This place belonged to someone. There were signs of it everywhere, and it was no doubt that a beast such as Phaedra was not welcome. But to the horse-sized mutant wolf, it mattered just as much as eating. And when your face is made of immobile stone and your stomach is solid and also stone, food is never necessary. So, despite the many signs of an occupied territory, Phaedra kept roaming, uprooting trees with it's dagger-like right left foreleg, and watching them fall with the most audible of crashes to the ground.
The creature turned it head, masked in thick linen cloth, and looked through eyeless sockets at the slowly setting sun. It did not know what it wanted, neither did it know where it should go. A cold, breeze settled over the wooded hill, before the atmosphere seemed to fade away, leaving a deadly, heartless, dark and empty feeling over the land that Phaedra stared blankly at. Phaedra stood motionless for awhile, before going back to uprooting trees aimlessly and searching the ground for any living things.

A scent of another specie filtrated the female's nose right before she threw herself towards where she thought it was. Her strides were very powerful and long, neck bobbing along with her movements.
She sped up even more, once she saw a canine not too far away. It had been raining the night before, and evidence of that layed on the mushy ground. The pure bred Alastian almost slipped, but she caught herself as her claws now digged into the soggy ground. The alphess slowed dramatically once she saw the thing that roamed about twenty yards away.
What the fuck is that?! she thought, orbs basically shooting out of her socket. Things usually didn't surprise her, but she had to say, this...creature..seemed to be too...unreal. She squinted her ruby red eyes, trying to catch in as much detail as possible.
After about a minute's work of examination, Hatshepsut made it her duty to see what on earth this thing was, and what it wanted. So, the orangy hued female walked closer toward the horse sized animal.
"I see, you like what you see" she stated in a cool, and calm fashion. Her stance was obviously that of a proud, leader, but not of a foolish one..seeing as she kept her distance.

Phaedra turned it's head as if a machine and stared down expressionlessly at the dog that had spoken. It had been quite awhile since it had heard a voice of any kind. Even the birds fell silent at the very sight of it. A giant tree fell and crashed behind Phaedra, which won no reaction from the creature. A deep hissing sound came from within it, though defensive, offensive, or just a sound was indistinguishable.
It didn't move for a long time, then the hissing sound came again. But this time, it seemed to have a bit more vigor behind it, and Phaedra raised it's stone arm slowly, as if pointing somewhere, only to bring the heavy stone appendage crashing down over the dog's head; A natural response from an actual colossus, and natural instinct for a creature meant for gaurding sacred buildings.

A thin, lean built domberman flew over the dusted ground, her nose pointed after a trail. She had been tracking Hapshepsut for a while, curious as to what her boss was up to. Kana knew her leader had been patrolling, but the dobi wanted to know the borders... following her leader was an easy way to find out.
Kana came to a dead stop at the sight of Phaedra and snarled hidiously, seeing the creature strike out over Hapshepsut. The fae was sent into a ravenous snarl and her body tensed. "Boss!" she barked, running to Hapshepsut's side. As she neared the beast she kept ready to glide out of the way in case of an attack.
Kana took in the monsterous beast with keen eyes, flicking over the mutant wolf's body. It's head swathed in linen cloth and its body... undiscribable to the juvenile doberman. Her lower jaw quivered slightly in the fear of the great beast, but she kept a powerful pose to impress her leader. "How dare you trespass... then strike near the great Hapshepsut!"

Ears raised up, a fox sped towards the crashing of trees. He moved, agile and careful. He did not trip once. "Boss! Boss!!" He yelled in a tireless voice. He stopped short. Rexan was the fox, and he could not believe what he saw.
A freakish figure had tried to strike at the ever-mighty Hatshepsut. What the hell is it!? Rexan marveled. Whatever the case... It won't get it's twisted leg on Boss! He leaped out of cover madly, and jumped to Boss's side. "You will regret ever setting your damn paws on this land, you trespassing fiend!" With that, he raised his hackles, and crouched into the same position he took when he hunted his prey.

Metal moved in easy rythmn with the rest of his muscles as the black form of Fabius loped across the ground. He was out looking for a large meal to bring back to impress his boss, but the sounds of angry growls and shouting took him off course. What he came upon was Hapshepsut, Kana, and Rexan standing defensively in front of a massive beast.
When he sidled next to his foxy, literally, packmate for a closer look and raised his brow in surprise. Half of the thing looked as if it were made of stone, yet still retained a wolf-like appearance. Fabius had encountered alot of bizarre things when he still worked for the testing facility, but not living stone.
He advanced towards the creature one step, taking his robotic leg and slamming it into the ground. In a voice frosted with ice, he looked into it's masked face, "Make one more move against the Boss on our turf and you're gravel."

