As the white moon began to raise,a black wolf hybrid male with a blue swirl around his blue eye,and a red ninja symbol under his red eye.As he walked through the darkness of the forest, the moonlight shined upon his black coat, showing his wolf paw prints that lay on his thighs. As the moon still continued to raise into the night sky.Shin the wolf hybrid found that of a large boulder in the middle of the clearing that he had come to.The black wolf hybrid walked towards the large rock, his ears flicking in all direction, making sure that he was not going to be attacked by an unknown enemy. As Shin came to the boulder,he leaped and stood on top of the large boulder.
After an hour of sitting in silence, the moon now at its highest,Shin lifted his head and Howled with all his being, not caring if other canines came to his location or not,for he enjoyed howling at the full moon and only at its highest.Something about the moon at its highest made Shin's body tremble with joy and a thrill that he might meet another.
Shin had wandered the forest for three full moons and had failed to meet another canine. He began to wonder if there were any canines in the land,he longed to travel with others.
The young wolf hybrid stopped his howling for a moment,he glanced around the clearing wanting to see if anyone had heard his howl.Shin sighed as of so far no one had come to his call.
"I wonder if there has ever been another canine in this forest or am I the only one?"Shin asked himself. He lifted his head again and howled once more hoping that maybe he would meet another, though sadness was sure to take him if no one did.

Kyouran walked slowly through the forest, his exhausted body not responding to his commands to hurry. He wasn't comfortable being out in the open when he was this weak, if anyone attacked him he wouldn't stand a chance. So he was doing his best to try and find any kind of shelter. Tall trees surrounded him, making him seem so small, insignificant. It annoyed him somewhat, and he wished he would get to some sort of cave or something. The night was dark, but the light of full moon was enough for him to see perfectly. As always, he was on the lookout for anything strange, not that he was fast enough to escape any real danger or strong enough to defend himself, but he wasn't going to let anything sneak up on him. He hated surprises and definitely didn't want one right now. Suddenly, a howl broke the silence of the night and Kyouran froze. It wasn't so far away. If he had lived in the wild longer, he might have recognized the loneliness and craving for company mixed in that single tone, but he hadn't, and the thought of that dog, or maybe wolf, being friendly didn't cross his mind. Not at first that is. As he carefully turned around and started walking away, a faint sound got to his ears: "I wonder if there has ever been another canine in this forest or am I the only one?" The voice belonged to a male, he was sure of it, but he sensed no malice in it as he thought he had in the howl. "Searching for company, are you? Well, I ain't gonna last here much longer if I stay alone, considering my non-existent fighting and hunting skills.... But that being said, who would want a dog who can't do anything for a company? Huh... I might as well go there and try my luck.... I'll probably go crazy if I don't do something soon.... These damn trees are soo dull...." Kyouran usually didn't want company, his social skills being slim to none, and being afraid he might lose control and hurt someone, but he was getting nowhere with what he was doing. After he escaped from that damn dog pound, he was trilled that he was finally free, no more beatings or people who wanted you suffering, or dead. But he wasn't trained for living in the wild, he couldn't hunt anything bigger that a rabbit, and even though he was a big dog, his strength and speed were poor. At first, it was all going for the better, his energy started returning, and his wounds healing. But when snow started falling, all those little animals he could hunt escaped, or hid. He was left with no food and his short fur wasn't a good protection from the cold winter. So he decided that maybe freedom wasn't as fun as he thought it to be, maybe it would be much more exciting if he had company.... friends, even.... He turned again, this time determined to find whoever it was that had been howling earlier, and confront him if it turns out he wasn't as friendly as Kyouran thought he would be. He was careful, alert for any signs of danger, as he came to a small clearing. It was good to see something besides the trees, and at first he was too occupied enjoying that fact that he didn't notice a boulder that was in the middle of clearing, and even more important, that wolf-hybrid that sat on it. When the realization finally dawned on him, Kyouran quietly stepped into the clearing, watching his soon to be either companion or enemy intently, trying to decide if it would be a good idea to show himself. The wolf-hybrid had black fur covering his body, with some strange marks on his face and thighs. Strange, but nice. Kyouran couldn't sense anything that would lead him to believe he would be attacked, so he decided it was worth a shot. "Here goes nothing.... Hey!"

