or on your own?" Mikiyok smiled back at him, an ear flicking. "Nice to meet you as well, Musou. I tend to work for humans- delivering packages, but erm.. I don't read Kanji very well." She sweatdropped, and tucked her rucsack up a bit.

Lyca looked at Musou, her once kind and calm composure disappeared at his question as to why Lyca had left her pack without an alpha there to keep it under control. "The answer to that is not as simple as it may sound. I felt my pack in the paws of my heirs who I've personally trained as well as some old friends of mine and that includes their uncles who are my six brothers. They remain in my territory keeping the pack in line and making sure everyone is doing as instructed. My reason for chasing Lyianna is that I don't believe that its right for an alpha to send her warriors to deal with family affairs. I didn't ask for my mate and the others to join me, they did it because they wanted to. With my brothers there in my territory, they took it upon themselves to be alphas until I return. Everyone I know will not be pleased with my choice but they will respect it and will have to live with my choice. If they want to leave then let them. I'll not loose a bit of sleep over it, I made my choice and my choice is law to them. I'm willing to take on anyone who thinks they can run my pack better than me... They had just better be ready to deal with the punishment if they don't win." Lyca snorted.
Neon sighed at Lyca, "Your as cocky as ever. You know that the pack will deal with it and learn to accept it. Even if there are some who will hate for it, most will talk about you behind your back. You know this to be true and yet you will call them out and tell them to fight you. Yet they will not, knowing your temper they'll be afraid of dieing by your fangs instead of old age like they want to die." the large starless night male smirked. Lyianna got to her paws slowly, leaning against her sister's body to keep herself from falling over. "Lyca, you don't have to take any of the hate. I'll take it all, after all, the pack shouldn't hate you for not killing me. There have been times when I wanted to death but the hate I've seen in you, is even more fearsome than what I thought it could be. If the pack wants to fight you, they'll have to go through me to do so. I'll become your personal body guard, you and I are alike in some ways but you have a more understanding of others who have been through pain and have hate in their hearts. For you, yourself was like that once. After watching all your friends die by the fangs of the very male called Zetsu who's son I worked for. I know now that your more determined than I am and I'm willing to do whatever it takes to prove to you that I can be loyal and that I can be your sister." Tears continued to swell in her eyes.
Lyca didn't know what to say, "Lyianna even when we fought, I still considered you as my sister. We're different yes, but we both have one thing in command and thats our temper. So what do you say we head home?" Lyca asked the group. She looked back at Mikiyok and Musou, "My offer still stands... You two are more than welcome to come to my territory whenever you feel like it."

For once, Musou had to concur that family affairs should be dealt with by the family instead of the henchmen. She was a decent leader, but without keeping her temper under absolute control, she would eventually become senile and forced from her position. Sure Musou wanted a pack and family of his own, but he was not stupid in wanting to take over another's pack without being prepared. Besides, he was getting on in his age and not many packs would accept an elder leader amongst them until they die... His heart still yearned for a comfortable family that he would more than likely never get again. "I'll be sure to stop by if I'm in the area, be interesting to see a pack working together." Don't you mean a pack under military rule? Musou snorted mentally and shook his head at the voice in his head. He could take on the group before him, but right now was not the time as he was lost in his world. As he watched them leave, he shook his head, mumbling to himself. "I'm not much of a swimmer, don't see myself heading over to Shikoku anytime soon just yet.." Getting up from his sitting position, he stumbled slightly as the pain in his feet was becoming noticable to him now. Really need to take it easy on yourself. Your falling apart as it is, keep up your pace and you'll be walking on nubs soon.. "Human kanji, huh? Not much of a reader myself but I may be able to help you and explain the differences for now. That is if you don't mind." He gave an impish cheesy grin. It looked evil thanks to the wolf in him, but his older age made him look funny in the process.

Mikiyok kept her composure as she listened to the packmates conversing. As Lyca started talking about 'family affairs', which seemingly only the members of said family dealt with, reminded her of story's about Mafias. She bit her lip to keep from giggling and dissmissed the thought of canines in Mafia attire.
Not being against punishment, though only punishment for more dire aspects, Miki couldn't fully grasp why dogs would whisper behind the leader's back. Especially if the dogs were supposed to know their place, though that could be why they were punished. To put them in their places. She concluded to try not figuring things out in her head for awhile, and looked over at Musou as he stood.
He moved like there were sores on his feet, a constant problem that would always pick at the back of your mind. Mikiyok smiled slightly as he offered to help, that he wasn't very good- But probably better than herself. She tugged a small card from a fold in the rucsack strap that wound over her chest, dropping it onto her paws. She looked back up at him, her smile widened and she finally let out a small giggle, he had a quite frivolous smile. "This is the adress, but I can only read the word Cardinal.." she barked somewhat quietly, looking down at the dampening peice of off-white.

A male doberman with a large chain collar was trotting down the street when the scent of blood filled his scent glands. A female akita mix with yellowish fur trotted beside him. Both looked around, not knowing if the blood was from someone they knew or not. But then the scent of familiar scents filled their nostrails. Kumiko the akita mix looked at the male, "It looks like Lyca had some business in the city. I wonder if it had to deal with her sister, Lyianna." Rouka dipped his head in agreement.
Without speaking, the doberman and akita mix raced off in the direction of the scents. Hoping to catch their old friend, Lyca before she left the city completely. It had been a while since they had seen each other. Rouka's heart pounded with joy of being out of the pack lands but also didn't want to waste time in looking for Lyca. Kumiko could tell that Rouka wanted to see Lyca but wasn't to kin on being in the city at the same time.

