It was midday. Two pelts weaved swiftly through the brambles to the west of the huge, stone rock mountain den in the Moon Lands. One moved exactly infront of the other, her pelt pure white, and her peirced ears tipped in black, as well as her tail. Her eyes where between Yellow and Bleu, darting back and forth in agitation. Her head was level with her shoulders, tongue lolling occasionaly, showing her large fangs. Her ears where so far forward, they looked as if they might fall off of her head. She swiped her pink tongue over a black nose. Behind her moved a much more shaggy pelt, bristling everywhere in anxiety. His green eyes darted like hers, a smalll growl dep within his bulky chest. He was a bit smaller than her, about 10 or 20 pounds. His ears where pinned to his head and his long fangs poked out of his mouth. "Calm Sabre," The female hushed. "Be patient. We will find them soon..."

Several miles away, two figures sprinted through the forest, their bodies nothing more than multi-hued blurs against the sea of green that surrounded the floor around the timbers. The one at front jerked his motion slightly, adjusting the sword that clung to the harness strapped to his shoulders. It was a very precarious placement for such a dangerous piece of equipment, the sharp edge and point of the blade laid snuggly against his deep colored fur. Eyes stayed focused, locked in front of him, the gruesome scars that slashed through each gave the cause of his pale gray iris.’ It truly was a wonder that he didn’t plow head first into one of the trees in front of him. This was made possible by the quiet, subtle whispers that echoed around him.
Finally, the figure came to a halt on a large, flat stone that rested among the shadows. Lucifer paused, waiting for his companion to catch up with him, turning his unseeing eyes towards the direction of the mountains. The alphas were there, and they were waiting. Once the red and black male stood at his shoulder, he glanced briefly in the younger wolf’s direction before raising his maw to the sky. Starting out low, it gradually gained pitch and volume, reverberating miles beyond him to reach the hills in the distance.
Aros watched as his cousin raised call. The young male knew what was happening even though he couldn’t hear it. It was for this reason he didn’t join, though he could read lips and form speech in spite of his hearing impairment, howling had more of an art to it, for if the right tone and volume wasn’t used a miscommunication could create serious problems among the pack. Quietly he stood, shifting a foreleg to make the crossbow resting upon it more comfortable.
The feelings came to him. They were like images but clearer, though he wasn’t looking through his emerald gaze. He could sense the reason for Lucifer’s call, the alphas were at the den site, and they were waiting… patiently for the rest of the pack to arrive. More accurately Maiku was annoyed by the delay and Sabre was something beyond that, but it was patient considering. Aros snickered softly as he thought about how quick-tempered the alpha male could get, he was just sure to keep his head down and avoid that fury as best he could.
Finally, Lucifer ceased the call, glancing back at Aros who was chuckling to some kind of inside joke, though he could probably guess what it was. In a calm voice, he told him, “Probably best to at least let them know we’re on our way, eh?” Without another word, he disappeared into the underbrush once again, gaining the same speed as if he’d never broken stride. He wasn’t young anymore, but he wasn’t getting old yet, he could keep this pace for long distances and still hold his own in a fight.
As soon as Lucifer moved forward, Aros was in motion behind him. A contented grin on his face, his youthful muscle easily kept up with his older cousin, and before long was beside him to match him stride for stride. The other male was all that he had left of their old pack, their lost family, and though he was glad that Lucifer had gained the position of beta male in the pack he also understood that it meant no special treatment for him. So far, he had not received a rank himself among the pack, but he was not jealous of his cousin. Hell, he wasn’t jealous of anyone who had to deal with Celsius. All he hoped was that they were the first to reach the alphas before the others, for the last ones there were the most likely to receive an earful about punctuality.
((muahaha I am the first to reply xD))