"Hey!" Soon filled Shin's ears.He turned his head in the direction of the voice. There at the edge of the small dark, moonlight clearing stood a young white male dog. From his appearance the male looked weak though the black wolf hybrid knew better than to underestimate any dog, including females.
Shin stared down at the male, not sure if he should answer, though he longed for company."Hellow!Who are you?"The black male then saw the male's eyes look at his strange markings.Shin got to his paws and stood proud with his head held high.
The thin body and silk coat that he wore made him seem weak and defensless but Shin knew that if he had to fight, that there was no turning back. The wolf male flattened his ears to his head again as he now thought about, the white male that stood in the clearing.
"Would this male attack me?"Shin thought to himself, though now as the black wolf looked at this new comer,he began to think that perhaps this male would not attack, not in his recent state.

Kyouran watched as the wolf-hybrid turned his head toward him. He could now see both marks under his eyes, and he thought them to be most interesting. "Hellow! Who are you?" The male hybrid said as he got to his paws and straightened himself, flattening his ears soon afterward. Kyouran's body tensed: "Maybe I misjudged? Will he attack? Well, there's nothing I can do about it now, if he attacks I'm as good as dead." But the male didn't move, or show any signs he would attack, so Kyouran relaxed a bit and slowly moved forward, away form the edge of the forest. Finally he could see the sky clearly, no branches hovered above his head and he was grateful for it. Deciding it would be rude to leave his question unanswered any longer, he spoke in a voice he thought friendly: "Hey.... My name is Kyouran, but feel free to call me Kyu. Oh.... and you can relax, I really have no intention of picking a fight, besides.... You wouldn't have any trouble in winning...." Kyu sighed, once again regretting his lack of fighting skills, and hunting skills for that matter. It was true, if there was a fight, he honestly wouldn't stand a chance against the young male in front of him. It made him feel helpless, and it was a feeling he resented. "I hope you don't mind me coming here, it just sounded to me like you wanted company.... And so did I....Anyway, you still.." He was suddenly interrupted mid-sentence by a violent cough that brought the taste of blood in his mouth. Once the coughing stopped, Kyu sat down with his head lowered, his breathing labored. "Sorry a-about that.... I guess some wounds never really heal.... Y-you still haven't told me your name...."

"Y-you still haven't told me your name...."Shin was surprsied to see that he had forgotten his manners and dipped his head to Kyu."My name is Shin, nice to meet you Kyouran."The hybrid spoke to the white male.
As the moonlight shined upon both of the males,Shin could see that Kyouran had not had much experience in fighting, the black male percked his ears at this,a grim smile came across his maw,for he himself had not had much experience in fighting.
Shin jumped from a-top the boulder and now stood infront of Kyouran."You don't have to worry about me fighting you,for we would both be at a draw. But you are right,I would like to have company, though I have wandered through this forest for moons now and still I had not seen a signal canine. We should find a place to sleep for the night."Shin gave Kyouran a weak smile as to reassuer him.

"My name is Shin, nice to meet you Kyouran." The hybrid said and soon after jumped from the boulder, now standing in front of him. Kyu lifted his head, his breathing normal once again, and licked the blood that smeared his maw. He didn't like the fact that the wound he once suffered still affected him so, but he tried not to show his worry as he listened to his new companion speak: "You don't have to worry about me fighting you,for we would both be at a draw. But you are right,I would like to have company, though I have wandered through this forest for moons now and still I had not seen a signal canine. We should find a place to sleep for the night."
"Yeah, you're right, really we should. But for the life of me, I don't have any idea where we could do that. Unless you know of some shelter nearby, we'll have to search for one, or, better said, you'll have to, for my tracking skills are really low. Sorry, I haven't lived in the wild for long, so I still don't do so well."

