There is a fine line between sanity and insanity. It sickened Rubix seeing how many have crossed the line. Let it be known, Rubix's a bit of a hypocrite.
The thickly furred fae had grown weary of stewing about in her warehouse. She had a good few choice slabs of meat, but none tickled her fancy at the moment. A collie mix, two German shepherds, a chunk of a VERY lucky doberman that got away, and she even had a few leftovers from that mastiff last week. He had been a particularly tough catch, but it was worth the work. However, she'd been having a craving for a Kai-ken lately and she was damn set on getting one in her grasp. Doberman was too stringy; collie a bit to tender; and she was sick of German shepherd, for ferocious dogs they were far to common and far to easily killed. Kai-ken however had the perfect texture and their muscles were absolutely heavenly when doused in the blood of any type of sighthound. With her usual, wide grin Rubix walked along the abandoned railway, now perfectly cloaked by the shadows of the night with the streetlights to far to brush her dark fur with their light.
Rubix smirked as she found her target. She was a young little thing and was perfectly white. As the purple-hued mutt drew closer the dog noticed her, turning suddenly with wide eyes. It was then she noticed why the Kai-ken was white with barely-noticeable gray stripes was that she was an albino! Rubix was having a very lucky day.
"Why hello, Hun. What's a tyke like you doing in a place like this?"
The young dog quivered slightly, but seemed at ease when she realized Rubix was a female. The little albino was afraid of big, bad males? Ha, in a moment she'd wish for anything but the big, bad CANNIBAL. Rubix drew closer, head lowered and cocked to the side as she neared the frightened damsel. To easy, to simple, but sooo entertaining. Rubix sat and twitched a paw, summoning the young Kai-ken to come closer. Seeing her as shelter the little female skittered over to her, casting weary glances for glittering eyes in the night. Now that the pup was no longer under the streetlight she was officially fair game. There were rules on the city streets among the creepiest of dogs. One was that they refused to do their damnable crimes in the view of others. It was almost rude to watch a killing, a rape, a theft. Everyone had their own ways of doing things and to keep them original, most of the creatures going bump in the night liked to keep their quirks secret. Rubix normally didn't care, she'd slaughter in plain daylight in the middle of a children's field trip if she wanted. However, this time she'd show a little bit of respect for the poor dear and allow her to simply "disappear into the night" like the many other victims of the Greater Tokyo Area.
The moment that albino Kai-ken was within range Rubix lunged out and, with her head completely horizontal, as gripped the dog's thin neck. The pup let out half a yelp before she was silenced by a vicious tug to the side, snapping her neck like Rubix's had been snapped so long ago. It was a mere miracle (and a curse for everyone but her) that Rubix had lived. She decided against prolonging the dog's suffering because of her age. It was the only decent thing about her. Chivalry was a strange thing for a dog like Rubix to wield.
[Whether or not Serkan saw that or not is up to you. Rubix pays little to no attention to detail or background so he could very well have been standing a foot or two behind her and she'd still not notice xD Ignorance is bliss.]

