★ Allen ★ You're nothing but a name on the bullet that I aim...How can I be an individual with the weight of the world and 8 other planets to take?- - - - - - - - - - - -
A gentle breeze that swept through the area played with the silver and black hair of the canine, causing him to open his eyes for the first time in hours. It wasn't that he was sleeping, no... he had a lot to mull over. His life, in the course of a few days, had turned upside down and inside out - not that he minded it, but the whole concept of how it happened, and how quickly it happened still managed to give him a headache. The first thing his eyes saw was the changing colors of the sky - signaling that the sun was just starting to set. Had he really spent the whole day here alone, just... thinking? It wasn't a hard thing for him to do... he did it often, actually. But generally, when he turned to such activities, he had multiple things to dwell on, not just one seemingly impossible thing.
Yet, here he was.
The same breeze that rolled through brought with it the fresh smell of rain and the rumbling of thunder. Perking his ears up, Allen turned his head to face the direction behind him, seeing thunder clouds rolling in. At this, he couldn't help but to smile - he loved the rain, it was calming, its warm, watery caress so gentle and inviting. Smiling at the thought, he stood up and shook his pelt that itched to feel the rain, taking a look at his surroundings before moving back toward the storm. It had been a slow day, what would it hurt if he took a break, backtracked a bit to do something he loved? He didn't think anything of it.

The land seemingly looked empty as though no others had lived here in years, yet the scents of others filled her scent glands with each step. The sound of rolling thunder and the smell of rain, only increased her wondering mind. Still on that which was lost and now on what she had. The tan and black faced she-dog walked solemly in silence towards the land.
In the days since past, her mind had not been so full as it was now. Her past still lost to her and yet she had moved on. How could she simply forget her past? The wolf Carpathain had helped her greatly and the two seemed to get along well enough. But for the moment her thoughts were on finding a place to rest for the night. Traveling all day since dawn was not good for her, yet it did not seem to bother the young she-warrior.

★ Allen ★ You're nothing but a name on the bullet that I aim...How can I be an individual with the weight of the world and 8 other planets to take?- - - - - - - - - - - - Turning his trot into a full out run, Allen raced along the land, ears laid back as he enjoyed the feel of the moist, cool air running through his pelt. Cooling, calming, inviting - appreciated. The rhythmic sound of his paws falling along the grass mixed with the thunder and his heart made a lovely melody that rushed in his ears, urging him on - faster, stronger. Maw parted and closed every so often, taking in the scents as much as he could as he went, happily into the rain as it started to fall, dousing any scent that may linger from before. But one stood strong despite the water.
Sliding to a stop along the soaked grass, his single silver paw gaining a slight green tint to it from a grass stain. Raising his nose to the air, he did his best to pick up on the direction of the scent, and, once he grabbed a hold of it, he pushed against the ground, running in that direction. There was another canine around, it had been at least a couple weeks since he had last seen one, and it made his heart race with what seemed to be excitement, or perhaps it was anticipation, anxiety? What would this canine think of his appearance? No.. that didn't seem to matter for once to Allen.
Coming up to a small cliff, he slowed down to a slow trot once again and a full stop at the edge of the rocks, looking down at the canine below, which he could now smell was a female. With his ears raising, his tail swayed back and forth, once, twice, the stopped. Somewhere, he smelled another canine, and wondered if it were one that would present a problem... or even if this female would... but that was to be found out, no? Shifting his weight, he pushed off of the cliff and flew into a tree not too far below, digging his claws into the bark to get his balance before pushing again and again, soaring through the branches until he hit the ground behind the female with a light noise, looking around before his mismatched eyes fell on her.
He felt no need to make his presence known, as he was sure she had already heard his entrance. Instead, he simply waited, ears laid back.

A light thud came from behind the young warrior, instantly she spun around and her gray eyes locked onto the male that stood behind her. His ears laid flat to his head. A snarl escaped her maw, Lulu did not enjoy others sneaking up behind her. "Who are you?" the she-dog barked at the male. At the moment this male didn't seem to be a threat, yet Lulu was not one let her guard down. Knowing full well that she, now was being aggressive, though as long as she did not attack, she had nothing to worry about.
Lulu noticed that this male was much different than others she had met. He had two different colored eyes. Also noticing the male's non-aggressive posture, only ensured Lulu that he would not attack. Her muscles flexed with tension as the silence continued. Taking a deep breath, she forced herself to relax a bit but not even to were she would be caught off guard in case this male decided to attack her.

[/center] A pack leaving its homeland was a difficult thing. Few saw this as an adventure, most saw it as a duty. As much as their hearts ached for home, they would leave in order to protect it. Like their ancestors before them, the newly reform pack of Ohu must seek out far off places. They had to gather, Ohu needed aid. No bloodthirsty bears or war mongering wild dogs was it this time. Perhaps a dog's mortal enemy truly was those of the feline persuasion.Or maybe it was just a joke played to them by fate. Either way, a fierce clan was trying to take over Ohu, and not even the steadfast Beauceron was strong enough to defeat them on his own. And so they left their mountains, and their families. Such strange lands and strange creatures they had met. New allies had been gained, but they needed more, so much more … Their journey now lead them here. The Alpha, Stark, leading them. He ran at the head of the pack, choosing their destination and leading them onwards. At last wen the weather began to cool and a drizzle had begun to form, he called a halt. These dogs had been on their feet for some time, it was now occasion for a rest. Motion the platoon leader at his flank to bring the pack at rest, the Alpha remained on his feet. He was off to scout ahead, leaving the pack to rest their weary paws.