The pale moon threw herself into the sky, swiftly rising above the densely leaved canopy. Silent as an assassin, her beams chased the dark hints of shadows out from the forest, sending them scattering behind trees or seeking refuge under a bush. The cold gaze of her starry artillery fell on the blue-grey dog that hesitantly walked down a narrow deertrail.
Riot was certianly imposing enough. Strong and scarred from his breast down to his hips, his body was that of a warrior. It would be foolish to think of him otherwise... Unless of course you caught the pitbull mix at night. He cowered like a little girl, carefully checking behind every stone and tree before continuing on his way. After all, anything could lurk in the darkness and boogeyman or not, he would be damned before something ate him in his sleep.
An owl hooted loudly, mocking him as he nearly jumped out of his skin. It's plate-sized orbs watched in mild bemusement as Riot threw himself at the tree. His black claws digging into the soft bark. "I swear, I'll kick your feathered ass!" Riot growled, his cropped ears flattening tight against his skull. To which, the owl simply hissed and fluffed up, spreading her tawny wings she took off in search of somewhere quieter to roost. He chased her a good distance off of the path before realizing... crap. He was lost. Again.
Though, the smell of canids filtered into his nose and their voices came as a surprising, though not unwelcome relief. He padded towards them, heedless to what kind of danger they could present. Riot's simple mind thought that, for once someone could help guard him against the monsters of the night. [/size][/blockquote]

Shin had recently been staying in a cave big enough to fit a pack of wolves."I know a place not to far from here. The place is big enough to fit a few more canines."The black hybrid said with a tone of happiness in his voice.
The sound of an owl caught Shin's attention, the black male now jumped back a-top of the boulder and scanned the edge of the clearing, not knowing what danger may be lerking in the shadows of the darkness.Though the strange marked canine was ready to fight if need be,the thought of fighting with out any experience and knowing of the dangers that lay in the darkness of the night,He did not want to take any chances.
The blue and red eyed male gritted his fangs as he sniffed the air, hoping to get the scent of what was approaching them before it was to late on the breeze of the wind.Shin's muscles tensed as he waited for a sign.

"I know a place not to far from here. The place is big enough to fit a few more canines." Said Shin and Kyu thought he looked satisfied with himself. As the silence of the night was broken by an owl's hoot, Kyu's head snapped in the direction it came from. While he was still owned by his master, Kyu became afraid of any sudden noises, always jumpy, and the fact that he was now free didn't chase his fears away. He relaxed after a few seconds, realizing there was no danger in an owl. It was then that he noticed that Shin was once again standing on the top of the boulder, his muscles tensed, as he stared somewhere in the darkness of the forest. He seemed to be concentrating on something, and Kyu too turned his attention to the forest, trying to figure out what had the young hybrid noticed that he didn't. He sniffed the air, all his senses alert. Even untrained, his nose caught the faint scent of another dog not too far away, a male non the less. He tensed, ready to fight if there should be a need to, and waited. "Anything can hide in the dark...."

A young female german shepherd dog who has black face and mussle, front legs and paws, black back and top of tail, and part of back legs.Dark brown eyes, sharp fangs and claws.Light tan plet that covers most of body, back paws and underbelly.Muscular body though her plet covers the muscles and makes her look weak.
As she walked through the darkness, the sound of a howl and an owl hoot came to her ears. She was not afraid of the darkness, for what reason should she be afraid, she could not remember her past and so she did not fear the darkness.
Lulu slowly followed the scent to a clearing to were she saw that of a young wolf hybrid,he possesed a blue swirl around his blue eye and a red mark under his red eye.His black coat gleamed in the moonlight. The hybrid's ears were perked....listening to for something.
The scent of another canine.....a male filled Lulu's scent glands. She flattened her ears against her head and emerged slowly from the forest to face this hybrid. The german shepherd did not know that other male was with this hybrid and so she drew closer to the hybrid not knowing what to do at this moment.

