"What fools they are..."

A lone creature watched from an alleyway as a fight between two champions began; people crowded around the ring rooting for one or another. The wolf mix barred his fangs at the sport, thinking of it as just an act to please the humans. If you want a real fight, he thought. Then take me on. As more and more people gathered, his view of the fight was cut off, making a growl rumble in his throat. "Move over, dammit!" he barked, bringing attention to himself.

A young man turned and spotted the canine and then turned and tapped the shoulder of another man. He whispered something in his ear, and then both man turned and stalked toward Onryou. The great beast growled as the men approached, but they whispered words of comfort. Only a fool would listen to those words. He was no fool, but he waited till they were only a few feet from him. His tail tip twitched slightly, as did his leg muscles; the men did not notice and continued their approach. The younger of the two men reach out and placed his hand in front of the hybrid's snout, waiting for the canine to sniff it.

The beast's red eyes narrowed slightly and a grin came to his maw, it was now time to play...

Onryou lashed out, taking off the man's hand with his sharp fangs and in a flash, he was upon the man's throat. Blood poured from the younger man's throat as the male dug his fangs deep into it. The other man started to run, a scream about to purge is lips; the killer released himself from the other and launched himself. The man turned his back to the hybrid and soon felt fangs dig into the back of his neck. His eyes widened, then he collapsed with a heavy thud. His neck was broken, shattered by the force of the canine's bite. And all this went on while the fight took place, no one turned to see the bloody scene that was behind them, too focused on the dog fight.

Pleased with his kill, the murderer unlocked his fangs from the older man's neck and returned to the younger man. He tore off the man's shirt and then dug his fang deep into his stomach. He tore off chucks and spit them out until he reach the liver; jaws wrapped around the organ, then with a tug it was removed and swallowed. Onryou licked his lips, then began to attack the stomach.

It isn't possible

))Sorry for the delay, but I think it was worth it comparing this post to anything I might have squeezed out before. xD((


He was a beast uncaged, watching pathetic creatures bleed and kill for the amusement of insects. Humankind, peh, he'd kill them all just as soon as he had the power. Long since had he ceased traveling the concrete and black top of cities, far away from cars and engine oil and the eardrum splintering chitter chatter of those bald two leggers. He hated them, hated their pets. They'd all pay, they'd all die.

In time.

For now it was the opportunity to study. These pit fighters the man was so proud of, they ain't got nothing on him! If this was to be his 'competition' when he killed all the furless ones, its would be way too easy. The beast made no real attempt at hiding himself, perched on a crate as he was, crossed paws dangling over the edge as he watched men scream and one dog tear another's throat out.

A scent of new blood tickled his nose, as the skull faced mongrel gave a twitch of the ear and a turn of the gaze. Men died at the fangs of his kind. Well, not his kind. Minoru considered himself kin to no one. He was far better than any dog, wild or tamed. And he was most definitely not tamed. Escapee of the labs, yes. But none ever kept a leash and collar on him. Those who had tried … well they met same fates as those who tried to tame another monster.

Yawning, the mutt simply watched. He had only just eaten before arriving here. Minoru wasn't really hungry … but … Standing, he stretched languidly, before leaping down. Landing on a discarded body with a squelch, he flicked his tail and sat upon its still bleeding form. ”You're just going to get fat.” He laughed to himself, as if it were the greatest joke in the world. One might just think that he was … losing it.