The sighthound sought refuge at the top of an old, abandoned house in the more "suburban" parts of The Greater Tokyo Area. The Lurcher wasn't a huge fan of the large city, seeing as there were alot of possible enemies lurking around. He was no idiot, he knew that no matter where you go there were always enemies around. This was a given. But he rather be absent during the human infested areas, that seem to irritate the tall male.
Dracula's body layed flat in ball formation on the concreted shingles of this particular house. He seemed almost dead as he layed there, the only thing that gave away that he had a pulse was the slow movement of his rib cage. He had had a busy night, the night before, and really needed some rest. The dog had made it his task to get himself familiar with Tokyo and all its spoils- its blood.
Ugg think I'm hungry once again thought the he-dog as he unfolded his body from the cold roof top. His eyes looked small as he scanned the terrain below him. No activity. What a shame. He yawned and slowly got up. What to do, what to do. I mean, naturally he wanted to take some victim's life to help keep his blood level up to par but.. Hunting and killing was getting kind of boring. With his wits, and speed, no critter was a match for him. What a pity- he was caught off short by some chit-chatting, not too far away. Could this be some action? Well, time to investigate.
Moving back wards to gain momentum, he leap from his roof to the roof that belonged to the house in front. He landed with great ease and swiftness, hardly making a sound. His ears perked from its naturally slight floppy position as he gave his undivided attention to the commotion that laid underneath his white feet.
By the time he looked a dark, female had just killed a white pup with the slightest of ease. What a shame he thought, silently shaking his head. Though it was sad for the young thing to die so early in life, this was not the reason for Serkan's pity. It was a pity that he wasn't the one draining its blood right this instant. But again his tummy rumbled. No more procrastinating. Time to cut to the crap.
"Why hello there, you lovely lady" a deep voice, accompanied by a male who had leap from the tall building. Naturally any canine would be astound with the drop and the lack of injury caused on the dog. Hell, he didn't even get a scratch. The male was taller an thinner than her. The dog looked down at her, the corner of his mouth curled.

As an almost literal part of the shadows that made up the alleyways of Tokyo and every other creepy nook and cranny on the island of Japan, Rubix had seen much. Oddly enough she'd never seen something as thin and fragile-looking as a sighthound leap from a roof and land without so much as a wince. Wait. Sighthound? Kaiken meat plus Sighthound blood equals a very happy cannibal, but when she took a moment to examine him it was obvious he wasn't purely a sighthound. Herding dog? Collie by the subtle qualities she picked up. Interesting... a Lurcher.
"I'm not quite sure how right ya are, Hun. Most dogs don't call cannibals LOVELY, but if you want ta call the wolf a sheep, who am I to correct ya?"
Rubix grinned, lips not quite pulling up to be a snarl, but pulling backwards enough to show her hind molars. Most dogs mouths didn't stretch as far as hers, but it was just apart of her beautiful, if not startlingly dangerous persona. Her black fur shifted purple as she lowered her head to quickly clip open the dogs side right under the last rib. After so many kills Rubix had long ago mastered dissecting a body and now did it rather meticulously. She knew every muscle, even if she didn't know those names the humans gave them. Likewise she new major veins, arteries, where every organ was, she could even tell if her victim had ever been seriously ill or had any diseases. With such a pampered little girl (until she got lost in the streets and killed) there was no reason to be cautious with her kill this time. Her left eye, normally hidden beneath dark bangs, eyed her work while the right, though looking at the corpse as well, kept a keen awareness on the male's actions. She lifted her head, bangs having fallen to the side enough to show two glowing eyes, one green and the other blue matching the two small bands around her right ankle. Rubix tilted her head completely horizontal, as if showing (rather creepy) curiosity, at her next inquiry.
"As a fellow minion of the dark would you care to join me?"
[Tsk, tsk, Rubix he's no MINION of the dark. *pets Ixxy*]

Ah, a cannibal. He was now dealing with a dog who ate his own kin. But this did not frightened the Lurcher one bit. The thing that came close to startlement was the way she opened up the body with very tactical mouth. It seemed as if she had been doing what she was doing, for years. Ahh, an experienced ally.
Serkan looked at her as she showed him both of her eyes, for the first time. She seemed to be the "joker" type. He knew them- the puzzling, messed up in the membrane- type. This was the type that were quite cunning as he himself and he would do best to watch his "footing", even if they presented themselves as a partner.
"That is my opinion and my opinion only" chuckled the sighthound as he stepped forward and lowered his head to the opening of the dog. His tongue dropped from his cold mouth, right before rubbing it over a muscle which oozed with blood. Delicious thought he, closing his eyes and really enjoying this here moment. Nothing was like the taste of the cold (sometimes warm), metallic flavor. It was pure ecstasy for him. He had almost forgotten that the banged-mutt had called him a minion of the dark. This is when he had opened his beautiful, long eyes.
"As a 'fellow minion', I would like to know your name" he spoke to her .His yellow eyes were slits as he looked dead into her eyes, searching for any Milli-centimeter of emotion. Let's see if the dog who ate her own kind so openly, could feel anything but hunger
Hhaha