As he stood, the pain shot up his legs through the tough nerves. Was it that bad that he could feel everything even when he did not move at all? He really out did himself this time. Looking around once more, he reassured himself that there were no other canines or things that could cause any further trouble around him. Last thing he wanted was to actually get into a fight this time and barely win because of his raw pads. When was the last time he ate? Shaking any and all thoughts from his head about eating another right now, he focused on the card before him that Mikiyok has provided. The words seemed jumbled and confused compared to the last time he was around such things. 'Hmming' to himself, he looked around with a thought filled gesture and remained silent for a moment until he realized she probably wanted an answer instead of silence. "I think I know which door you need. Come with me." He started to move, stiffly at first then stopping with a smile to make sure she was going to follow. He hated the city where humans dwelled, but having been here long enough he was willing to help out for a little while longer.

Tail swishing slightly, she watched as he eyed the card after shifting his pose. She turned slightly to shake the water from her head, then back as he produced the sound of thoughts going through his head. 'hmmm'. Her bright amber ears perked as he had concluded that he thought he knew the destination. She smiled, and trotted after him. she marveled at how quickly he moved with slender long legs, but caught up alongside him, her orange tail bobbing. "Thank you, very much Musou. It's a great help." She barked kindly, looking around at the buildings they passed. She enjoyed her job, she decided, the places she got to go, the dogs and other animals she met. But the most she disliked about delivering mail (more than the weather) was that she never got to settle down. She suspected many dogs never got to either. Nearby, paws tapped along the damp ground, the fast pace suggested maybe two dogs, of a medium size. The flicker of an ear was all she gave in responce to the distant sound. (Sorry about not replying sooner been a bit busy)

((Its ok, the same goes for me.))
Kumiko sniffed the air as she and Rouka the doberman raced through the rain and down the street. The two different scents of canines seemed to be on the move. Glancing at the male, "Let's pick up the pace.". Not giving Rouka a chance to respound. The yellow/white akita mix began to run at top speed. Her strong legs carried her fast, but the male doberman was not about to let her beat him.
Increasing his speed along with her, Rouka ran in front of the female. Soon the site of two canines, came into view. A large male and an orange female with a package on her back. Kumiko pasted the doberman and jumped over the two canines. Turning to face them, she took a deep breath and stared at the two for a long moment. Rouka came up beside Kumiko, not knowing what to do at the moment while he caught his breath. "Excuse me... but have you two canines seen a black she-wolf with dark red blood like marks that goes by the name of "Lyca." Your scents have fused with her's along with her mate and several of the othe pack members that live in her territory." Kumiko waited for a reply from one of the canines.

[It's okay, been pretty busy myself]
Musou walked a bit slower than what he normally did, mostly for Mikiyok to keep up with him a little easier. Chuckling quietly, he shook his head slowly. "It is no problem at all. Been needing to slow down lately, so this would be a good change of pace." His ears, too, heard the distant drumming of paws heading their way again. Only this time it was coming from another direction. But until he could see who it was, he was just going to let it go for a little while. To Mew, there was no sense in getting worked up over a noise that was probably his imagination. "So where did you originally come from? I haven't seen your.."
His words fell short as two medium sized canines zipped past them, stopping and only to come back around to face them. Instinctively, the hybrid stood his ground, keeping Miki to his side away from them. He really had nothing to lose by letting them tear her apart if only to save his own hide. However, he was part dog and his loyalty never faltered unless he was given a good reason not to trust again. Immediately bombarded with questions, he looked down at the orange furball then back to them and nodded quietly. His red eyes stared intriguingly at the two for several long moments before giving a verbal answer. "Yes, we had a run-in with her just a few minutes ago." His tail swished large drops of water around as he kept an alert air about him, ready to strike if one decided to try and attack or try something stupid. He was not dumb about dogs who seemed to be in a hurry and generally wanted to be given an answer straight away. He was just an older, more experienced hybrid who never wanted to be thrown off guard, regardless of his mind wanting to play tricks on him at times.

Kumiko sighed with relief. "Thank you, so much. Sorry for not introducing ourselves. I'm Kumiko and the doberman beside me is Rouka. We're both members of the Koga Pack and we are very good friends with Lyca and her pack. Which direction did she go?" Rouka's muscles tensed as he stared at the large hybrid.
Rouka didn't trust many and when he did, he became great friends with him. In the last few months, he had really spoken to anyone. But he would change that when he felt the need to. "You don't have to worry brute... we're not going to attack you. As long as you don't attack us, then we have no reason to attack you." Kumiko looked at the doberman male in amaziment. She had never really heard him talk since they joined their pack.
"So you've finally decided to voice your opinion on things? Good, now maybe you can do that more often instead of just listening and doing as your told. After all everyone has a voice and it should be heard." The female akita mix smirked at him. Facing the hybrid and the orange furball again.
