"Seraphim Chize'l. Archangel Projects. Division 7." As soon as he finished, the glassy look in his eye vanishing, he snarled and turned him head in shame. "Not friend. No friends for us. Only war. Only allies. Only enemies for us." "Alright, I suppose you've seen through my act then. No, you are not a friend, but you could become an ally. Us mutants have been mistreated by humans over and over again, do you not agree?" Syn asked. Before Chize'l could answer though, he continued, "Keroberos and I are working to put an end to their madness throughout Japan, and we would appreciate the help of those like us." Synyster spoke calmly, still acting eerily calm in the presence of a dog so huge. He knew well that one false move, and he was likely to be in a situation he'd rather not have to deal with. "Want me to protect the borders?" Kerberos interrupted, looking back round where the howl was from. He didn't take his eyes off the spot of the howl, his ears flicked waiting for another howl while he also waited for an answer. "Yes, go greet our guests Keroberos, but if they know my name, do not eat them. If they don't, feel free to kill them on the spot. You can have seconds for lunch if that's the case," Syn replied nonchalantly. Keroberos's eyes lit up at the order, and he rushed away, leaving Chize'l and Synyster alone. When Kero was out of earshot, Syn turned back to Chize'l, his eyes passionate as he asked, "What would you say to joining our cause?" *** "Damn right it would be nice. We deserve only the best after the hell we've suffered Atsuki. Don't let anyone tell you otherwise!" Gun snapped as her howl echoed into nothingness. For a while, no sounds greeted their ears, and Gunpowder started to grow impatient. "Where the hell is Synyster?" she growled. "I know he has made his home here, and I know he knows my voice. That asshole owes me bigtime for showing him how to open the cages..." And then, some movement from far off in the woods caught Gun's robotic eye's attention. Something was rushing towards them. Something dangerous. "Atsuki, let me do the talking. If things look rough, run for it. Do not fight it."

CHIZE'L
His bad mood was increasing steadily today and his throbbing headache was back. What he wouldn't do for the one good thing those humans gave him... pain killers. At least this shrimp-ish hellhound spoke the truth. As Kerberos was ordered to check the borders he glanced up to see the other's movements before returning his one-eyed gaze to the darker. "Madness? How different? Your's or their's? ... Theirs."
He hated man kind for what they created him as. He'd been born without a chance at all, the moment they laid hands on his genes his future had been put out of reach. However, his ill will towards them was not that strong. Yes, he'd gladly slaughter every white coat on the planet, but a genocide on the human race? Even to him that sounded... impossible, no just wrong. It was wrong. It went against his nature, he had been made to protect them right? Not only that but the instincts of whatever species he was originally supposed to be once again screamed at him. It wasn't wise to fight humans, it wasn't right to fight them. This was their world now, their foothold to sure to be shaken by mere mutts they had created. Bombs, guns, chemicals, poisons... as well as new mutants. All of that was at the disposal of the intelligent creatures, however corrupt they may be. Chize'l fixed a sorrowful gaze on Shade. No. He chose mankind's madness over the one Shade wished to rule with. Revenge was no goal to chase after and would only invite an earlier death than they already had. He would not follow this cause, maybe watch as it progressed, but for now he would withdraw. With Kerberos chasing after the intruders he could end this madness now, one swift bite on the skull of the smaller and it would end. His curiosity got the better of him.
Chize'l gave something close to a smirk to Shade. The hellhound stood and turned away. It would be an interesting show, wouldn't it? The fall of humans or the fall of hellhounds. "Will... observe. Shade."
CHIKYUU
"ANIKI! ANIKI! Wait for me!" From some ways behind Atsuki and Chrome Gunpowder ran a rather small, but odd hellhound. Chikyuu scampered from one patch of shadow to the next, whining everytime his eyes caught the light of the sun. Luckily there were plently of trees in the lush valley for him to hide under, but he still prefered the shadow of the largest of the hellhounds. His pink eyes glanced between where he was stepping (trying not to trip over his own large, taloned paws) and the figure of Atsuki. When he'd escaped in the panic of the other's escape he had been the first thing he saw past the bright light of the outside world. Ever since, the burrowing mutant had tagged along with the brute. "Oh great, what's SHE doing here?" The creature's barely noticable fur bristled as he finally reached Atsuki, darting from the shadow of a tree to crouch in the shadow beneath him.
Despite his idolization of Atsuki he still couldn't grasp why he would bother with the gender and personality-switching Chrome Gunpowder. He didn't necessarily mind Chrome, but he detested Gunpowder with all his heart. He, himself, was both male and female, but he classified himself as male. Chrome was the male side of his rival and less talkive... that and Chome wasn't gay (at least he thought so) so there was no worry. Gunpowder, however, was the female side and with any females around it was Chikyuu's job to protect his "older brother." Thus, he made it his job to piss off the female side of Chrome Gunpowder. "I don't blame Synyster for not answering your call Gunpowder. Hmph, and like Aniki needs some trashy trans protecting him. Aniki deserves much better than some tramp like you, Gun." The mole-like monster stunk his sand-paper and sand-colored tongue out at the other before sitting beneath Atsuki's chest. He looked up to see the bottom jaw of his idol. "So where we goin' Aniki? Are we there yet? Why's she h- oh, already asked that!" Chi giggled to himself while grinning up at the older happily.
[Playing Chikyuu is like having a sugar rush. xD I feel like I'm writing a post for a toddler!]