Cerule was staring at the creatre before him. The dane and the collie were behind a the great beast. What... is that? Beast and stone? Is it alive? His blue eyes were wide and starltled. "Cc..." Joy whispered. "That... he almost hurt Hap- I mean Boss." Cerule shook his head. There is metal in my bones... But stone? He looked at its clothed face... The proud dane's spirit began to settle, More importantly, does it bleed?
Joy was shaking terribly. She hadn't been this afraid since her last macabre night at the hospital. Her hat almost fell off from her quivering. "Stay down, Joy." Cerule tried to make his deep voice sublte. It was a little raspy, but it still held courage. It gave her strength to have him next to her. Joy nodded. "I have a feeling things are about to get... troubling."

OoC MY gosh, my packs here!!!! -squeees- Yey -hugs- Love ya guys ^_^ The Germanshepherd's eyes shot through where she thought the beast eyes should have been located. What, no eyes?! yes this was quite bazzar to say the least. Shit, that's out of the picture she thought as she knew she could not hinder the animal by blinding it. It seemed to be able to see, if not have hightened senses. A low grumble was released towards the beast right before it started to move its...was that thing made out of flesh?! Hatshepsut took several steps back as it moved its..stone appendage away then right at her. Crap thought the female as she glided right out of the way. As soon as she hit the ground on the other side if the intruder, the swift dog turned to face it, low to the ground this time. Hat's long auds were flattened against her skull as her orbs shifted like little maniacs to find a soft spot on this bastard's body.
"Boss!"[/s] Hatshepsut, turned her head only a fraction, having the animal still in view. It was Kana, a member of her Militia. Boy was she glad to have her here, perhaps she actually had a chance. She nodded at her fellow pack mate, really glad she was here to back her up. Her head turned to face the animal once again, lips peeling away from her extremely sharp teeth. "You will regret ever setting your damn paws on this land, you trespassing fiend!"[/s] It was Rexan, her quick fox leaping right to her other side. The side of her lip quivered, as if to almost smile . Hatshepsut's grumble slowly got lowder as seconds past on by. She was beginning to get really angry, seeing as her members were there to boost her adreneline and winning ratio.
A unique sound was slightly heard right before anything happend. She shifted her eyes and there was Fabius with his metalic leg. The female quickly looked at the beast in it's face, and gave it a determined and evil smirk as if saying 'what are you going to do now?' Her eyes, eventually landed on the two other dogs, Cerule and Joy, who were right behind the damned thing.
Having the full support of her packmates, the boss, keeping real light on her feet, shifted from different spots, until she began to actually circle the towering animal. She made sure, however, not to keep a pattern up, so she circled in a random zig zag formation. Her nares were ablazed, and eyes darted around the beast's body, looking for anything that resembled skin.

(OCC: Aww love you too Tef *hugs and gives a cookie* x3)
Kana's purple hued orbs flitted over the monster's body searching for a weak point in the stone behemoth. Seeing Rexan, Fabius, Joy, and Cerule she smirked slyly, her lips pulling back to reveal her long narrowed fangs. Each tooth was gleaming ivory white in the lust for battle and blood. Her muscles jerked and knotted under her pelt as she too circled the beast, occasionaly jolting into a run or changing directions on a dine.
"Boss..." she growled lowly, it was orders she wanted... not that she needed them to leap into action. Suddenly her eyes grew wide in fear, seeing not only the beast, but a second. She was about to warn Fabius as it thundered at him before she realized it was her mind. Kana shook her head quickly to rid herself of the schizo (schizophrenia's newest nickname XD).
Damn it... I'm going to get killed spacing out like that... this disease is after me I swear it. The dobi snapped at herself in thought. The lean female's eyes locked onto the tail of the beast and her eyes lit at the sight of the horse-like tail. Kana glanced at Fabius then Rexan and finally the Boss then flicked her long pointed ear at the tail. They could trip it and gain acess to any flesh parts on the beast while it would try to rise up!

