For too long he had been away from these lands, his lands. The beauceron could only hope no dark hearts had tried to stake a claim upon it. That his pack still remained even during his absence. Like the heroes of old he had gone to faraway lands. A west highland had stumbled into the territory some months ago, his white fur stained red. The rival pack had taken over the poor fellow's homeland, leaving his family and his own pack mates beaten and starving in the wilderness.
It did not take long for Stark to decide to go aid these poor souls, taking along with him Bullet and Rush, the two sisters who'd wandered into his pack not so long ago. Several months had passed before they arrived at the scene, the defeat of the rival pack came swiftly with the aid of Stark, Bullet, and Rush, not to mention placing renewed vigor in the westie's mates. The rival pack was chased off, and the trio remained on the grounds for time enough for the home team to recover from their wounds. Once they had, they returned to Ohu.
After more months on the return trip, they returned home. Paws torn and bloodied from the long journey, Bullet and Rush soon took off to scout the perimeter. With a nod from Stark, the sisters took to their old duties once more. Now Stark, alone, weaved his way to the peak of Ohu. Leaving a trail of bloodied paw prints in his wake, he crested the hill. Giving a relieved sigh, the beauceron lifted his muzzle, and howled. I'm home.

Tiger had been wandering the mountains around Ohu for quite a while now. A few days prior, he had met up with a rather annoying little husky, Ras, and went on a strange adventure with him. It was fun, annoying yes, but fun; and at the same time, it was diverting him from his original goal. Finding Gajou, and maybe a pack, if he was lucky.
White Tiger ran up a hillside, and jumped down the other side playfully, an unexplained joy filling his heart as he was weightless in the air for only a few moments. Again he did this, up the next hillside, and the next, until finally, he was standing over the heart of Ohu. Gajou. The coydog was panting heavily, but his excitement did not waver at the sight of the place he so longed to see at least once in his life. To think! Gin had once stood on this very spot, looking over to Gajou to fight Akakabuto! The thought sent shivers of thrill down the young dog's spine.
At that final thought, The Son of Rage and Love rushed down the last hillside, new smells filling his nose... but he noticed something straight away. Many scents were stale, as if the place had been abandoned for seasons. Perhaps Ohu had died along with the last great leader? No, Tiger refused to believe that. This was Japan's heart and soul. Even his superior, an alpha street dog, had given praise to the brave ones that lived out here.
"Crow, if you could see me now," Tiger muttered to himself as he tried to locate someone. "You would be proud of how far I've come."
At last, a sound greeted his ears. A howl, and a powerful sounding one at that. All at once, Tiger grew nervous and afraid. What if they didn't want him here? What if they chased him out? No, he had to at least try. What kind of soldier would he make if he couldn't even face up to the dogs already in this place! With that thought in mind, Tiger let out his own howl. It was much higher pitched then the one he had just heard, and had more of a whiny tone to it, courtesy of his coyote blood. Hopefully, this would not dissuade whoever had made the first call though, because White Tiger was set on his mission.... and he was not fond of the idea of failing.

As the sound of a howl filled Lulu's ears, she sniffed the air hoping to get a scent of another.Though she had traveled from a far,she was not yet tired enough to rest for the day.Rumors of the Ohu Army had caught her ears and so the she-dog set out to join them.
The female german waited a moment and then another howl sounded though it was more high pinched than the first, deep in Lulu's heart a flame of hope burned. The she-dog knew that there was a chance to find a pack to join. She lifted her head and released a howl of her own.
The howl was loud and low toned, she did not want to be turned away for her gender and so the german shepherd made her howl toned.Lulu pelted in the direction that the second howl sounded, not caring if she had fight to join, though her past was still hidden from her heart and eyes,Lulu's determination would not be shaken so easily.
As the she-dog raced toward the heart of Ohu,the warrior that was inside her pounded rapidly, the thought of meeting the Warriors of Ohu made her shiver though she ran.