Soon Xena came upon a small group of mutant looking canines, she snarled at them, though from the looks of them, they seemed to be strong.
The female warrior walked forward, she had paid no attention to the howl that sounded, her eyes stayed on the cat like mutant canine, that gave her a chill of pleasure, she wanted to fight, this creature even if it killed her.Though she would not make a move yet.
The white muzzle, and dark colored pelt, female canine sat near by,listening to them, though now her brown eyes laid on the male who seemed to be in charge,a grin spread across her maw in anxiousness.

(who is Xena with?))
Kerbero's rushed though the trees with a smile on his face, nothing taisted quiet the same as dog-meat. Ahead he could see a group of dogs, but his exitment had given him away and they where watching him coming. But it didn't bother him ,he ran up to them quickly and slopped inches from a normal sized cyborg spreying a little snow as he stopped. His face was tence with his ears flat. his red eyes glaired from the cyborg to two more largeish canine-things, he extended his claws and stood tall.
Kerberos then thought back to what Shade said, 'what was it? say my name? no not my name. Shade? shades name, don't eat them if they say Shades name.' He thought in his head, he looked back down at the cyborg, paused a moment then said "Talk" loudly.

(Xena is with Shade, she said so in the monster plot thread)
“ANIKI! ANIKI! Wait for me!”
Grey ears perked as he turned his massive head to gaze back at the smaller male hellhound as she rushed to catch up with him. Offering him a soft smile as he leaped from shadow to shadow, he couldn’t help but feel bad. He always forgot how much larger he was than everyone else, and how he could easily outrun them without trying. This was even more so with Chi with the way he avoided the sun. It would take awhile, but he would accustom himself for the small male.
Once Chi had made himself comfortable in Atsuki’s shadow, he made careful reminders to himself not to move so not to irritate the smaller. Since his breakout in the lab, he had become somewhat protective of the creature, though he wasn’t fully capable of understanding why. Despite his intelligence, he was still confused on the matters of love and caring, unknowing of how they functioned, not receiving it but once himself. From a human.
It confused him even more. A human was capable of showing him love, yet, they were raging war against them? Part of him knew that not all humans were bad. Oh. Not all. Now it made sense.
"So where we goin' Aniki? Are we there yet? Why's she h- oh, already asked that!"
Looking down at Chi below him, Atsuki closed his eyes, “To paradise, where we will never have to fear being ostracized again…” The more and more he spoke of it himself, the better it sounded.
Ears shot up, quickly followed by his head as a thundering noise whirled around his ears. Eyes quickly caught sight of the cat-like hellhound approaching as gun told him to let her do the talking. Don’t fight it? But it looks smaller than me… Lowering his head, a deep growl slipped from his maw as he moved in a protective stance over Chi, upper lip curled back in a silent snarl. He would listen to Gun, only if Chi wasn’t in any danger. If the beast threatened Chi…
All hell would break loose.