"Those slackers! Oh just look at this blah blah blah we're going to get blah blah scolded because those blah blah blah blah idiots can't blah here on time!"
The usual rant of Celsius rang through the surrounding area like the sound of a woodpecker, sharp and the exact same every time. Somehow Fahrenheit had yet to go insane from her half-sister's constant ramble. The icy wolf, Shikoku inu mix's pace made Fahrenheit feel light-headed. Celsius looked like she was about to sprout wings and fly to the cave where the pack made its home. She stood at the rank of Beta Female, though Faren wasn't sure her sister was kind enough for the position. Sure one had to be stern and strict when given power, but her sister was not a benevolent being and it worried her how the power over others would effect her. Hopefully her less-than-happy-inside sister would show some deeper leadership skills.
"I don't think it's their fau-" "OF COURSE IT IS!" Celsius cut her off almost immediately. It was obvious that something was under Cel's skin today, but Fahrenheit simply sighed and followed behind her sister. The sound of bells rang about them with every step and she watched with amusement as Celsius's left ear twitched along to the bell's ringing. Celsius's head shot up as she saw Maiku and Sabre ahead. The two half-sister half-wolves trotted up to the couple. Celsius held her head high with the thick fur of her chest puffed out in her previous rage. Faren on the other hand had her chin nearly touching the ground with her tail fallen limp behind her. Unlike her sister she knew her place. She was useless to the pack besides what little she knew about tactics. Besides that she was a crippled, inexperienced half breed. A shame. While Celsius was a powerful, clever, smooth-talking, hot-headed, young wolf with her life ahead of her. Her only problem was the fact she was deaf, but her body was so sensitive the vibrations were instantly computed as if she wasn't deaf at all. Only Fahrenheit knew of her disability.

A long, ringing howl called. Maiku's head shot towards the sound and here ears swiveled forward. Sabre gave an agitated grwol. "Finally!" He hissed. Maiku quickly silenced him with a flick of her tail. Closer, though, could be heard Celcius's ranting. Maiku looked to her side, eyes turning into a glare as the two entered. Celcius had her chest puffed out as if she was the best there. Immediately, Maiku knew something would have to be done about that. Sabre read the look on his mates face. He stoood, getting to his paws and walking to the edge of the cliff to answer Lucifer's howl for her. Hurry up! it furiousely rang. Maiku's lip raised and she stood, bristling and warning Celcius of her place. "Careful of your pride, youngwolf," she warned, before turning and trying to lick Fereheit on the muzzle in acknowledgement. She then turned to Celcius and reached forward to prod her affectionately with her nose, letting her know she was welcomed as well. Maiku and Sabre use more body language than voice sometimes, since they where raised in the wolf ways.
(so tired... horrible grammar o.O)

Having been split from Mugen after finally escaping from their decaying surroundings back in that strange, dead forest, they had been seperated. Whether he would see her again was entirely a good question as to figure out whether or not he could remember her scent. You're an old fool if you think you can find after being split for so long.. Besides if she wanted to stick around she would not have been seperated so easily... Yes, it was a fool's hope to think that perhaps Mugen could have been around a little longer. Somehow this hybrid missed her company. She was nice, though hot-headed at times, but her will was for the good. "Yeah.. I suppose you are right. Perhaps at some point I will search for her. However, it doesn't prove anything..." The Borzoi mix trotted at a steady speed, head squre between his shoulders and boldly walking as if he were the owner of this land instead of Maiku and Sabre. With a limp rabbit in mouth, Musou's ears perked up what they could to listen to the howls. SOunds like they are being impatient.. Better hurry up.. "Yeah yeah, I'm not too far off anyway." He growled in his throat, blue hackles bristling, more so as the wind was blowing him in the direction he was going.
As he noted the cave just up ahead, he continued to trot on as if he were not bothered by the fact that he probably was late getting here. When he first came, he was not entirely surprised to recieve the rank of the Gamma, controlling the hunting parties and even the fighting groups that would be needed in times that another pack should challenge them. It was strange to be part of another pack, considering Mugen had asked him once if he wanted to be part of a pack again. Hard to say, but truth be told; he missed the socializing, but he missed her company even more. Once in the clearing by the cave, he slowed to a walk as he came into view of the alphas and even one of the betas. His ears pinned as he heard her hot remarks. The young whelp needs to remember her place... Musou did not answer the voice that time, for if he had there would have been a problem right away. "Alphas, I brought a rabbit while venturing out. Here.." The hybrid dropped the plump but limp creature between both aplhas and backed away. He sat down about ten feet away from the two half sisters. All he could really do was tolerate things that went on. Perhaps it will get better once his memories of being part of a pack returned.