huff…
Blue eyes watched the puff of steam that emitted from his maw as it floated up into the frigid air. It was cold here, but yet, it felt warm and inviting. The feeling alerted to him that he knew where he was, he had to have reached his destination. Percy was in Ohu. Grey paws, dusted with snow, fell onto a grass where the snow had melted, pausing, he looked down at them. Every pack he had been to and studied either didn’t seem to be right for him, or they turned him away. Would Ohu be the same? He had heard stories about their generosity, their justice and heroes. But, were they true?
Percy raised his head, a newfound determination clearly playing on his face. Either way, he had to find out, he wanted to find out. This determination sent a strange strength through his body and he bolted forward, ears laid back. Percy was a tora – ge akita, like their great legends of the past – Riki, Gin, even weed, he even knew the battouga, such as they. Would that mean anything to them? Or would they think he was an imposter, trying to be something he wasn’t. Would the alpha accuse him of trying to replace him, perhaps believing that the alpha should remain such as the ones in the past?
He hoped not.
It wasn’t what he wanted.
Ears perked as a howl reached his ears and he slid to a stop, listening. I’m home. The statement was clear, the alpha had returned. This sent butterflies rampaging in his gut. This was his chance and he could only hope. And, as it seemed, he wasn’t alone. Two more howls reached his ears, one high and strange, the other low. Two others, on the same mission as he? Perhaps… perhaps he should find at least one of these two, for maybe going in as a group would make him feel better about his plight. What else could he do but to follow the trend?
Lifting his own maw, Perseus released his own howl, deep and long echoed through the mountains. He tried not to let the longing of companionship ring though it as he called out for the others he had heard. Out of breath, he released the howl and looked forward, hopful.
He didn’t have to search long as he saw movement from the corner of his eye. Turning his head, he caught sight of a german shepherd. Was this one of the owners to one of the howls he had heard? There was only one way to find out. “O-oi!” Percy ran to the shepherds side, quietly running in the same direction as she, feeling slightly bashful. “Are you here for Ohu too?”

As Lulu came through some thick under-growth,she spoted an Akita Inu,the male now ran along side her."Are you here for Ohu too?” the male asked.
Lulu was not use to talking to that others since her incounter with Carpithan,a large brown wolf male with strange pink marks on his body. The female german shepherd for a long moment stared at the akita. Finally she spoke."Yes and who are you?"The she-dog asked.
For some unknown reason she felt as though the female german shepherd felt as though she could trust this male though she knew nothing about him.The aura around him seemed sweet and kind and understanding, and she now enjoyed his company.

Howls answer him, but, it was strange. There were many new ones answering his call. Had that heir of Hiro been occupied gathering pack members in his absence? Stark would be surprised, the akita mix did not seem the type. Ah, but it was good to be home. A grin plastered on the alpha's maw as he listened to the answering cries. When they faded, he howled again, a meeting call. "Come friends, old and new. Let us gather." He was happy, so happy. Uncharacteristic of the usually stoic beauceron, but it seemed ages since he'd been home.
With a pleased sigh, he descended the mountain fortress taken from the bears so long ago. His paws still bled a bit, but it was nothing. Inhaling the scents of new dogs, he took a stately pace to meet them. Familiar barks and howls now resounded over the terra, the tosa Passion, the husky Holly, the two sisters Bullet ad Rush. Odysseus the pointer and his mate, the inu Primrose, they had pups too, it seemed, as tinier yips chased after their parents. He listened on as the grandson of Hiro, Ippan, alerted him to new faces in the ranks. Their pack was getting larger by the season, and the beauceron was pleased.
Touching down in the open field before Gajou, Stark stood fast. The two sisters had returned, Rush stopping paces away while Bullet skidding to a stop before the leader. "Heeeey boss. There's several heading this way never seen them before. "I counted, three, not including the new comers that scar face brought in." "Oh don't be so mean Rush! Yoooou're just jealous Ippan got platoon leader and you didn't." "Quiet, Bullet that has nothing to do with anything!" Stark merely shook his head, it was common for the sisters to argue. "Hush. They're here."

Tiger was rather disappointed at first when no one returned his howl. Perhaps Ohu had really been abandoned after all and whoever had first made the call was a mere stray... And then a chorus of howls erupted, bringing White Tiger's almost sunk spirits back to their peak. Immediately, he rushed towards the rock formation that he knew was the center of it all: Gajou. "I can't believe it," he whispered to himself as he looked over the beautiful scenery. Usually, Tiger wasn't one for observing his surroundings, but he was overwhelmed with joy at the fact that he'd finally made it. Ohu... he was here. Look out world, Tiger has arrived. One day, I'll be leading those troops out to stop a demon bear too!
Soon enough, several canines came into view, one of which struck Tiger as familiar. Wasn't it only a few days back that he'd run into this dog? Yes, it was. It was that dog claiming he was a platoon leader. A pang of dislike built up within Tiger, but overall, he was glad to be at the place that he'd only dreamed of since he started his exploration of Japan....
"Hello!" Tiger yowled, coming to a stop just before Stark, spraying up some dust and dirt. He lifted the bandanna on his head up so that his right eye was visible and he could actually see the dogs before him. A glitter of determination passed through his young eyes as he spoke, "I am White Tiger, and I would be honored if you let me talk to your leader!"

Passion soon raced into the clearing, seeing new faces and old. The face of her leader Stark, and Ippan brought back sweet memories of the past. She wanted to see who would come and join this gathering of canines. A bright smile spread across the mastiff's face. She was releaved to see her leader and others coming into to join the pack.