"Will... observe. Shade," Chize'l responded, much to Syn's disappointment. Regardless, Synyster let him go. He was in no position to fight this hellhound of giant proportions... however, it hardly mattered. Chize'l was clearly and intelligent creature, unlike Keroberos, and would survive well in his world if he -- no, WHEN he succeeded. There was no doubt in Syn's mind that he would be the victor in his quest for Japan's domination. I suppose I should get back to Keroberos and make sure he really doesn't eat our guests. At least... not all of them. I owe Chrome too much to let him-- but Synyster's thoughts were cut off as the sounds of pawsteps greeted his ears. He sniffed the air, hoping to pinpoint whoever was there, but it was his ears that first alerted him to Xena crouching just out of sight. "I know you're there," Synyster growled, his fur bristling with rage. "Do not try to hide from me. Show yourself or be labeled a coward and instantly killed!" *** "I don't blame Synyster for not answering your call Gunpowder. Hmph, and like Aniki needs some trashy trans protecting him. Aniki deserves much better than some tramp like you, Gun." Gunpowder let out a snarl of rage, turning to the younger hellhound with her eyes filled with venom. Even her robotic eye seemed to be more vile then usual, though, being mechanic, it technically could not show any form of emotion, "Shut up pup. Who said I wanted your precious 'Aniki' anyway?!" Gun took a deep breath and calmed herself before speaking again, "And Synyster is a dog of his word. He owes me more then what's worth either of your lives. Understand? He will house us both until further notice, and further notice is not even for me to decide. You understand that I am old. I've lived more then twice the lifetime of you pups. I need to preserve my life until it is needed to be thrown away..." Gun trailed off as the wind once again picked up, sending Keroberos's scent over the horizon. Soon enough, the catlike monster was before them, but to Gunpowder's surprise, he stopped in front of them and said but one word, "Talk." Gun looked over her shoulder, glaring at the two hellhounds. Atsuki seemed on edge, even though she had just explained that he would run if things got tough. Taking a solid glance at Chi, an unspoken message passed between them, and it was the same one that she had given to the much larger hellhound. They were young. If something was to happen, they should have the chance to finish their lives.... "Brother," Gunpowder started. "We are looking for Synyster!" ((OOC: Stumpy, if you want Kero to still attack them cuz Gunpowder didn't say "Shade" specifically go for it. LOL))

CHIKYUU
It was reassuring to have friends... even if you had an enemy in one of them. For monsters like them- no. He refused to say he was a monster. Chikyuu refused to be a beast. Reguardless, for creatures like them it was almost enlightening to have allies in a world they honestly didn't belong in. From Atsuki's words though, it seemed like there might be a place for them in the world after all. If they weren't finding one, then they were making one? Creating a paradise? For them, for all, for some? For what? A place no one was ostracized. That did sound like paradise, so long as it had them. "Paradise? Really? Well. So long as you can be there Aniki... and Chrome too! Can we keep Gun out though, she's mean." Chikyuu's last words were deadpanned and rather blunt.
The sound of rumbling paws caught his ears last, since his ears were permanently facing back and not all to keen. Atsuki's head lowered to block his view, but the approaching's paws could be seen. When it came to a stop Chikyuu poked his head out from under Atsuki, squinting his eyes to see against the painful light of day. "HOLY CRAP! LOOK AT THOSE TEETH!" Chi nearly swooned, but not in fear. "Think of the boulders I could crush with those. I'd never have to re-route a tunnel again!" He had sat down in the middle of the speech, putting his front paws together and was obviously day dreaming one of his six-feet-under fantasies. When Gun and Atsuki both started growling and talking between the three of them he couldn't help but cringe. Chi, for all his bark, did not have much bite. He shrunk under Atsuki's shadow and pressed himself against the other's left, front leg. He didn't fear Kerberos necessarily, but he did fear fighting. If he were to get hurt... no if ATSUKI were to get hurt. At the startling thought Chikyuu moved forward to stand beside Atsuki's massive head. Brandishing the massive talons on his front paws he hunched, chin low and lips pulled back in a protective snarl that rivaled Atsuki's. When Gun looked at him in meaning the smaller hellhound just snorted before backing up some to once again press against his guardian's leg, seeking comfort.