The sound of Sabre's answering howl rang out, it was so close and so irritated. It wasn't a surprise to either lupines that the alpha male had grown impatient waiting for their arrival. "I knew we shouldn't have gone out so far, we are probably the last ones here." The statement was mostly an utterance to himself as Aros would have difficulty reading his lips while they were running. Finally, the two burst out of the clearing to where the rest had gathered, as expected, they were the last to arrive.
Perfect. Slowing down, he moved to sit beside Musou, giving the alphas a nod of apology for being late. The beta male didn't try to explain themselves, he knew well that there were no excuses that could account for tardiness when a meeting was taking place. Once he reached the edge of the circle, he lowered his haunches and sat straight holding his head erect and alert, though not arrogently. Staring into the blackness in front of him, his ears shifted and turned to listen. Their was the chiming of bells, of course his beta counterpart and her sister were here as well.
Aros noticed a quickening of the other males pace as they drew closer to the caves, someone must have answered their howl, he could sense the impatience up ahead that no doubt drew from Sabre. He followed Lucifer out of the treeline and trotted to the edge of the circle that he could see forming around the den site. Once he had seated himself beside his cousin, he glanced around the group, they were the last ones here afterall.
Of course the alpha's were here and he matched Lucifer's apologetic nod as he passed. Beside Lucifer was the pack's Gamma, Musou a strangely colored hybrid. Further down the row were Celsius and Farenheit, the beta female and her sibling, they were also the youngest in the pack as he surpassed them in age one year. Farenheit was kind and wasn't unlike Lucifer as she couldn't see, and Celsius, well he couldn't tell but there was something about that her that he felt a kinship with. It was probably nothing, but he wouldn't get close enough to find out.
The black and red male watch Maiku nuzzle them, but quickly lost interest. Turning his head, he mimicked Lucifer and stared straight ahead, though his eyes could see he didn't look at anything in particular. He wondered what the meeting was about, when they were still a part of their original pack he was too young to participate in any pack meetings. Aros didn't usually regret being deaf, but it's a lot harder to pretend to listen to dull conversation when you couldn't hear a damn thing in the first place.

It was obvious everyone was put out by Celsius's temper. She was right though. Sabre was in a foul mood because everyone had wandered off so far they couldn't get there on time. Her sister and her had been the first to arrive and Fahrenheit was thankful of that, that the alpahs would have even less of a reason to punish her. Tardiness and insubordination in one day, not good. Faren's entire body tensed and her hackles shot up as Maiku approached. Celsius however was triple times worse. The half breed nearly jumped out of her own skin as the alpha approached her sister, her entire body tensing and claws gounging into the ground below her. When Maiku simply encouraged Fahrenheit, Celsius relaxed and smiled slightly. She was glad her sister were being treated well by the alpha and she felt the need to thank Maiku. At Maiku's touch Celsius dipped her head below the alpha's shoulder in submission and turned to sit beside her calmed sister.
"After the meeting do you want me to fetch you something, Faren?" Fahrenheit wagged her tail lowly as she sat leaning on her sister's shoulder. They were both relieved the other was fine, even when they simply woke up in the morning. There was a constant worry something would happen to the other and even a splinter in the paw pad set both into a fit. Their bond was a rare one... "I'm fine, though with winter on it's way we should start storing kills in case we run into hard times." Despite her sister's low place in the pack she was smart and inventive, always thinking ahead. In their previous pack Fahrenheit had had a much more special place...
"Fahrenheit De Sheer... you, in place of your mother, are to become the Shaman of our pack. Your place is to protect the shrines with your life, appease the restless spirits where they rest, and heal sin and illness from the subjects of our pack. Do you understand these terms and accept your right?" "Yes Elder Wilde." Fahrenheit moved forward and stood with her nose to the ground as the Elder tied bells to her fur in various places. At last the Elder bite a hole in each ear and tied a bell to each. She looked up as he moved away and smiled softly. "Though I am young mother taught me much... may her spirit rest well." The pressure of the pack's youngest ever Shaman were already bearing down on the young wolf hybrid. Some looked at her like scum, some were worried, but none spoke out. No one dared to encourage the wrath of the pack's Elder, the pack's Shaman, or the pack's Shaman's sister. Celsius watched with pride as her sister recited the text required of her and afterwards the two retreated to their den. A male watched them leave with narrowed eyes, the Alpha's son had plans for the young Shaman and her sister... dangerous ones.
The memories were hard to bring up for both, but icy blue eyes and blank white eyes met as they shared the same thoughts. That great legacy had been blown away in the wind, like the feathers of a kill, the day Fahrenheit had been christened Shaman. Neither would forget, they were still young and it had only been a year since. Horrible things had happened since then and the deaf female touched her nose to the side of her sister's left eye. Faren nuzzled her sister and as they returned their attention to their packmates all feelings of aggression or worry were gone.