This mysterious stranger had now bumped up three levels in her view. One, this dog had showed no fear nor hesitation despite her openly revealing she was a cannibal. Two, he readily joined her in devouring the albino morsel. Three, he was undeniably one of the finest dogs she'd ever met. However, he was knocked down half a peg at the look he gave her. If he was looking for the lust he was used to in females he would be sorely disappointed. Rubix was above raw displays of want, this puzzle would have to work very hard against her clever mind to be viewed worthy enough for so much a one lusty glance... even if the dog before her was the embodiment of sex appeal.
"You are a very fine piece of meat, but I have no intention of devouring you. Save those eyes for the bedroom, Hun."
Her bi colored eyes glittered playfully, showing good and well she meant no insult, however the normally hidden blue one seemed to grow a tad cold. Maybe it was a trick of the light, but either way it added a stone promise to her words... for now. For Rubix puzzles came first and this rather interesting Gordian Knot would need to be properly unwound. If she couldn't unravel him then she'd admit defeat. However, if she solved him it would prove quite a problem for him because this fae was not a fan of "defective" puzzles. When he asked her name Rubix couldn't resist her rather interesting laugh. The "kek"ing sound was best befitting a crow, but this girl's fur and mind were that of a raven.
"My name? Kekeke, call me Rubix. And what of you? My eyes see all in this city, but my eyes have never seen the likes of you. Tokyo's dark labyrinth summon you to it or are you here to summon it and it's wicked children, my dangerous friend?"
The mutt was honestly curious at his presence so close to her home. She had many dogs who served as her "eyes" in exchange for not being eaten by the deranged female. No one bothered the darkest of the residents of Tokyo without cause, even if that motive was simply curiosity or a poor choice of suicide methods. But her appetite satisfied by a dark purple liver Rubix was now rather harmless and thus not prone to pry. Like an appeased beast when fed she became sated and docile. Enraging her was next to impossible, for nothing grated on her nerves save poor made puzzles. She sat back to dwell in her mild mood, lazily clearing her dark fur of blood with a swipe across her maw. Rubix's eyes danced with interest as she took on the first level of this puzzle, awaiting him to return the favor and grace her with his name and a possible insight to his reasons for approaching a dog of such a dark nature as herself.

This crazed female seemed to be dead on with the likes of his intentions. She was bold, and told him exactly that she was not interesting. What a female. He looked at her with an amused smile on his face. The sight hound would not touch her, at least not until far later. She was a smart one, perhaps a whip at that.
His yellow orbs danced from her cold eye to another, when he had the chance of seeing the one hidden behind a curtain of hair. She seemed like a complicated little bitch, one who ill intention and words to match..Well, intelligent words. When she spilled out her name, something stuck out in Serkan's brain. Rubix, of course! Perfect for this complex individual. It was like solving a puzzle. He gotten how she conducted herself and her life. She was just a mere little maze, that seemed to go wild. Well, it would take time but there was no doubt that he would figure out the likes of her.
Rubix's question seemed to make his heart flutter. The way she spoke intrigued the male, alot to put it in easy terms. And, again like before, she was right on target. He was here to summon Tokyo's dark labyrinth and it's wicked children. But would he admit to it up front? Would it be better, in this case, to lie or to spit the truth? The black and white male stepped up and cracked her a plain smile, "The second, friend.". So he chose to tell her the truth. Was this a good idea? Would this serve as his prematurely failure? Only time would tell.
"My name is Serkan, if you were wondering." And so our favorite little Sighthound chose to seal the deal