((Shadow you read my mind ^_^ ))
Kerberos seemed to take a long pause, "Brothers? looking for Synyster? No... Wrong, Your trespassing." Kerberos said slowly, as he finnished he began to snarl, his claws were already out of there sheaths He raised his dinner-plate like paw ready to bring it down on the short cyborg while keeping his eyes on the others.
((I think CHIKYUU and the terrier's will have to meat underground ^_^ its the terriers best trick and now the monsters have underground too!))

"Brothers? looking for Synyster? No... Wrong, You're trespassing!" he roared. Gun let out a bark of surprise as Keroberos moved in for an attack on her. She was frail and unable to move fast with her old age.... yet.... she still had an advantage. Gun quickly barked at the two dogs behind her to step back. This would be her battle and hers alone.
Her long coiling robotic tail extended from behind her and shot out at Keroberos's huge paw, coiling around it and diverting it to the side. "Sorry bud, but you'll need a little more tact to get to me. Now I'll say it again, we're here to see Synyster. I know he is your master. I vaguely remember you from my own days in the lab but you were never kept in the same cell as me so we never had a chance to formally meet."
Keroberos didn't care much however, and lashed out at Gunpowder again. Letting out a snarl, Gun sent her tail out again, this time not hesitating to stab it into the soft pads underneath the beast's paws. Kero let out a yowl of pain and stepped back, but Gun knew that this had most likely sealed her to the fight, and she had a bad feeling at the pit of her stomach about how it was going to turn out.
"Atsuki, Chi, get out of here. I can deal with this lug," Gun spat, never once taking her eyes off Keroberos.

continued from here
The wind carried a uncommon chill as it breezed over the valley, the clouds moved swiftly in the windy sky thick with snow. The snow on the ground was crisp with frost.
Grey lead his new band of comrades down the valley and towards the newly extended Den in the rocks. He was watching the new dogs move around by the den, it was pretty carm but Grey was expeting that to change once the dogs saw the monsters pulling the strings. He looked round at the tree's but saw nothing and no-one he expected Shade to know he was there, and Kerbero's he expected to be stopped by him when they entered.
Rum was looking round the den, it was pretty large, the walls of the cave looked new, on some places there were large claw marks but Rum didn't give them much attention. He walked back outside seeing Grey also looking round.
_______________
Kerberos snarled, his face twisting up in pain as he licked his paw-pad, underneath it looked like just a simple pin-prick but Gun's tail had gone quiet deep. he continued to snarl and glair at the robotic dog with his absent eyes. he placed his over-sized paw back in the snow slowly still murmuering. he then raised his mane and hackles and unsheathed his claws snarling in clear anger.
[crimson]"Shade said keep strangers out!" he snarled lunging at Gun with his sadors and claws, like a cat trying to catch a bird.