Maiku and Sabre looked over as Lucifer and Aros entered the sheer stone moutian and sat down. Maiku let her head rest on Lucifers neck for a moment in awknoledgement, before aiming a nip at his ear to warn him about arriving late again. Sabre ignored them both, still grwling a bit before he lay down and rest his head on his paws. When Musuo entered and offered a rabbit, Maiku licked his cheeck, tail wagging a bit, before Sabre took the rabbit and trotted into the den to sore it, tail swishing a back and forth. He dissapeared into the black abyss, though the click-clack of his nails echoed through the dens cave. Maiku sat, looking from one packmate to the next. Her blue eyes churned into a firce yellow, and narrowed. A growl began to rumble in her throat. She lifted her lips, showing sharp, large fangs. She let out a huge sharp bark that echoed through the valley, and her hackles raised. "WHERE IS CASSSIEL?!" She barked ferociousley(SP?). Her Delta hadn't even answered the howls, and the ceremony taking place was important for the entire pack. She wasn't going to begin without him, and he was sure to get a loud, long lecture about timing when he finally arrived. Maiku was a fairly large wolf, perhaps the largest in the pack, and the way she fluffed up made her look twice her size. Her fangs weren't as huge as Sabre's, but they where long, curved and sharp, gleaming white. She stared directly at the rest of them, as if ready to take her feirce anger out on her pack. Sabre exited the den and came into the light. He stood tall now, bristling as well and growling at the rest of them Sabre was always agitated, but now he had a reason to show his anger and hurt them if he wished. [/size][/blockquote]

Things were starting to happen just as they had done in the past with his old pack, except there was no traitorous mate to betray him. The only things that reminded him from his pack from years ago, was the fact he was reminded of how short-tempered they all were. They almost always looked for reasons to hurt another or even tried to find another to do a dirty job. But if this pack were to remain neutral as they say it is to be, they need to cool it a little farther, at least as far as being nitty gritty dirty. Without saying anything at all, the odd colored hybrid sat up and stared directly at Maiku. Man is she pissed.. better watch it.. "You don't have to tell me twice... We've been through this before.. remember?" Yeah, yeah...just becareful. We don't need anymore scars.
Slowly, his red eyes moved away from Maiku and at Sabre as if he was truly concerned about something. "My alphas, would you wish to form a group to search for Cassiel?" Musou knew how the pack of wolves almost always acted. And whether or not they wanted a question asked or anything else, it needed to be done. Even though the consequences could be hard to handle by some.