He could hear their voices getting louder, the sound of his pulse thudded in his ears as he bounded towards them. His thick muscles tensed, coiling and springing like a cat. His body launched itself over a bramble bush and he stood there for a moment, his blue eyes quietly taking in the trio of dogs.
Riot looked almost regal, padding towards them as if he owned the place. A cocky, lopsided smile tugged at his white lips, giving him an air of confidence even though he wasn't entirely sure if he could even take them on. Though, Riot was never one to think a situation through, he was more of a 'act now, ask questions later' type of guy.
But if it was the was the one thing he knew, it was how to make an entrance. Surprise the enemy and make them fear you without lifting a paw. He wasn't completely reckless, in almost every situation he had control. Riot's mind went into overdrive, calculating their strength and if they possibly had others hiding in the brush. Shin looked at the female german shepherd dog and saw that her black ears lay flat to her head, then his attention was draw to the male who came out of the forest trotting toward them. The black hybrid began to bare his fangs, not trusting either of the canines who had come up to them,as though nothing was wrong and that they knew them."Who the hell are you two?"barked the black male,as he crouched down ready to spring and leap at one of the canines who came towards them.
Shin looked at Kyouran, knowing that in his state he would get hurt, but if these canines were going to attack, the black male would fight to his last breath.

((OOC: It's my turn now, right? Well, I hope it is.... anyway, here it is))
Kyu watched intently as a dark grey-blue dog slowly emerged from the darkness of the forest, looking almost as if this was all his and Kyu and Shin were his little toys. He was indeed frightening. But Kyu didn't have the time to get either scared or anything else as something else caught his attention. There, a bit further away, a female German Sheppard had shown herself, ears flattened, as she watched them. Kyu's hair stood upright as he bared his reddish teeth, glancing at both newcomers. He didn't know if they wanted to fight or were just looking for company, as had he, but they looked threatening enough to him. "If they attack, I'll be of almost no help to Shin.... But I'll just have to do what I can...." Kyu thought as he noticed Shin bare his teeth as well. He admired the young hybrid, so full of energy and spirit, he didn't want to see him die or get hurt. "Who the hell are you two?" Shin barked and Kyu noticed he was ready to jump at anyone who came close enough if need be. He moved slowly forward, his fangs fully visible, and stood in front of the boulder Shin was on. "I'll be damned if I let them hurt him if I can do anything about it." Kyu couldn't tell if the hybrid was younger or same age as him, but he felt the young male had something more to live for. He thought of himself as mostly broken, physically and mentally, and he wouldn't regret giving his life to save someone else's if it came to that. His "noble thoughts" all went to hell as another coughing fit brought him to the ground, fighting for air. This time he could clearly see the blood that came from his maw and he cursed his bad luck. "Dammit! Not now! Now I truly look weak.... Exactly what I need if a fight is about to break out...." He thought sarcastically as he got to his paws, cleaning the blood once again. He stood, waiting....

Not to far away a young terrier mix was asleep though it was not a deep sleep, the sound of voices caught his attention and so he rose to his paws and trotted into the near by clearing, seeing a german shepherd,a pitbull,a mixed dog and a wolf. The terrier sleeply trotted over to the group though had not noticed that the wolf was aggressive at the time."Hi.....Not to seem rude or anything, but can't you all stop talking I'm trying to sleep."Renken yawned to prove to them that he had been awoken.

"Hi.....Not to seem rude or anything, but can't you all stop talking I'm trying to sleep."A young male terrier mix spoke to the group of canines.
Shin looked at the terrier his pelt prickeled from the aggression that he was showing eariler but now as the black hybrid looked at the sleeply terrier, the tensed muscles on the black male laxed.
The blue swirled eyed hybrid sighed as he took a deep to respond to the terrier."Sorry if we woke you.I supposse I'm so use to being alone, that I'm not use to greeting others who have wandered towards me.Please forgive our comotion."
Shin looked at the female german shepherd and the male who walked as though he owned the forest again but with a smile across his maw."Please forgive my behavior?"the black hybrid male asked.
Though Shin was unsure if they would, something in his heart made him believe that they would, though his was still unsure if he could trust them.