A black and dark red pelted great dane mix walked through the snow covered land, the scent of canines filled his scent glands. The great dane mix''s right ear has a small chruck toren out, left ear is toren up.Large torne pieces of skin and fur located on the back of the neck and shoulder,on the right shoulder,on the neck, near the corner of the mouth, close to the jaws, and right over left eye.Right side of upper lip is toren free of skin and fur.
As he walked the male soon spotted an akita looking canine outside a large den made of rock. The black great dane mix snarled and bared his fangs at the sight of the male canine, but then another canine, came, the great dane mix was now even more hateful and full of rage than ever before.
Tsukiyomi raced towards the two canines fangs bared, hackles raised ready to fight, though the male stopped but a few paw steps away from the two canines, his dark red eyes wide with the longing for a fight and bloodlust."Who the hell are you?!"Tsukiyomi barked at the two canines who had been looking around for some strange reason.

Atsuki "Brothers? looking for Synyster? No... Wrong, Your trespassing."Lip curled back farther, revealing large canines that were ready to shred. Just when Atsuki had his hopes up for some peace in a place where he would be respected, things made a turn for the worse. He knew all too well how fighting went, but never had he fought another hellho- hellcat? This creature against them had no resemblance to a canine of any sorts. It rose his curiosity for sure, he wanted to know more.
But this was no time for that. Any hint of weakness could lead to destruction, his destruction - and Atsuki wasn't planning his end to happen any time soon."Atsuki, Chi, get out of here. I can deal with this lug." A loud snarl ripped through his monstrous being at that very moment. He knew that Gun was being serious, but this was one time that he would have to deny Gun. He couldn't leave, he wouldn't. It didn't matter if Gun could handle herself or not. First off, he knew that Chi wouldn't be able to keep up with him if he ran, and if this cat decided to attack, he would be on either of them in an instant. As crazy as it sounded, it was safer to stay and face off prepared, then run like a rabbit."I can't do that Gun." His words were deep, slipping past his maw only to be mixed with a growl. With each passing second and each move Gun and Keroberos made, the further Atsuki moved over Chi, taking a protective, yet offensive stance.
It was then that he felt something deep within him, a feeling. The feeling that he had to do something as Kerberos shifted to leap at Gun. Lowering his massive head, Atsuki growled deeply before releasing a loud and echoing howl of warning that rang through the valley.Roxas With head lowered close to the ground, Roxas padded silently alongside the others as they made their way to Roedor valley. It had only been a couple days hike from the spot where they had all met, but it was snowy, still, and Roxas despised the snow, let alone traveling through it. Despite all this, Roxas still found a fire burning in his soul, the thought of the utopia still fresh in his mind. Without a doubt he would fight alongside these strange "monsters" Grey had once spoken of.
As they reached the den, Roxas took the opportunity to sit down and really examine their surroundings. The one thing that stood out from anything else was the size of the paw-prints that littered the place. Ears perked as he stood up and quietly made his way over to the larger of the two sets. whoa... they were right when they spoke of monsters...
Raising his head from the tracks, Roxas turned back to Grey, opening his maw to alert his new, rather momentary leader of the direction of those they sought might be. Though, the moment he began, he was quickly cut off by a voice that he... rather hadn't expected.Zero The entire trip to the valley, Zero had spent in utter silence, sticking close to the front of the small pack. Few dogs had bothered to make conversation with him, but were only responded with silence. Zero wasn't the type to socialize, especially not now when he had more important things on his mind.
Humans. Filthy humans. He couldn't wait to be rid of them. This was his chance to avenge his pack, fallen to the likes of the fur-less monsters. With this thought, a growl squirmed its way between his clenched fangs, causing the dogs that were already doing their best to avoid him to move further away.
Zero, lost deep within his mind - engulfed in thoughts of revenge, hadn't noticed the group had finally come to a stop, including himself. It had become second nature to him by now - stopping when they stopped, moving when they moved. It wasn't necessarily something he had wanted himself to get into the habit of, but for the instance of following one to the key to his revenge, he put up with this odd behavior.
It wasn't until the lion like dog before him had made his way away from the rest of the group, that Zero had come back into reality. Like the dog before him, he too took his time to look around, studying. Zero hadn't been to Roedor valley before, for some rather unknown reason, perhaps he just never too the time to venture here, but it seemed rather cozy to the wolf. Rather cozy until he too spotted the large tracks in the snow.
Once again imitating the Roxas, his ears raised in curiosity. The prints were huge! They really weren't kidding in the rumors when they called the beasts monsters. Mismatched eyes made their way up the trail of tracks into the trees above, head raising as it turned to look at Grey. "Oi! Grey! I think these could lead us to what we're looking for!"