Lucifer didn't move when he heard Maiku's pawsteps approach him, then he felt her breath on his neck. The alphess pressed her neck against his, acknowleging him respectfully, but he stared striaght ahead as he had been. When she began to move he tensed, knowing that she wasn't planning on letting him off easy, the nip at his ear proved him correct. Though he was not old, he had lived long enough to know how pack structure worked, and how authority typically expressed itself around it's lower ranks.
No one would feel that expression more then the pack's delta, Cassiel. Despite his and Aros' late entry to the meeting, the male had yet to present himself to the clearing, Lucifer surpressed an eye roll. At least he had bothered to assure the alpha's of his coming with a howl, however, Cassiel's current location was unknown. Museo suggested forming a search party, the wolf turned his head briefly in the gamma's direction. Given the tone in the alphess' voice, he couldn't help but utter under his breath, "If the fool planned on making an entrance, he's sure to get a hell of a welcome."
Personally, he was apposed to the search party idea. If Cassiel was going to be late he wasn't keen on seeking him out, mostly because he wasn't sure if he would be able to resist taking one of Sabre's current aspirations for himself and ripping off a piece of his green hide. Though, of course, if the alpha's agreed to the plan he would go along with it in spite of tempation to kick his ass.
Brow furrowing slightly, he kept his senses alert on his superiors, as given Cassiel's absense and their aggitation they didn't seem picky about who recieved punishment at this point. Listening carefully, he silently hoped that the delta would show his face soon. Though he was loyal to his pack leaders to his death, he wasn't sure he was interested in taking a beating in his tardy pack mate's place.
Aros watched the alphess approach Lucifer and clentched his teeth a bit when she snapped at him in warning. The young male knew that given his higher rank he would recieve the blame for both of their being late. It was the price to pay for high expectations.
Suddenly, Maiku bared her fangs and let loose a ferocious growl directed towards the only missing member from the group, Cassiel's name was very clear on her lips. When this happened, he had to surpress a snicker, the delta was sure to be in for it once he showed up. As he glanced around, though, his mood shifted as he felt the irritation and unease settling in the air. Right beside him, he could tell Lucifer was seething with annoyance, and if fire symbolized anger, the pack leaders would be emmitting flames by now and setting the forest ablaze.
Since he was on the opposite side of his cousin, he missed the suggestion of a search party by Museo. Instead, he closed his eyes and tried to focus his energy, to seek out Cassiel wherever he was. Since the only ones who offered their postion in travel were he and Lucifer, everyone was uncertain if the male was anywhere near the caves. Laying his ears back, he tried harder, but since he was still young and inexperienced, his inner abilities were not trained to the point where he could use them at will. As far as Aros knew, Cassiel was out of range or just a few feet away.
Concentration was broken when another shift in mood was apparent around the pack. It seemed since he was the closest, Lucifer transferred this information the best and he could tell that he was a bit on edge. Now aware that something was up, he glanced around him. Museo, the next closest, seemed concerned as well. Their feelings made him shift his gaze to Maiku and Sabre, both seemed to be fixated on the rest of them, and not in a good way. The looks were unsettling and he could feel the fur on his neck bristle as he watched them. Sharing Lucifer's sentiments, Aros wasn't any more interested in taking crap for Cassiel than he was. Incentive established, he did his best to focus on finding the m.i.a. pack member. One thing was for sure, he would much rather go find the delta and drag his ass back for punishment than have to stand here and take it like he was expected to.

"GREAT. TIMING!" Cassiel roared in his mind at the howl. His claws just slipped off the hip of his quarry as it was spooked by the howl. The sudden scare only proved to give it an extra boost of strength. He let out a curse and continued trailing after it. His body streached out in smooth archs as he chased down the doe. With a last bound containing all of his remaining energy he lept onto its back. With a kick it pushed him onto its shoulder and Cassiel leaned to the right. He wrapped his head around her neck and with a grin his jaws clamped down on the warm throat. Blood splatter. A cry of terror. Flailing limbs. Body collapsing. The wolf let out a sigh of relief and exasperation. His eyes turned to the peak that housed the cave. Cassiel snatched up his catch and began to haul it away.
With a growl he dragged the doe into the clearing, a look of utter exhaustion on his face. He didn't even bother to look at the alphas. He could already feel the anger in the air. It felt as if thousands of tiny jaws were nibbling on his flesh, a feeling humans would call "my flesh is crawling." Cassiel tossed the doe in front of the alphas with a last exertion of strength before dropping to his belly, tail tucked under him and ears flat. At the sound of Celsius insulting his grand arrival he snapped his head up with a glare. "Oh shut up half-breed!"
Yes. He hated wolf hybrids. Pathetic excuses for wolves. The only reason Maiku hadn't kicked him out of the pack for his hatred was because he was a worthy fighter and hunter. Cassiel had yet to loose a kill, had yet to loose a fight. She acknowledged that and tolerated him. Unlike Sabre. That was one wolf Cassiel feared, but respected for his pure blood and pure loyalty to Maiku and her pack. They were both admirable wolves... unlike a select (and majority) ammount of wolves in their pack. At that thought he tossed another glare at Celsius.
------
"Celsiiiiuuussss, stay ca-" "WHAT THE HHHHEEEEELLLLLL IS YOUR PROBLEM?! YOU THINK COMING IN WITH FOOD WILL EXCUSE YOUR ABSENSE?! WHAT IF THAT WAS A BATTLE HOWL AND WE WERE FIGHTING OR SOMEONE WAS IN TROUBLE?! WHAT THEN PRETTY BOY?!" "And there she goes..."
Farhenheit gave Maiku a pitiful look, begging her not to beat her sister for her all-to-quick-to-lash-out tongue. Celsius glared at Cassiel as he snapped back at her about her mixed breed. The raging female would have taken off his head if she hadn't been distracted by trying to get Faren off her scruff. Her sister's jaws were clamped on her scruff, pulling her away from Cassiel as she reared like a horse, jaws snapping at the prejudiced wolf. Suddenly Celsius's eyes seemed to glaze over and she sat down, looking at her paws with a pup-ish look to her face. Farhenheit nuzzled her sister. Their mix of breeds was a tender subject, their mother raped by two dogs at once... it had been a horrible act. The two had killed her purewolf mate, raped her, and left. Celsius (as her mother had said) took after the one in charge. Farenheit took after the other, a younger one who had seemed more intimidated into doing it than the other. Probably explained her personality versus Celsius's. With Celsius calmed Faren looked down at the male currently bowing to their alpha.
"She forgives you..." Before Celsius could snap back and prove Faren just how wrong she was her sister turned and nipped her shoulder. "Please." Celsius looked fondly at her sister and nuzzled her, before looking over Faren's shoulder and mouthing a cuss at Cassiel. Farhenheit was oblivious to the exchange.