Rexan kept his position. He watched Boss run around the beast, and decided not to pounce just yet. Boss needed to find a weak spot, and being the one who did not make the plans, Rexan stood still. But whenever he looked at the cloth over it's face, Rexan itched to tug it off. As soon as Boss is ready. He settled on just that.
After a few moments, though, he stood back up. Seeing no one to report his rare idea to, he kept it to himself. Rexan felt useless, but he couldn't decide on something to do. Rexan was never the strategic kind of fox, but he wanted to help.
Finally, he crouched back down for real. The fox then leaped up, and grabbed at the cloth. There must be something that is weak on this thing! Was his thought before he had gone down into position. He couldn't stand the temptation any longer, so he had pounced. Rexan had no thoughts of dying, and he still didn't.

Keeping a steady hold on the ground beneath his paws, Fabius' eyes flicked between the towering creature and his packmates. He watched as the Boss proceeded to run around it, possibly looking for weak points, he admired tactical thinking in a leader. Then he saw rexan take a bold move by attacking the creature's face, attempting to remove its mask. Fabius considered the move reckless, yet clever, for all he knew the cloth covered it's only piece of exposed flesh on the beast.
However, his eyes were drawn to Kana, her powerful gaze went wide as if afraid. Whatever caused it must've passed quickly though, because suddenly her expression shifted. She glanced towards him and the others, pointing her ears stowards the creatures body, trying to get their attention, trying to direct them. When he looked he saw what she mean, itt gray tail was long and trailed behind it, all the better to trip it with.
Fabius gritted his teeth and looked at the ground, trying to formulate a plan. It only took a minute and he flashed a grin at the fellow Doberman, but he gave a concerned look at his comrade battling the creature's face. If he were to put the plan into action he might put Rexan in danger. The fox would have to handle himself.
Without a second thought, he surged forward to the rear side of the stone creature yelling, "Watch youself, Fox!" as his only word of warning. Grasping its tail in his fangs, he wrappied the long hairs around it's legs. Pulling the rest of it taunt, he began a tug of war on it's right side and tried to topple the thing over. He was strong, but we were talking about moving mountains. He dug his claws into the soft earth, his face contorted in strain, and there was a soft whirring sound coming from his robotic leg. The creature shifted, but barely. "Yo guys, a rittle helph here, thish thing is really heaphy..." (Yo guys, a little help here, this thing is really heavy).[/i]

Cerule was pondering, he wasn't the best thinker, but this situation was calling for some sort of a plan to be formulated, as opposed to just rushing into battle with a beast. His boss was going around it in circles. The mighty Dane was well impressed with tenacity of his leader. She was not even fazed by nearly dying by its deadly stone arm. This was something not many dogs could overcome so easily. This.... Thing is made of mostly stone. So... there has to be some weakness in it. Nothing is impossible to kill. Just then the small fox jumped onto its clothed head. That won't do much good... However dauntless the action was, for Cerule it was a wasted effort.
Fabius grabbed its long flowing mane-like tail. What the hell is he...? It took him a while to realize that he was going to a trip. Smart one, Fabius. Good job from one metal dog to another...
Joy watched the unfolding scene. All the other dogs are so brave. Death doesn't even seem to faze them. Her brown eyes were wide with amazement. I wonder where they get their courage from. "Stay here..." Cerule then made a move to get into the fight. "W-Wait... don't go... Please..." the pink collie did not want to see him get hurt. Or for her to be left alone for that matter... "It's alright. Besides, I want you to be safe..." He took one final look and ran off to Fabius's aid.

Phaedra's stone arm crashed to the ground and pierced right through with such a force that made his should bend down until he summoned the force to pull it out of the ground. Little to no reaction came quickly as a fox lept at his face and attempted to pull of his mask. A deep, whispy and windy hissing sound, much like that of a gale force, came from deep within it as it watched the fox as if studying a bug. It also felt it's tail being messed with and it knew all too well what would happen if the canines succeeded.
Phaedra, with it's attention on both the dog at his tail and the fox on his face, lowered it's upper body by quite a bit, then slowly rose in a rearing motion, with giant paw and stone arm in the air, held somewhat close to it's body. As it did this, it's hooved hind legs sank deep into the earth; a perfect way to cement itself and prevent itself from falling. It's upper body came back down with a heavy crushing noise, before it straightened and looked at the fox again. After letting loose another windy hiss, it slowly raised it's stone arm and roughly and powerfully tried to scratch the fox off of it's face. The stone appendage hit against the cloth, and a thick scraping sound came from it, and it didn't seem that Phaedra had hurt itself, or even felt the blow to it's own face for that matter. Whatever was hidden underneath the tightly bound cloth was definitely as strong as it's stone leg and spikes.