CHIKYUU
This was not acceptable. The small hellhound was near his boiling point. Not only was this beast yelling (irritating bastard), but he was threatening the safety of his friends. His hackles bristled as he snarled darkly, though in paled in comparison to the growls of the other three. Now feeling furious, threatened, and out-done Chikyuu was not pleased. In the child's way of solving this? Throw a tantrum.
Chikyuu darted from under Atsuki towards Kerberos. Once he was close enough he turned, hunching over and doing what he did best. Digging. The massive talons on his muscular forelegs plowed through the snow in no time and soon there was a combination of snow, dirt, mud, and rock flying at the offending hellhound's face. Between the birrage of soil and Atsuki's ear-splitting howl he was pretty sure either the hellcat would back down or this Synyster would hear it and come to check it out. Honestly, who could resist following the sounds of a mini-war? When Chikyuu was satisfied he spun around to face the hellcat again. "HEY MORON! Mess with us and I'll drill holes in that thick skull o' yours, got it?!" The growl released after that could easily be classified as an indignant hiss of disgust and contempt. The firey digger was not pleased with how this was going and he'd go so far as to dig a hole to America if it would save Atsuki one step on his behalf. And there MIGHT have been some general worry for Gun's safety too... not really, but Atsuki dealt with her so she had to be worth keeping around for something, right?

Hasaki & Hikigane
Both Hasaki and Hikigane moved in utter silence, for neither of them had anything to say. Gun had a displeased look on his face; his paws were cold and swollen from walking through the snow for such a long time. If they had been running, it would have made a difference, but this way he was just pissed. Has, on the other hand, a sadistic freak as she was, concentrated more on the pain of others, which distracted her from the stabbing sensation in her paws. The snow that was falling, though, irritating her as it prevented the assassin to see clearly and she had to squint to make out her surroundings. Even thought her whitish eyes could see perfectly in normal weather, and even at night, with all this snow they made her head hurt. They were both too occupied with their thoughts to notice that the small group had stopped moving, and that they were the only ones still walking onward. Looking around, Gun sat where he was standing and tried to figure out if this was the place they searched for. It appeared to be. A large den was next to him, and claw marks bigger that any he had ever seen caught his attention as he observed it’s interior. The den had been made larger by some kind of monster, he concluded. Has, who walked right inside, could smell something weird, something she had never smelled before in her life. It didn’t belong to any animal she knew, yet somehow it seemed familiar, like many scants were mixed up in one. Strange, she thought. But all the while that smile of hers never disappeared. The thought of the leaders being some kind of huge monsters who could effortlessly kill humans brought her twisted joy, and she let herself fell the bloodlust and excitement that were raging to show. She wanted action, and she craved for blood. Now. But she was aware of the fact there was no one here for her to fight, so she just kept walking around in an attempt to cool herself down. The assassins turned their heads toward the only wolf among them as he spoke suddenly, drawing them out of their thoughts. “Oi! Grey! I think these could lead us to what we're looking for!" Only then did Has realize they had no idea who they have actually came to, for they have missed the speech and the information of monsters leading this group was lost to them. The only clues she had were pig paw prints and that smell she couldn’t quite put her finger on. Approaching Gray with no sense of humility and showing no signs she considered him her superior, for she truly didn’t, she barked: “Hey, you! Grey, right? Who are the ones in charge here? I wanna see those who claim they can oppose humans’ weapons….” She said all the while coming closer to Grey who she thought of only as a slave to the more powerful creatures. Gun smirked at this, for he knew all to well that Has wanted nothing more that to sink her teeth into the flesh of the so called Grey.