Maiku shook her head at Musuo. "No, no. No time. WE are beginning with or without that asshole," she barked, calming herself again. Her eyes churned to a serene blue onnce more, and she allowed her hackles to lay flat. She turned to Aros and then to Farenheit. It was time. She couldn't leave them without positions forever- therefor both would start as the lowest rank and earn a higher position by proving their worth. "Today, I sit before-" Her ears twitched. Maiku sniffed the air once. Twice. Her eyes flashed gold and she squinted, and Sabre's brown head and glaring green eyes snapped to the stone paltforms entrance with a growl. Cassiel appeared, a doe in his jaws. Maiku shot him a cold glare, then saw the prey he had brought back. "I dont want this to happen again," she said firmly. "Doe or not. We have plenty of time to hunt after ceremonies-"
WHAT THEN PRETTY BOY?!" "And there she goes..." "Oh shut up half-breed!" There went Maiku's blue eyes again. Her ears flattened and she waited it out. Sabre, however jumped between them immediately. He lowered his face to Celcius and snarled, then leveled his head to Cassiel's and clackeed his large, curved, sabers of teeth. Maiku's tail twitched and her ears slowly came back up. "I expect you two to behave yourselves now!!" she growled. "Aros and Farenheit- today, you receive your positions in the pack. You are both my Omegas." Though she spoke to Aros and Farenheit, she was glaring warningly at Celcius and Cassiel. Her gold eyes said: Unacceptable- both of you. Work as a pack or I swear to fu- Maiku shook her head and looked back at Aros and Farenheit. Other than her anger, the overwhelming smell of hot deer flesh and warm blood was begining to kill her- Sabre looked eager as well. "Step forth, please. You eat first today- only- today." With that, she raised her head and let out a series of long, ringing howls with Sabre. This was pack tradition when newcomers received ranks...

[OOC: Cassiel's works come after Celsius and Farhenheit's. The sisters yell (one at the other xD) and then he yells at Cel to shut up. Just to clear everything up. Wanna make sure it doesn't seem like Cassiel is telling Maiku to shut up and not Celsius. xD Wouldn't want that!

As the hybrid was listening to Maiku's words, he had heard the wolf coming close longer than the others probably heard. His hackles began to rise as he knew exactly what would happen. However, having his bloodlines insulted was out of the question. Musou had yet to lose a fight. And if he was to be in charge of the hunting parties, this purebreed would have to learn to stand in line where his place is. Let alone deal with the alphas wrath for being late. Luckily for him though, Musou, despite his flopped ear, looked almost entirely wolf save for the patterns in his fur. As the insult was passed through the pack, this hybrid was turning around to jump on him when Sabre jumped in the way. Snorting, Musou just turned back around and lay down. His tail twitched as he lay his head upon his paws and huffed. Patience Musou.. You'll get your chance at him soon enough and he'll larn where he belongs.. The voice cackled in his head as he smirked to himself.
Attention turning back to the female alpha, he just stayed where he was until attention was sent towards the deer. So the omegas eat first for the one time huh? That's fine... no sense in trying to fight for the food. The deer will be demolished soon enough. Thinking to himself, he waited a little while before getting up and moving even farther over and out of the way. He could careless about eating a deer right now. He was interested in something else.