“Oi! Grey! I think these could lead us to what we're looking for!" Tiger had been padding behind the group the whole time. Not because he was worn out, no, that was hardly the case. In fact every moment before he took step in Roedor Valley had been padding along next to Roxas, the only familiar face in the crowd. Unfortunately, they didn't speak much, aside from a quick hello, but that was of less concern to White Tiger then what he was sensing now. He'd been traveling with his Mind's Eye technique active the entire trip... and he could feel the beasts lurking around here. An unfamiliar sensation washed over Tiger: fear. These really were monsters.... “Hey, you! Grey, right? Who are the ones in charge here? I wanna see those who claim they can oppose humans’ weapons….” one of the dogs spoke up, breaking Tiger's train of thoughts. A small growl escaped his lips. Sure, he didn't know Grey. In fact, the only thing he knew about Grey was that he was a General in the pack that he'd agreed to join, but Tiger had been in a pack before. General's deserved respect, and Grey seemed to be a nice enough guy.... "Hey! You shouldn't talk to General Grey like that!" Tiger snapped protectively. "Besides, there are certainly monsters here. I can tell you now... what's lurking in this valley is more powerful then a human could ever hope to be. They'd need an army to have a chance against these things...." and though this was an exaggeration of sorts, Tiger believed it with all his being. The presence of Keroberos, Synyster, and the other hellhounds walking the premises, was more powerful then anything he'd ever felt before. *** "Shade said keep strangers out!" Keroberos snarled, lunging at Gun with his sabers and claws; like a cat trying to catch a bird. Gunpowder was not a fast creature, as was explained before, but she knew how to deflect creatures like Kero. Once again, her tail lashed out, this time coiling around Keroberos's maw. Now, to make up for her supreme lack of speed, Gunpowder was strong, and her tail was the strongest part of her body. Still, moving a massive creature like Keroberos would be a strain. Regardless, it was strain her old body, or die on the spot, and so, with a roar of determination, Gun twisted herself around, throwing Keroberos to the snow about a foot from her. It wasn't as impressive as she wanted it to be, but hey, it saved her skin for the time being. As Keroberos got to his paws again, Gunpowder ordered her two companions to make a run for it, but was met by a direct violation of said orders. At least Atsuki had merely said "no" but Chikyuu decided that he would run forward and start digging snow and dirt into the opposing monster's face. Gunpowder snarled, her fur bristling with rage, "Chi you fool! Get out of the way!" But of course, Chi refused to do such a thing, instead turning back around and giving some lip to the monster before them. Gunpowder was furious, but worried still. Even if she didn't seem to like Chikyuu, she considered him a good friend, a little brother of sorts even. The same was for Atsuki, and as their "older sibling" she would protect them in any way possible. It was then that an idea struck her. This creature didn't seem to be too smart. He'd uttered his alpha's name: Shade.... "Excuse me brother," Gun said in a fake polite voice. "I'm sorry to have confused you. I meant take me to Shade. We are looking for Shade." Gunpowder could only hope that Keroberos would buy it. *** Synyster grew impatient waiting for the canine to show herself, and so, with a snort of disgust, he left, his senses on full alert in case Xena tried anything funny. Eventually, her presence was no longer felt by the new Alpha of Roedor Valley, and so, Syn took off at a run towards the dens. He was sure that Keroberos could fend for himself, and he wanted to make sure no trespassers had attempted to retake the land. Thankfully, there were no "trespassers," but instead Grey and a platoon of canines willing to join Syn's cause. He came to a halt next to Grey, smirking with satisfaction. He had come just in time to hear one of the dogs ask where the alpha was; who was capable of taking down humans? "That would be me," Synyster replied in a cool voice, but at the same time, one that rang with venomous authority. "I am Shade, the alpha of this pack. And that youngster with the bandanna is right when he says that there are monsters here that could easily take down the strongest human weapons. If you need more proof, I'll take you to see our grandest of weapons now."
